I have been in contact with your support team more than 10 times in the last 2 months and every person that I have been in contact with has been very sweet and helpful and I then always give a good review after the chat, but unfortunately after 2 months the problem is still there. Let me give you a quick summery of the problem I have
I have a website and hosting with HG peppstuckshop.com and I was in the process of creating another website but the domain name was with Godaddy and I wanted it all under one service provider so I transferred the domain guidetoketosis.com from Godaddy to HG and upgraded my hosting package with HostGator (big mistake)
The website that I wanted to load on that domain is a pre-built website purchased from thePLRstore,com my agent (web builder) and I tried numerous times to upload the website without success
So after a chat with one of your support team on the 27/12/22 and he assured me that it is all working fine now I was still not able to load the website
I was now at my wits end so I reopened my Godaddy account bought a new domain and hosting and loaded the website the same day the website is now ketosis4u.com I guess I won't need the domain guidetoketosis.com anymore.
