Kim helped me book 3 rooms for me and my sisters, hopefully on the same floor with park view. She was very pleasant and patient as she tried to get me every thing I wanted.
I was booking a room and was going through the process and after I gave her all my info and was verifying with her that my card wasnt going to be charged until our arrival she went ahead and ran my card anyway. Then she was telling me I needed to pay the penalty even though she made the mistake. I am still trying to get this reservation off my card right now.

Called in hopes of staying at Thunder Valley; they were booked for the night I was hoping to stay. However; Ruben Alberto immediately provided additional options & was helpful in finding accommodations within a mile of TV for us. He was super courteous, friendly, and great at his job. As well as efficient and quick in arranging our reservation at La Quinta

I'm sure I was speaking with a nonhuman since we lost connection and when I called back 10 seconds later it was as if we had never spoken. Also, it had a bizarre way of giving me the confirmation number, and it used exactly the same wording as the previous time. Finally, it strangely got"excited" when finishing asking me for my address information. I don't have confidence that it understood what I asked for when I asked for the special discount available to unit owners.

After much frustration bordering on anger, I finally spoke with Khervin who patiently fixed my reservation modification request. She was easy to understand and explained the process as it progressed. She deserves a raise!
However, just so your company knows, ( even though Khervin was fantastic), I will always book directly through the hotel from now on. Up until speaking with her, modifying the reservation without penalty had been a nightmare.

I called in to make areservation for a 1 night stay. I had many questions. I thought it would be easier to speask to someone. Ian answered my call. He was very patient with me going over the price and room types. Ian was familiar with the area and gave me directions along with mentioning the free airport shuttle. I haven't stayed at the hotel yet but my experience over the phone with Ian is a good start.

On 2/2/26 I spoke with one of your agents about making th subject reservation. She gave me a price of 131.00. After I gave her my credit card she then told me the price of 203.00 that woujd be charged and I then told her I did not want to make the reservation for that price which was 60.00 higher tgan her original quote. She then hung up on me. I called the hotel directly and they told me they could not cancel as you are a third party. I was stuck in Ft Lauderdale in the airport and needed to take the flight to Charlotte and would be missing my connected flight. American Airlines is issuing me hotel voucher. I need to cancel this reservation and a refund to my account issued. The hotel said they would honor the voucher the airlines is going to issue me. Please advise when this is resolved. Your agent I spoke to was very unprofessional to say the least by hanging up on me.

The spokesperson, Phanuel, assured me that I could cancel before 2/19/26, the week of parking could wait until I checked in and that taxes were included and that the hotel was not affiliated with Marriott any longer. NONE of this was true.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
