FR- La plateforme globale proposée par Hostgator est assez complète. Elle est largement suffisante pour mon site professionnel. Il y a eu deux ou trois expériences ayant nécessité l'aide du service support. Notamment pour le HTTPS et plus récemment pour accéder aux emails, suite à une mise a jour de votre fonctionnement en décembre 2023. Globalement a ce jour tout fonctionne et le service support a été efficace.
Parfois les messages promotionnel ne sont pas assez clair pour moi, et dans le doute je ne souscris pas.

FR- l'hébergement proposé par Hostgator a été largement expliqué sur un tutoriel YouTube, une personne qui guidait les novices comme moi à construire un site Internet. Il s'agissait de "Web Marketing Tuto". Et aujourd'hui je ne regrette pas.

Usually very helpful. Some support personnel get to the point quickly and know what the they are doing. Others take a while to finally understand what the real issues is.
