Not happy.

We needed to rebook our hotel as our dates did not coincide with Marine Atlantic. We weren't aware that our initial booking:
H******* had refund protection.
We asked him ( after much discussion) for the refund protection. Following day (today) I discovered we didn't have it and
Upon calling Hotel Reservation I was told it
Was too late to reinstate this.

Outstanding service

Spoke with Ricardo on the phone-he was very helpful, provided all the information I needed with a reasonable price. Due to emergency on my part I didn't have time to check in very early. He accepted me right in and provided a 1st floor as I requested. Extremely helpful and polite young man. I also checked in with Samantha. She was absolutely charming and helped me immediately.

It was horrible! Not only did you mislead me that you actually worked for the hotel, you stated all the rooms have a marina view, ours did not. We also were unable to get our repeat visitors discount because of your deception.

Help from Julius

At our landing at Sea Tac on 1/15/26 we found our flight to yakima, where our car was,
was caneled. Sbockig for 2 seniors to be there with no backup up what so ever ever. We stopped Julius for a question on getting a hotel. We was so friendly and polite! He took us to the shuttle area a d helped us find a hotel in the area that fit our needs. He helped us when the world seemed upside down. He is a generous and kind man! I'd say you are lucky to have him working there!

My favorite Motel

I love coming here they are so friendly and courteous in the rooms are always very clean plus the rates are reasonable and they don't give you no hassle because you have a large dog like a lot of places do. I drive out of my way to come here that's how much I like it. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality all the staff here at quality inn

Julia is the best!

I stayed in March at this hotel and so enjoyed the location as well as the staff. The two of my friends also made reservations to go. I called to make reservations from January 20 through the 27th. And Julie was extremely well-versed in describing amenities that I didn't know and didn't have back And Mark. She has a very pleasant voice and was very courteous over the Phone. I hanged up feeling wonderful that the reservations were done and feeling that I made a friend.

You're doing too much slow down

This experience was nerve racking- the customer service agent wouldn't let me speak - talking over me while I was trying to give her information I thought I was dealing with a robot. My suggestion is calm down slow down and listen. Allow customers to answer your requests for information. Got my email wrong even after all of that 🤦‍

Misrepresented who they were

Calvin answered the phone, "Hampton inn", so I thought I was booking with the front desk. I asked for the government rate, he quoted me $179/night. When we got to the hotel, they said it was booked by a third party and the government rate was $109. I'm furious at the deception.

She was pleasant

However … would suggest not to represent or endorse this hotel. Hotel is extremely in run down and not clean! Very disappointed but you already have charged my card. The hotel cannot refund since payment was made to a third party. I thought I was speaking and booking with Wyndham.
