Good reviews/prices. This is, unfortunately, the most user unfriendly hosting site I've ever used. I'm struggling to find how to do simple things, and additional direction is impossible to find.

I'm not that impressed with Softaculous, it interferes with my work and the sites I create. Your speed is not that great either. And you keep outsourcing your help to other companies.

Still confusing to log-in and go to builder. I think it is due to changing the portal so many times I don't remember the logical path to my Weebly builder. I sure wish you would simplify this.

It was difficult to get exact upload details for dreamweaver, it took a number of attempts
The site itself is running smoothly with no downtime or issues.

Email is increasing spotty. Financial institutions have reported my email addresses bounce back as undeliverable. I suspect the servers are just over whelmed. No good.

It was a nice deal! However they cut my storage from unlimited to 10GB breaking my site as I used 21 GB! I consider them thieves as my time has not yet expired!

Raised my hosting price by 50% and am unable to manually pay my bill every month. I am unable to remove my primary payment card. I look forward to backing up my site and migrating to another host.

The updated interfaces are cumbersome and not very user friendly. Sometimes the nest updates are smaller, more meaningful. If it ain't broke, don't fix it

Everytime I have an issues it takes several calls to get it worked. They say they will take care of it, then you get a email telling you how to do it yourself.

I've never had the exact problem I had with getting this site migrated to Host Gator - in fact, I gave up on trying to migrate it and I'm just rebuilding the site from the ground up which has been tedious and frustrating.
There are so many different things that can be wrong when migrating a site, I don't blame them for not being able to pinpoint what was wrong. It would have been nice if there had actually been a way for them to do the migration for me, though.
Wanted to try you out as a hosting client. Honestly, as a host you've been pretty good for building the site on your platform. But trying to migrate an existing site was a nightmare that never really got resolved.

DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT use this hosting site. Its like pulling teeth and eyelashes when trying to get assistance from customer service. I'm on day 3 trying to get help with an error and I've been talking with customer service LITERALLY ALL DAY and still nothing resolved. I'm so pissed I put so much money in this hosting site.
Tip for consumers:
Don't do it. Please use another hosting site. You're mental health is very important and these people will stress you tf out!

Good support once you get to talk to admin, really bad online chat support. Ones i talked to didn't even understand my question, really bad english. User friendly interface and not terrible prices.

Upon the fixing and readying of my website after it being suspended, the person who I chatted with last helped me very much. I was ultimately the one who fixed the issue though.
