My experience was great. My order had to be back order but everything arrived on time. I had a great and beautiful graduating party with my daughters, parents, sister and her husband and my aunt.

I made an order for a personalized honors certificate. I was warned that it could take awhile for shipping due to current circumstances. However, it came much sooner than I expected!
