Hostgator is a very reliable host with excellent security and uptime.
We received a Second notice email for payment due, but never received an initial bill. Asked the biling rep via chat why that was, they said they would look into it, but have never heard back. In other billing cycles we get a second notice but never an original notice/invoice.
