Their not be clear about what I want to do and provides me other thinks that not working for me.

I cannot get hold of any support staff. The live chart feature has dissapperaed. One of the reasons i use hostgator is because of the 24 hiur live chat support.

In the 2023 and before i made of my service with the credit card payment directly on the hostgator platform. I uses digital credit card with dinamic CVV and the new form is problematic

Working with your tech support team is painful. I have issues with my DNS that I want help or guidance to get it cleaned up and I never get it. They are always trying to get me to turn my CPanel hosting back on to manage DNS - It took me a MONTH and multiple contacts to get my Cpanel canceled - and it only did because it expired - I had one person telling me I'd get a refund of unused time on the hosting package - then I didn't - and when I switched to a monthly package with in 2 months the monthly hosting rate went up by $10/month -... and the list goes on... AND none of your tech support seems to know that you can manage DNS through the Customer portal. Hmmm I'm done here and as soon as I can, I'm removing the remainder of my domains to NameCheap - I've been here for over 14yrs, You use to be the best, and now you rank with the worst.

I have HAD it with your service! I am in the process of transferring BOTH of my domain names OUT to a different host, because I can't get ANYTHING done! Your staff don't speak proper English, and I ALWAYS have a $#*! of a time understanding them, and THEY also have a $#*! of a time understanding ME. Any time I present a problem to you guys, you don't even READ my problem! You just pick out the words you can understand and go with that. Well lemme tell you something! That is NO way to run a business! You have just lost me to IONOS!

Hostgator is a complete scam. DO NOT & I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dedicated server with hostgator & the representative that assisted me with my order did not sell me the correct dedicated server package that I had intended to order. I needed the WHM & Cpanel along with the dedicated server. I put in a request not even 1 day later for a cancellation & a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund and I would be also charged hundreds more to do an upgrade. I'm so sick & tired of companies like this. The representative made the mistake and now me the buyer is being penalized for it. When does the GREED end? Stop giving companies like Hostgator your money. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM HOSTGATOR. You have been warned.

I had been holding off for a few weeks for a issue with my Subdomain and how it was pulling up on the Web - When using my HTTPS Address the Site would become jumbled up (Wordpress) however with HHTP Non Secure it would look fine - The Agent that Helped me was friendly and professional and was able to reload the SSL to our Account and get the Blog Sites under our Domain TechtalkRadio looking as they should! I cannot contact HostGator to report that Order Number *******974 of 03/23/2024 reflects unauthorized and unapproved transaction, since the cardholder Lilit Sargsyan (President of Declipse Armenia NGO) did not order or approve the transaction resulting in the payment of $359.64 for "Hatchling Plan - Three Year Term" (See the screenshot below). The mentioned sum was withdrawn without her consent or approval of the cardholder. Declipse Armenia did not order a Hatchling Plan, and the service is not acceptable for a 3-year term. A notification was sent only post factum on behalf of the Ararat Bank CJSC informing the cardholder of the transaction and a resulting debt to the Bank. I would like to revoke the payment as soon as possible.
