My site has 404 errors in it but I do not use the site on a daily basis. At some point I should speak with a rep.

All went well in the migration process, except for some misunderstandings/conflicts. But all settled now.

while purchasing the new server, people chatting with me were very responsive and helpful, while afterwards during the migration my site went down for several hours due to action was taken by your team with letting us know, moreover responses were very slow.

We transferred out sites from another hosting company. Our sites are now so face, secure and stable. We are so happy for HostGator.

We've only had a couple issues. When we reached out to Support they were immediately addressed and fixed.

I had several chats with several employees. Some seemed knowledgeable and a few not. Changing my email was breathtakingly, unbelievably complicated

The site is live but some parts that I had hidden now are visible. It is not exactly how it use to be.

My website had been disabled due to payment issues and they were able to backup everything and had it activated in no time.

I have a very simple website using just html code, so that experience was fine. However, during a period of construction / inactivity, I was charged for 2 years on my credit card. I did not like that and removed the card.

I called about why i was charged for 2 years in one billing. I was told that was standard practice at Gator and could not be changed, as I was past the time limit.

I often get a lot of spam emails. I wish so much that this issue could stop.

I have discovered on three occasions while being with HostGator that my site has gone off-line... it is only when I go to look at it that I discover this. It was due to some security certificate issue.

The customer service agent I spoke with was unhelpful. They wanted to charge me more money for what I understand now should be automatically included

My old website was built using WIX. I actually found the WIX site a bit easier to navigate. There are still some things to iron out with the Wordpress site I have now. But everything is up and running.

No problem, loaded the site. It loaded well, no problems. I used FileZilla to load my website. The site loaded fine no problems.

Everyone was helpful and respectful. Any time I had a question, it was clearly answered, and I could move on building my website.

Couldn't get domain to point to website. Only after moving the domain to another registrant did the website start working properly.

See comment above. I spent close to an hour conversing with HostGator tech support and finally gave up without resolving problem.

Dont ever use hostgator, they randomly locked my account i couldnt log in, oppened a ticket with the support team, they said they put me in high priority and its been 2 weeks i got no response, this is totally unacceptable, so i would suggest dont use host gator, their support team is horrible and always say ill open a ticket and good luck trying to get a response from them

Took 4 days and multiple calls / emails to resolve issue.

Only having email support from the technical team makes effective communication extremely difficult.

Issue finally resolved, but 4 days with business down is a deal breaker.

While HostGator has been a reliable web hosting provider, I am disturbed about seeing the price of services double in two years.

I had a problem changing material on my website using Wordpress. The Hostgator woman I talked with identified the problem immediately--clearing a cache--and I was then easily able to change the website material. She was great!

As a loyal HostGator customer, I'm thrilled to share my experience. Their customer support is outstanding! Whether it's tackling WordPress issues or billing issues, hostgator always delives. What I appreciate is their assistance/customer care, and chat service. If you're looking for reliable hosting with great support, HostGator is a smart choice!

Hostgator served me well at the time I began using it but eventually i needed a more user friendly way to build, host, and access email. The process of doing all those things on sqiarespace was just easier at a glance.

I am very happy with the service provided by the Host Gator company. They have always been able to guide me in the wright direction on any questions I need answered. I have been a happy customer for 8 years now and never have considered another company for the services the provide.

I had some weirdness with email. Roundcube Webmail and Outlook clients both. I'll keep my eye on them as at times I cannot successfully send email.
