I absolutely hate your new login portal and beginning screen. Sep popups for user id and pw. Then trying to navigate the darn menus to find how to get the the control panel. It just doesnt work.

The service keeps getting worse and the price keeps going up. The more you make "improvements" the worse it gets. Go back to the 2008 service when it was easier to use and less confusing.

Since shifting my email hosting to HostGator I am unable to send e-mails. I can receive them and they "send" with no error, but they don't deliver to any e-mail accounts that I send them to.

Today - good value to lease space on a server. But the regular changes to layout and stuff are a confusing challenge.

DO NOT USE HOSTGATOR
Do not use #HostGator they stole your money with your PAYPAL ac without message! MY ac renew date is 26th May and they charge 21st May with No reason! I talk to customer support and they said NO REFUND available!

Your customer service is horrible. They do not listen, or understand. They talk down to the customer. And do not know how to answer any question that is not in their answer sheet.

Your service team is not knowledgeable and your platform does not work for DNS a and cname records! It's a real problem. I will be switching off to another platform.

You don't warn when registering a domain that you will be spam call if you don't pay for securing your data. Why do you pay extra for that? Don't you want to keep customers?

Transfering the website has been difficult. I think I was just charged and entered a 3 year contract which I didn't want. The price was 179 a year. So, that's annoying

You need to improve and comply with due dates on your billing. If a bill is due on a certain date, you collect the bill on that date, NOT sixteen days prior to due dates.

Unfortunately when it comes to auto renewal this is our policy just to make sure nothing goes wrong when we do bill the account that could cause problems. This being said we do send courtesy emails prior to when we do auto renew letting you know the money will be taken out early. I have created a case with our escalations team who should be able to help you out with this and go over some options that you may prefer. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
