I don't like the changes. Also, there was an increase to my bill that I was not made aware of from 17.95 to 27.+. That's a huge increase and I'm looking elsewhere for hosting.

Your admin support, specially on created tickets handling and response from your end is not good. Mr. Chevon or something like this kind of name persons is very rude in chat session

Nothing works with the new system change, more than 5 open tickets without a solution, we are migrating everything to hostinger, we have more than 20 services with your company that will be migrated

Long time customer; good value for cheap hosting... in the last several years, interface and usability have gone down considerably - why doesn't the immediate login take me to my cPanel?

Customer Service Agents were all very pleasant and easy to work with individually, however I got no warning that to resolve the error I originally faced, my email would be disconnected during DNS propagation, nor that the propagation could take 72hours or more. I was only told the site should be able to publish after 48hours, and when I called in again to ask about my email, the time was extended to 72 hours. Further, the email was not able to be reconnected without yet another change and DNS propagation event after the original site certificate issue was corrected. Overall, I felt information was withheld from me and that I got the runaround to some extent while issues were resolved. If I had been told of the potential disconnect and timelines for those up-front I could have prepared and avoided several embarassing messaging errors between my business and investors.
I started service with hostgator for the quality customer service, which was highly recommended at the time. This issue has made it apparent that the quality of customer service has declined, and I'm re-evaluating the value proposition of hostgator for our business.

After somewhere near 10 yrs or so as a customer, the last few years & even recently your customer support followup is worse than ever! Multiple times I have called in & your customer support which seems to be overseas you DO NOT & HAVE NOT followed up and provided the solution(s) to my requests.
In particular regarding putting GoHireAVet.com back onto my reseller account so I don't waste the now over $220 paying extra for a Wordpress dedicated account that YOUR CS suggested I do because there were problems with loading the website, there's more issues but I've given up at this point trying to get the support I've paid for & the last year have WASTED over $200! 3 Stars was generous at best!

It was really hard to make ftp work, the. Coreftp I downloaded seemed to be wrongly configured because when trying to open it with CoreFTP and FileZilla it gave an error... finally I came to the conclussion that I might need something easier to setup, but the options I have are paid, so maybe I'll just stick with github sites for a while

Too many reasons to list. Plus, go daddy who I was debating on going with took 2 hours to answer and then hung up on me. Your customer service dept took less than 5 min and was excellent.

I could not cancel this plan when i had to shut down my company 2 years ago and am now on disability for a heart defect which i can provide proof for and do not have $250 period

Secure server and actually a better price then the non-secure server I had. So far the only draw back has been the offline episodes. I'm guessing that is due to the data network changes.

I found hostgator. Com have been very supportive re issue's I have had with setting up my Website and I like that they involve the use of green energy- invested in Wind Energy to help offset server emissions, use Wind Power and purchases certified Renewable Energy Credits (REC's).

Hostgator is usually very helpful and resolves issues in a jiffy. But with my whitescreen of death it took a bit long. In the end I just ignored it and forgot about the site. Thanks for fixing it...

This is NOT an easy to use system with WordPress. I want my own theme on WordPress, tried to remove one that was on Host Gator, and now I cannot even access my WordPress account.
Not intuitive, nor easy to use.

Please beware that the shared accounts included depreciated software because basically the company is hoping that you as a consumer are not KNOWLEDGEABLE and will not know the difference. This is the companies strategy so you sign up thinking you will have current software but come to find out if you have someone working for you who knows how important having the current version of PHP is will inform you that your websites have a security risk...stay away from this company..
