As like other thousands of households in Nashville TN, we lost power following an ice storm. We braved it for two days/nights and then, at age 78, we decided to relocate. Nashville motels were filling up quickly so we were so very thankful to reach Wendy Patricia at Hotel Planner. She made several attempts to secure us a hotel near our home and finally was able to find us the perfect stay.
She absolutely made me feel as if it was personally important to her to help us and I can't begin to describe the relief her determination brought us. She is an incredible employee and this is a great service!
Upon extending another day for grandson's friend while he.is hospitalized, called extending 1day price change from 71 to 106.84 because of weekend, I agreed paid it. Later I was informed by front desk of 50 dollar security deposit that would be refunded upon discharged via conversation from Hector. Hopefully that id returned upon her discharge.

I contacted the Hilton because I thought I made a huge mistake with booking. Eric took the situation and explained everything that happened in detail and I was able to book my future trip with no problem. I truly appreciated his diligence and attention to detail. Puzzling with the $ quoted and charged. I heard and wrote that the cost was going to be $838 with the insurance to allow for cancellation then my bank notifies me that the debit was for $887.99. I did not hear that amount. The questions I asked were answered with a good attitude.

I was put to Maureen because I was misled lied to and then someone on the phone ran my card for 399 and said hey guess what I'll give you a discount she also gave me a King room. I only wanted a queen 2 queens beds. It was a straight up theft almost. She knew what she did. He was horrible and Maureen here helped me get my money back because Maureen also told me oh it's nonrefundable.

2 minutes later called to cancel. I was scammed by your company. Misrepresented that you were Hilton and then would not return my calls after I called 2 minutes after reservation was made. It's been 1.5 hours no return call from you. Call me or this will be reported as Fraud to my bank in 15 minutes. I told you guys my wife is a nurse and needed the room. Unacceptable

Reserved a room in the tower side. Confirmed once again received verbal confirmation. All done while driving get to the hotel and informed there are no rooms available on tower side no matter what I paid for. No Way!

The lady lied to me i asked for a nice hotel when we got to the hotel it had $#*! on the walls com on the bed disgusting, dirty walls, chairs, broken. I have pictures of everything. I canceled the whole reservation. I need my money back
The person answered with the name of the hotel I was calling so naturally I thought I was talking to the hotel front desk. I was told I would be given the best rate. It was $371 for the two nights.
When I arrived and told the clerk how shocked I was about the rate, she showed me the total price should have been $245. Which is what the hotel received for the transaction.
I was quite pleased with my experience in acquiring a reservation at the Hampton Inn in Counce, TN. My representative was professional and addressed my needs.

On the road with my son driving late as we can on I-80. Called Hugo for a room close to the highway. He set us up with the perfect room in Les than 5 mins.
5 star service. Can't wait the sleep in those comfy beds!

Carlos was great and helpful in booking our stay on the queen mary. However I was requesting a specific room which apparently you can't request a specific room. At over 300. Dollars a night I should be able to, just saying...
Julian did a fantastic job of booking my one nights stay in August at the Anchorage Inn. He was very professional as we spoke it's nice to have employees like that

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
