The new Hostgator billing platform is very bad, it is a disaster, it is not clear and one cannot find the information on each service clearly.

I tried to disable AUTO RENEW and it obviously ignores my request.
I do not want AUTO RENEW. If your going to dictate payment process then I am ready to move on!

Subpar. Your too slow. We are always being told our site needs to be reviewed. And when it is you never tell us ahead of time you are going to do it.
