Christina made our reservation seamless. Very soothing voice and very professional. Her knowledge and competency was so appreciated. In my travel experience I'm not often met with these qualities. She deserves a raise
I called to ask if they had internet and power, before booking, because allot of people don't. Her response was cavalier and condescending. Thankfully, I looked deeper into the safety of your establishment and found reviews suggesting drug activity, so we found accommodations for elsewhere.
Sergio was able to ensure that I successfully added lodging last minute to my existing reservation without causing any disruption in my plans or causing additional stress.
Jarvis was very courteous and put me on a brief hold so that he could obtain the info that I needed regarding parking at the hotel. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
The girl pretended to be the actual hotel overcharged me by $100 per room Big ripoff scam. Told me it was the last two rooms. Didn't mention that the elevator was broken and we are all handicapped.

I was not given a copy of the insurance cancellation policy because if I read it, I'd never would've signed up for it. I feel like I was misled, and lied to. I asked her about cancellation and she said I could cancel at any time prior to the trip, she did not tell me that I had to have a disaster happen in my family or a medical emergency. I also asked her if I could get a better price online and of course she said no, which was not the case. I'm trying to get refunded because I have some medical expenses that are not covered by insurance therefore I cannot take this trip at this time. I need to be reimbursed fully. I am going to small claims court and the better business bureau. I am also sending letters to Hilton corporation about your unethical business practices. I'm goal is that they do not allow you to handle any of their bookings unless you give me back all of my money

Was wanting to rent a room at the hotel but it was full he went out of his way to try and find me another hotel to stay at in my local area we appreciate all this help he spoke clear English was polite very helpful and informative

Decided at the last minute to do a road trip to Erie PA. We had no idea where we were staying and all hotels were sold out. Hugo was very helpful finding us our home away from home!
She was pleasant and helpful, I made a request and she assured me that she noted it. It is greatly appreciated. I have an 89 year old mother and requested adjoining rooms.

I specifically asked if this was an internal entry hotel and not external... I was told internal. To my surprise upon check in it was not! This is not acceptable!

We called your hotel. It was full. Alfredo listened & heard I have a cancer patient. Bella just won a battle with a deadly disease. It cost us an RV. That's okay. She came out of it diagnosed with cancer. Our home is set on 66 degrees to accommodate Bella. We literally freeze. But Bella is worth it. This storm was too hot for Bella. Alfredo offered & secured for us the last hotel in Belton. I was crying & I told Alfredo I had to clear it with "THE GROUCH", who was sitting outside in the air conditioned car. Alfredo said, "Let me talk to your husband". He got him to say okay for the reservation.
She asked the right question to narrow down our destination. She was very patient with my concerns with the amenities, cost and good reviews about the hotel.
I feel this was the best reservation experience I have ever had, and I am 75!

When I called, I asked was this a third-party and I was told that it was Marriott direct which was an Absolutely lie…. Absolutely totally unsatisfied with the customer service I received due to the fact was not told the truth.
America assisted me by booking a room at The Holiday Inn Express in Watertown, SD. She was efficient, diligent, patient, and delightful. She made sure that she found the best available rate for the reservation. I appreciated her willingness to help and her pleasant demeanour.
