I cant open my website i keep getting this message

Good with my website. I have not complains although for the future I hope they will down the prices. Too expensive. Very good the costumer service and live chat.

It's my First time launching a website so I have no reference points.
So far everything is going great.

I was with hostgator for years. As time progressed, I encountered more and more problems with my shared VM lagging out, and their 5-year old SpamAssassin system failing to properly prevent a large volume of spam from crowding my mailboxes. When I switched to another host, the spam issue completely disappeared, and my website has no latency issues anymore. On top of that, I found out Hostgator had been charging me for nearly two years for a service I cancelled; I missed it because it was billed exactly 10 days apart from another service of the same amount (so when reviewing finances they were never on the same screen, and I took it as the core hosting). Of course they wouldn't refund anything (even though the site was never used or accessed, which they refused to confirm). Ultimately, they have degraded to a terrible hosting provider and refuse to work with their customers on billing issues. As such I have removed all business, and I couldn't be happier. Stay away, and host elsewhere! (note I am purposely omitting the new hosting company so readers don't think I'm trying to sell another service)

Hello Hostgator I've been with Hostgator over 5-7 years Now and i really love the services and I thank you for you good services like when i have a problem with any of my websites I can count on Hostgator to fixe the Problem and other hosting company are asking me to join there company I just simply turned them down and Told them i am fine where i am at with Hostgator company I've been with the Hostgator company over 5-7 years and I am Thankful to Hostgator for being there with me Thank You Hostgator company I love your Services!

GREAT! I have had a few interactions and support has been great. All my issues have been "user errror" aka my fault.! I am now moving my main business web site over here! So excited!

Worst hosting account I have ever used. I used iPage, goDaddy, bluehost and HostGator is so far the most difficult to use, the most bags and connectivity problems. Will never recommend it to anyone

There used to be a button or link which led me directly to my cpanel. To get the my cpanel I now need to click through several pages and I have trouble finding it.

It's a pain to find out how much I am paying for Sitelock, how I got subscribed and I have tried to cancel multiple times but I keep getting emails like it is active and I assume it probably is and I am paying for it.

Had to go through a couple of specialist but my site is now live. The last rep was exceptional in resolving the issue

Don't like your plug-in, screws everything up but all good when I disabled it

HostGator suits my needs. I am not great with WordPress, but I figured it out and I am just grateful to have control of my site, with no middle-man developer, just a host.

You keep changing my, htaccess file and consequently disabling my client's websites and backend sites. Today was very stressful because of your actions.

I want to unlock my Domain (www.flexwelluniverse.com), I have been sent the domain authorization code, but my domain is still locked as i can't still transfer it.

Can you help unlock the domain?

So far I have a good experience with the hosting company. When I had a probelm the customer service responded and they were able to solve the problem.

Affordable, but slow and unreliable. I'm hosting some clients' websites on HostGator just while I develop them, but I would never use HostGator for their live sites.

We were promised you would fix our email problems, then you upsold us on a new product that you said would fix our email problems, now we're in a long term contract with you and are terribly unhappy.

After upgradation the billing poral is really pathetic. Not user friendly, many bugs. It was ok before the upgradation. First time seeing an upgraded thing is looks worst than the old one...

I thought it had better deals for hosting services. But after I got hacked, I was not assisted as the problem still persisted. Even after paying for Sitelock, I feel that was unfair.

My experience with HostGator in technical issue is good, but in payment issue not good, many time I receive wrong invoices.

I had an account over 18 years with Hostgator. For new account (Baby Plan) cheaper than old customer and also have Cloundflare CDN (Confirm by Sales Department) but for my Baby Plan, your support said Cloundflare CDN not available on my account and not available in the hostgator. But your website page still shows Cloundflare CDN available for Baby Plan and Business Plan for long. I'm very upset.
