Fairly helpful in resolving issue; however, my questions were not always answered.
The first representative I spoke with did not want to listen, only talk. The second representative was mostly helpful.

I find it very confusing to use you as a gateway to Wordpress. When I went to install Wordpress it said it was already installed. Also this Softaculous site is ridiculous. Keep it simple will ya!

My website does not work properly on your site. It was created in Wordpress. I wasn't aware when I signed up for your service that Hostgator was not compatible with Worpress.

The new portal is not intuitive. It is difficult to get to the functions that are needed. Furthermore, all the information from the old portal has disappeared.

I like the set up but the right level of documentation is a bit hard to find for intermediate users, who know more than basic users who operate only with a WYSIWYG interface but less than experienced website admins.
The promotional pricing was good.

WTF do you hide the ability to get to account in 10pt font at the bottom of the screen under your sales pitch. Almost impossible to access from mobile. This is stupid.
