Overall experience good but need to improve you customer support process, there must be one telephonic support as well as reply of mail regarding any site issue should be on priority basis within stipulated time.
Really disappointed by their auto-payment policy. Even my Auto-Renewal was off they charged full fee on resubscription and I had to pay tax on it too. The company is not taking responsibility and not refunding my FULL AMOUNT including tax. I just want to know if a customer has an auto-renewal option off why do they initiate a payment? It's not my fault that tax and subscription fee is deducted from my account. I NEED MY FULL PAYMENT BACK!
I like hosting her because of its user friendlyness even I have also like the new file manager which is really works will for the new commerce I think. Along with that poor totally new on this field of web development posting girl each finalist really much more user friendly for them I always think. Do not attempt to convince me to install the LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin. They acted and performed in a criminal manner. My blog's reputation was directly harmed by LiteSpeed Cache in August 2022, and as a result, my Mozrank dropped by more than 1 million. Now, I am attempting to recover and resolve issues that they intentionally created. In general, Hostinger is beneficial, but LiteSpeed Cache is disastrous, at least for Whizzed Net.

27 of September I mailed to HOSTINGER abuse hotmail after I found my Coinsphere wallet cleared of funds and complained about a company Rex Wealth Recovery (unregistered and unlicensed) that lured me in opening a wallet t to recover lost funds to it but since there is HOSTINGER policy on data protection I am unable to obtain required data of Rex Wealth Recovery to report them to authorities.
Since my reporting through mail however I did not receive even an acknowledgement neither a ticket to taking care of my case after three days.
To follow up my mail I have sent three times to HOSTINGER their own form about inappropriate content but simply again left without any response.
Well it is a strange and lousy attitude hardly met and seen even in post-communist countries where I live. I do not know what they want to achieve with that, certainly they do not offer helping hands to victims or they are only money collectors no matter what.
Tip for consumers:
I would never host any domain w. Hostinger as if an abuse reporting is a problem to solve, what would be the rest.

I used a trial for 3 months and then i started using shared hosting in hostinger. As i have been customer since an year
I am using vps server and using current plan as business shared hosting to develop my website cloudis.ml. My server works damn superb.
It has a simple cpanel which made me quite comfortable when compared to other hosting providers such as godaddy, awardspace, appohosting.
I support beginers and even professions to use hostinger. They can find a way towards their websites through hostinger.

Service was OK for a few months, most of the tech support requests were answered with "Here is a page how to do it, do it yourself". Lucky I was able to make my own changes.
We host reviews to businesses and people who work for government and the courts.
A dishonest party did not like that we listed their work info (which we copied from their work website)
Thus the dishonest party claimed we posted "private info of a person" to our pages (untrue, in fact this info is all over Google with Google reviews.
We sent screenshots and links to where this info was copied from
However Hostinger ignored us, did not respond, they just suspended our account, this happened several times for 2 domains, all the same complaint and issues. They claimed we violated their TOS and pointed to "terror" as what we did to this person.
We had no choice but to move our sites and domains, where "the next host had no problem". I think part of the problem is Hostinger staff have poor English ability so they did not understand what they were told and instead of trying to understand they just agreed with the dishonest party and suspended their own customers account.
We have written several emails and messages to ask for a refund for the unused services but they ignore us and come back with silly, "you are right" but we did what he had to do BS.
While they get most of their clients from low balling low prices, the custom Cpanel set up is a nightmare and used to stop you from migration away from them. Things are not in normal places and it's over complicated not better than Cpanel.
Once they know you're not happy they ignore you

They will bill extra for each SSL, Not offer Tech support, instead send you to their document pages to figure it out on your own.
