Why all the popups when i am trying to log into my account. If this were an important login, i would be super pissed of now. Also, if you know that i have domain privacy, why are you offering domain privacy?

The revamped interface is significantly less user-friendly. I find it quite intolerable; there's a sense of chaos, and the payment history is nowhere to be found. It's nearly impossible to locate the option to settle a particular invoice, and the overall impression is that of utter disarray!

Terrible service. I am missing tools on my dashboard that I have paid for and for over a month i have been contacting support. They have no clue and don't care to help me. My production is on hold because of this.

I have been with you for many years. I don't remember why I chose you originally, but you have satisfied my needs so I stay. The only reason for the 4/5 and not a 5/5 is because I've been waiting for you to upgrade the php on my server to php 8 but it is still 7.x

I had a website that was transferred, and they just billed me for a website they haven't had in over 2 years! No notice they were going to do it, otherwise I would have addressed it. Seriously mad right now!

I am new at building a website so I have had a little bit of a learning curve. I like the HostGator web builder. It is fairly easy to use. However, I did have a problem with the HostGator Editor not letting me upload images from my computer. I called customer support and they resolved my problem right away.
I have called customer service several times for assistance. They have been very helpful getting my issues resolved.
Rating from individuals was good.

We had some serious problems this year so far, but no one at HostGator could solve it. It was A very serious situation, losing customers, and we are definitely not pleased.
Your support people could not solve our problem.
It was rated very highly at the time.

Tech support sucks. They don't let you talk to the people that are actually handling your case so it is a game of "telephone" where the person you talk to on the phone just relays the wrong information to the people who are working on your case. I had my case "closed" three times because they thought they had resolved the issue when they had not even come close to resolving the issue.

I haven't had functional access to my site, fflisca.com, in over a month. They've escalated issues twice. The most recent time, I've heard nothing back. Now I can't even access any of my sites through the panel. In 24 hours, I move all of my businesses elsewhere.

Probably because of the customer service. I get the help I need, without the "it's not my job" attitude. It's really great. You guys' customer services is unrivaled. Keep it up...It's the sole reason I stay. :)

Once again, my issue did not get resolved.I was charged for services that I had already cancelled and did not receive a full refund. I also continue to receive messages regarding old domains I've already cancelled. I've turned off renewals again and again since I do not want them renewed. I should not keep getting charged for these domains. I will migrating all domains off your platform soon.
Customer service was awful as usual. The support team is the worst in the business! Lack knowledge, skills and most importantly, empathy and respect for their customers. I have issues that have not been addressed since last year!
I won’t be choosing or recommending Hostgator to anyone.

I checked out other webhosts and so far this is the best webhost I've used. Easy to use dashboard/control panel, and my website had accessibility issues only once in the 15 years of using the service. I love it and would recommend it to anyone.

Because I thought they were reliable, but I was wrong! They are one of the most expensive and if they suspend your website for even 1year and you don't use it, when you want to reactivate your account you will have to pay for all the period they had suspended your website as well which they will not tell you until you have made payment! This is total fraud!

I hate this new payment page. It is difficult to navigate and half the time I give up and try to come back to it. The previous way was much easier, this is bullcrap. If you don't want my money I can always find someplace that will take my money without having to jump thru hoops. Change it.

The Interface was perfect and I could find everything. You decided to change the interface for improvement reasons. Now I cannot find everything right away. Because of this interface change you did, I now have to look for another hosting company. What you could have done is to have both interfaces and allow the customers to choose between the old and the new one.

First I was so worried maybe I can no longer restore my web files.
When I chat with one of your support staff, they advised me to restore my backup luckily I have restore some of my backup. Plus they have adjusted and restored my old PHP back.

I had trouble with uploading pictures through wordpress but I guess is because of the shared hosting. Other than ghe slow speeds(which I believe isndue to my subscription plan) everything works perfect!
