This platform is useful, but still very limited in capabilities. Forms, galleries, etc. allow for limited customization.

They were a good company when we first dealt with them back in 2015. They now provide no real support on issues and may be frauding clients.

Issue had to be resolved by someone other than help desk. This was an easy fix. I even told them how o fix it. I just didn't have access to IIS.
