The Shared Hosting Business account was downgraded, now you can only have 3 websites with it.

I chose you because you were cheaper and offered similar services to my old provider. However, after doing a direct transfer of my old website to you, everything is just a lot slower and slightly more complicated. The 2 stars is accurate. I'm afraid I'm not impressed.

This company used to be the gold standard. It has fallen so far I have taken 3 of my VPS clients to GoDaddy Managed Wordpress or Enhanced - and about to take 2 more - that's 5 clients plus the additional services. That's how much you suck

Over 24hours Account Suspension and Account is not Due yet.
I have chatted 7 agents all they keep saying is Admin Admin will look at the issue.
Your Admin support is wanting...At this day and age messing a customer business like this is unacceptable.

I have to reload several times before the system can sign me in. I have to do the same to access my cPanel and lastly and most frustrating, you've refused to upgrade us to php 8.3 since last year so nope am not a very happy customer

I purchased a hosting package and paid a year for it. I was told my current website would be migrated to Host Gator in 3-4 days. It has not been over a month and still not done. Every time I reach out to Host Gator support (migration team) it has take 3-5 days for them to respond every single time. Not a great 1st impression! How can you migrate a site in 3-4 days when it takes you more than that to even respond?

HostGator hosting packages are very cheap and their support is very efficient and they offer me one of the best ever customer service. My queries/concerns are solved in less 5 minutes most of the time.

When i registered my domain you sold my information. I received 15-30 calls a day for weeks offering me web design, logos, marketing etc. I used a private number which I shouldn't have, and I know it came from you. When I called in, they gave me an email to write to which was an invalid email. Next time give users an option to OPT out. Unacceptable

Told to be a tech guy (years ago), but it was bad advice. Staff are multitasking when they would have trouble single tasking IMO, and they are not helpful to a non tech person like me. In fact they are very UNHELPFUL. I'm currently looking for another provider that actually provides intelligent support!

I was told the problem was due to unanticipated maintenance on one of your mail servers. I would have expected that to have been communicated to your front-line support staff who could have told me immediately it was not a problem I could solve. However I still had to go through too many questions about my problem and set up before the agent eventually told me the likely cause. I was also told the expected wait time was 1-2 hours before service would be resumed. It was much longer than that. I gave up checking if the problem was fixed until the following day.

Your new portal is less customer friendly; it is too much pushing to sell something new and it is not smooth, means it looks like not finished constructions... Some messages do not disappear, even when I click X, and disturbing the whole work..

It takes multiple calls to resolve any issue. Reps open my email after I tell them no, and then managers don't call back so I don't know if I have to send breach data to my clients. Your tech supports sends me screenshots of my site saying it is "up for them" and disregard me when I say your DNS and Nameservers are not showing the website available globally. Your tech support seems to give the opinion that because my website is available locally in the Philippines', it is not their problem to resolve the problem of my site being down elsewhere because of bogus DNS records and your managers don't return calls. I have had over 10 calls trying to get my website functional due to missing DNS records, and now the email violation without permission. Avoid using HostGator. Go elsewhere.

Lately my website is being getting shut down. My card changed or expired. I was unaware. I used to go 3 months without making payments. My website would always be running and then I would go pay when I realized the payment wasn't made now. It's just getting shut down on top of being double the money.

I thought it would be cheap and easy, but I was misled. Whenever I go to CPanel to log into Webbly, the link doesn't work. Also I keep getting new charges on my account I don't understand. I paid for the next three years or so I thought. GoDaddy is starting to look like a better option for me. I'm not sure if my linking issues have to do with using Mozilla Firefox as a browser, but it has never been a problem for me before. Right now, you're looking like a big waste of money. I am going on the 5th call to get my emails. Administrative issues at Hostgator are seriously impacting my livelyhood. Would not recommend at this point. I have been a customer since 2008, but apparently not good enough to get some critical support.

Three times in the last year, the server was full and I could not upload files. The first two times, the tech support person was knowledgeable and the problem was solved within 2 hours. This last time, however, it took three calls to tech support and 24 hours to solve the problem.
This time I called 3 times. The first two times the service was good, but the problem was not fixed. The third time, the technician wasted 15 minutes questioning my FTP program (which was not the problem) instead of focusing on the real problem (that the server was too full) as I explained since the beginning of the call.
It's so long ago, I can't remember. I am still a customer because of its incredible good value.

Good. I am pleased with the service. BUT the 5 minute rule in the chat room is terrible. Please do something about it, make som buzzer or light to alert you it is going to close, it is very hard if you are doing something on the computer to stay in one window all the time.

Only problems i have with you in past months. I will not recommend you anymore to anybody. I am considering moving all my website to another hosting provider wich treats the clients with dedication and involving in problems not squeeze money on the clients who already are paying the bills.
