Stop it. Stop trying to get a review, stop trying to sell me $#*! when I just need to login and stop trying to make it harder to navigate what used to be a good cpanel. Try offering some customer service. It use to be good, now it's nothing but frustrating.

The new interface is terrible. My Codeguard portal disappeared and now i cannot access it. The quality is not good, some lines are thicker than the other. I looks like an unfinish project that was pushed without proper testing completely disregarding the customers.

Accidently chosen the wordpress. Becuase it does not offer the services metnioned in their plane on the website.
Business Plan now e-Commerce Plan has been following offerings:
1.Unlimited disk space: It is limited to 20 GB and 100,000 files which.
2. $500 Google Ad spend match credit AND $100 Microsoft Advertising credit: It is a joke
3. Cloudflare CDN: yet not configured
4. Dedicated IP address: I have enabled after requesting the support.

The only reason we pay for this service is to have a website up and ready. However,I haven't been able to edit my websites, whenever I tried to go into the SiteBuilding login, a message pops up saying there's an issue. Very dissapointed

I wanted to choose a shorter domain contract and I cannot do it without chat or a phone call. I went I chat twice but the time it was taking to get a new contract time was excessive. I could not wait and asked the person who I chatted with to email me with the new price for one year and he/she did not email me with the details. So I am just renewing for three years. Your chats take too long. Guess I should have just called.

Vijeth has helped me with an email issue that caused my company a lot of problem. Vijeth has been very patience and helpful. I have talked with 2 Hostgator support yesterday, they gave me ways that could fixed the issue but nothing worked. Vijeth understand the issue clearly and did not waste anytime.

I've had this hosting service for months, and every time I come to do something I hit a brick wall. This time it is setting up an Outlook mailbox. I have copied and pasted everything from the instructions I was provided, but I keep getting a server error--both on the Outlook app and in my Cpanel. I've never had so much trouble setting up a website and accompanying emails as I have with HostGator.

I have a domain that I no longer want because the client did not want it after I paid for it. It is on auto renewal even though I did not put it on autorenewal. The dashboard won't let me take it off autorenewal. You just charged me for it which I was willing to let go, but I sure don't want to pay for it again next time. If I don't want something on autorenewal or I want to stop having a domain I need to be able to do so. This is exactly what made me leave my last domain registrar.

I chose hostgator in 2010 when it was a Texas based company. It was the best price and best support in hosting along with ease of use for non-programming background. All of that changed when the company sold. Customer service in India is subpar, but improved over my last few encounters. The overall service has suffered and the price pretty high.

There is no explanation that the $14.95 privacy is PER DOMAIN It is bait and switch marketing. It was not until I pressed buy now that I was provided with the fact that I had just paid $14.95 X 10 for 10 domains. It is NOT clear! Very slick / poor marketing!
