I've now tried 3 times to update my MX record on my DNS and your tech support is apparently incompetent. Sure wish I could make these changes myself!

HostGator has periodically taken my site down for no apparent reason. It is stressful and annoying to have to work with them to bring it back up.

I have contacted the support service on 3 occasions, in all of them they solved me quickly, including an update of PHP
I had problems updating the php of my site and they solved it very quickly.

This new design of the customer portal is very difficult to navigate and as not user friendly at all.

We were billed around 120 bucks for what they called "PREBILLING for next year"
We didnt use the servic eand didnt want it.
There was absolutely no communication that we would be charged.
We called in and tried to get it credited, they said they would credit it back by the time they did the account was closed, and now it cant be refunded
What a joke. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT use this service they just keep billing you without your consent.
You had no right to "prebill" me anything. I did not agree to it and i did not want it

Migration was quick and I only had the initial wait of I think 24 hours before it was active. Great price too!
