I have a domain registered on this account. Previously it was pointed and connected to a website I have on another platform. My registration with HostGator had expired and I was not using the website. I renewed the registration in August of 2023. Since that time I have made several attempts to reconnect the domain to the website. One of the first agents at your company was extremely rude and refused to assist me. I was told to contact the company that hosts my website and get help from them, this was usually done by agents at HostGator. I did contact the hosting organization and they input the information to point the DNS to my website. After waiting an extremely long time, I contacted HostGator again and was told by an agent to give it time to propagate. That should have taken place by then. I have made several attempts to resolve this issue and at this point I am truly frustrated. Today I had someone from my hosting organization attempt to connect it again and was told several of your servers are down. I took a screenshot to email to someone in management. Again I am contacting your company to fix this matter.

Since November 2023 we had several problems with the sending and receiving of emails, see tickets ******* and *******. Which created several problems in the operations of our company.

It used to be user friendly. I no longer enjoy using the service and I'm considering migrating elsewhere. The experience and customer service has declined considerably.

Earlier the service is good and the prices are reasonable. But now the hostgator has doubled the prices without even a prior notice and now this really sucks and is not worth the money. Thumbs down

It's very difficult to get the help you need. There is a communication barrier most of the time. Plus, you get a different answer to the same question from different representatives.

Since the update the hostgator platform is awful. I can not add on a subdomain, even after 5 calls with suppoort. Many many other issues are happening now too. No longer user friendly. Sad

Keep getting emails to adjust email address changes. I keep completing the form, but are still receiving the emails, over and over and over. Very annoying.

It's a 4 to 5 star reallt but I am rating your service with just a 3 star because of the monthly plan charge. It is too expensive in comparison with your own current monthly fees and competition.

There are too many integrated applications. Right now there is no support for QuickInstall related to a theme I accidentally purchased twice. Yes, I work in technology. This is a hot mess so far.

Since I bought services last month, website goes down, 502 bad gateway, ssl security dissapears. My boss and clients are breathing down my neck... this is probably their last chance or I will switch.

New billing system and portal is a step backwards. Some parts don't work, support is slow, and tax handling is being ignored even with supplying correct tax IDs and so on.

I can't set my website due the system never work in order, right now I realized that my web site ar active in the web with out finished yet and I don't know why if I never set that, I asked for a cancelayion since 15 day after I hot the plan and every customer assistance told me It was just that something was wrong and everthing will work in order after some actions they done but never work like they told me at all so I just been waisting my time and money for nothing. I just want the cancelation and my refund and even that no one can't do that for me.
