Hotel Hell at Pigeon Forge

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The beds were super hard, couldn't get enough towels and it was very small. They said the pool was heated but it wasn't and was freezing cold. My niece slipped on the deck and fell flat on her back and all they had to say was that Walmart has heating pads. If you visit Pigeon Forge do not stay at the Hotel Pigeon Forge.
