I've been using HostGator for years but with the recent price increase and the fact that you keep changing my auto-renewal to on, I'm just about done with this site.

Support tech had our site up and running in no time. I've not contacted Hostgator in ages, so was happy they could assist me quickly.
Again, support tech resolved my issue very quickly.

This multiple credit card entry system stinks. The bank rejected any more changes. I have a domain to pay for. You need to set up a wallet type system.

Uptime is unbeatable. Pricing is fantastic. Very easy to use interface. Package includes great tools like WordPress. I recommend HostGator to everyone.

HostGator was a great hosting company. They may still be good for shared hosting and standard (easy) support problems. But when you get into the dedicated server area be ready for Mr. Toads Wild Ride. Support totally sucks, Phone support is ignorant, lies and you have no choice but to wait on hold an hour or so for a supervisor. Now the fun part. The supervisors can not talk to the dedicated admins. All they can do is submit a support ticket and escalate it. Now you have to just wait and hope for the best. The lack of communication is astonishing and the problem is normally you, not the server even though you may have the same problems going on for months. Even after many support tickets all showing the same problems. It's gotten so bad I got a new dedicated server to migrate everything over to so I can scrap the old one. Sill waiting for it to be setup even though it was supposed to be done by now. But at least my other server has been up now without any problems for 4 hours so far. Really hoping to get everything migrated over before it does down again but not holding my breath.

Hostgator is normal hosting provider, it seems just ok to me. If you are planning to go big then move somewhere else. I switch myself to different hosting as well.

I've been WAY overcharged. Paid around $600 total for a $70 package. I would like a full refund for everything. I'll be calling customer service for the third time now.

I like hostgator but I do not like when hostgatro changes my account settings. It is ilegal for hostgator to change my account settings. I do not and will not pay bills if they are on autopay. I do not and will not pay those bills. If hostgator wants to delete those services be my guest! We monitor this account.

Ad on IG. Decided to buy because of a recommendation by the HostGator Support live chat but the information was wrong and once I purchased the plan nothing I wanted was included, now I am stuck here if I don´t want to spend more money trying to change my plan or hosting services for the momment...
