The agent (Kith Jumhil) was very helpful and did an excellent job helping me book/reserve my room. The only problem was the rate that was charged. Expedia advertised the room at $63 for one-night stay. Agent added a $26 commission for Sitejabber. This review is to alert people to make sure you are dealing directly with Expedia or call the motel directly. If not, you may find yourself paying an extra commission to a middleman.

What a pleasure it was speaking to Myles, I am at the Doubletree because I had a water leak in my home and had to extend my stay. He was very attentive great at customer service, and made sure that I was taken care of and made me laugh. Excellent customer service!

The hotel planner was not right about anything she told us, there was no truck parking, the breakfast at the hotel was 50.00 dollars and it was supposed to be free, I will never use you all again that's for sure.

HORRIBLE. The girl beside to have a bad attitude, did not display important details about parking fees. Because she was in a such hurry to steal the reservation. The price for the hotel room price was lower than I paid to this stealer website that I never intent to called.
I call the hotel to book a room for a conference being held January 30 to February 1. I was lucky to get Joshua on the phone. I received prompt professional service. Far more than what received when trying to book online. Thank you for your service.

Didn't like the misleading information about cancelation policy. I was only told that cancelations were good to the 25th of December. I was not told that the cancelation fee would be 1 days rental for each room reservation. Since all calls are recorded please verify. Not an upfront conversation.

I called the hotel direct line and got ten reservation hotline. Abigail was very professional and pleasant and had all my information and took care of my reservation in less than 5 min. So much easier than doing it online. I will make my reservation this way every time now

Everything was good only thing I don't like it's the carpet is very stained dirty. Yall need to clean the carpet.
I was here a few months ago at room #405 floor 4, and this time we got the same exact room it's incredible how we got the same room I really like that part hopefully next time we get the same room as well. Other than the carpet everything was very good. Oh one more thing the pillows are to small need bigger pillows.

Booked a last minute King suite with a whirlpool tub. Got to the Confort Inn and went to the room and the room doesnt have the whirlpool.
I want a full refund due to the mistake on your companies side.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
