There is a malware in my domain for which i have been contacting the team Since October 2023 but the issue is not yet resolved

The last provider could not keep me off the spam list. Your hosting is not either, but no one can tell me how to fix it. It hurts my business.

For pricing and ease of use. The site sucks now and so do the prices. Whomever redesigned this is $#*!ed.

They always have great support and always update their products. Nothing but good things to say. Hosting and Domains.

A friend challenged me in graduate school to see who could figure out how to make a website fastest. I had heard about hostgator from a professor.

Cost. I'm upset by the limits placed on your pin. It needs to be a number I can remember and your system won't accept the one I want to use.

Cost and Reliablity I left Hostgator for about 2 years tried a few other host and came back 5 years ago because Hostgator has been the best for me and my company.

Enabled auto-renew by default. After finding out that this was done and receiving a large charge to my card they would not reverse the change.

SCAM ALERT!
On 3/12, I purchased a domain from Hostgator, and my banking system confirmed the purchase date and time. However, as of 3/16/23, I still didn't have access to the domain as it was showing as "Pending provisions". I contacted a Hostgator representative via chat who informed me that my domain had been purchased by Sav.com on 3/13, and they now own it.
It's worth noting that I had previously owned the domain for over four years, but it had expired and was out of commission for less than 100 days. On 3/12, I searched for different websites to repurchase the domain and eventually settled on buying it from Hostgator, which charged me for the purchase. Either my search triggered Sav.com to buy the domain, or this is a scam involving both Sav.com and Hostgator.
I am now in a dispute with Hostgator to regain access to the domain, but they cannot assist me without the pin number on my account. I have used the same 4-digit pin number to access similar tech platforms for over two years, but Hostgator claims that the pin number I gave them is incorrect. They suggested resetting the pin by sending a link to the email address on file, which is associated with the expired domain.
Hostgator informed me that the admin department would have to handle this issue, but they could not provide a timeline for when they would contact me.

This situation is alarming because my account, which contains other products, is at risk of being stolen since my pin number has been changed and the domain I paid for has been stolen as well.

Hostgator's customer service used to be reliable, but it took me over 30 minutes to locate the chat box, and when I clicked on "Live chat," it only led me to articles with no link to an actual chat box. I would not recommend using Hostgator and I also advise not trusting Sav.com.

I really am not a fan. The site's email server is besieged with spam and telemarketers. I'm going to switch once the contract is up

The Message Us box blocks my view of your website and I can't close it. There should be a way to close it if I don't need to contact you.
