Phone system down, cannot call; was disconnected in chat on 1/8/2024 when the rep was supposed to restore our website.

The one-click didn't work well and now I am stuck trying to connect the domain. Then your HELP DESK guy just told me that will be between 0 - 24 hours so basically, I waste a day for nothing!
