Your prices has become too excessive. I had to move over 25 hosting packages of my clients to over hosting which are better and cheaper than Hostgator.

I have installed Magento's latest version in Hostgator and it's performing very slow. See here: https://bplugins.site/magento. Probably I will cancel the subscription if it does not be fixed.

I had a very disappointing experience with HostGator. Initially, everything seemed to work fine, and I didn't encounter any malware issues during the money-back guarantee period. However, once that period was over, I started experiencing malware problems on my website.
When I reached out to HostGator's support center for assistance, they were unhelpful and asked me to handle the malware issue myself or purchase an additional service. It was frustrating to see that the same service, which is offered for free by other hosting providers, was now being charged at a premium by HostGator.
I feel that HostGator lures users to sign up for their services with attractive offers but fails to provide adequate support after the initial period is over. This situation not only affected my website's security but also wasted my valuable time and money.
I strongly advise against using HostGator's services due to my negative experience. Please consider other hosting providers with better customer support and more transparent practices. Thank you.

Because Andrew Warner recommends you. The reason for the 3 stars is because you always display the same offer at the beginning and I always have to click that I don't want it (in the small link at the bottom), and because the new layout is not very straightforward. Although I haven't need all the options, I don't know where thew whole cPanel is. I have just found the phpMyAdmin, file manager, and the app installer.

It took me two weeks to change he e-mail address listed in my domain information. The phone number is still old phone number.
Depends who I talked to about my problem. The last two service reps were okay. Everybody else not helpful

Since you changed everything I really hate being with Hostgator now, I have been with you for over 16 years and over the last year or so you have gone downhill and I will be moving to a different hosting company. I have 4 different reseller accounts and have referred well over a 1000 people for hosting and domains. I absolutely hate your new system and just not worth listing it all out for you since you no longer care about loyal customers so I won't waste anymore of my time. I already have on multiple occassions calling in and through chat support.

Your interface is ONLY designed to sell me $#*!. I need to ONLY USE IT. I should see right in my face the setting for the default page. Set it to index.php not html.
