Customer service took the necessary time required to return my website and e-mail ability to me. Their patience and knowledge are amazing. On May 5,2024 Candy D, Hostgator Tech, (my Case No. OEML*******) miraculously solved the final issues in a calm, efficient, pleasant manner.

So far, it's been a good service, but we're coming up for renewal and we'll see how things go. Overall, Hostgator has come through in spite of some bad experiences from colleagues of mine.

I've used HostGator in the past for domains and hosting packages. I've been on other similar service sites in the past few years as well. Came back to HostGator to a company I am more familiar with and can count on their support and their hosting package prices are very fair.

Great uptime of the severs and good customer care. Always updated on the new changes and upgrades of their services.
The customer help people were prompt irrespective of the time zone differences and helped solve the issue.
