I am able to get help quickly and the agent will walk me through what to do or send instructions. I have not had any bad experiences with HostGator.
I needed to update my site's php and needed help. The agent sent detailed instructions and said if I had any trouble following them to call back. The instructions were very clear and I was able to update my site's php.
It has a good reputation and is not too expensive.

Almost every plugin show php issue but in hostgator newer version of php is 7.5 and they support 8.1

It has hosting domains. But it is very confusing to use and I cannot even access my "WordPress site" which I did not want in the first place.
