Needle to move a stay by 1 day earlier than booked. In a hotel that as it turned out was VERY VERY lightly occupied. Should have been simple. But because I went through this booking site, it was enormously frustrating and took MULTIPLE email contacts. Andre turned out to be very helpful finally. But, I will never book through a third party again.

Do not put guest with no children next to a room with unsupervised children that are jumping on beds and making lots of noise when the motel is not near capacity noise level was loud till 11 pm

I called my local hotel number and was immediately transferred to a call center. I specifically asked to speak to a hotel staff front desk, the woman said I was unable to do that since the hotel didn't accept incoming calls. (Have since learned this is a lie) I asked about a room with 2 beds and asked 3 times to confirm the hotels pool and hot tub were in working order. She LIED and said it was after each of the 3 times I asked. Guess what- pool and hot tub are closed for 3 months! I'm so incredibly dissatisfied with this company and employee. Called back when I was inside the hotel lobby and asked for a manger and the man who answered my call said that was impossible as no mangers are there or no way to transfer.

They have taken the money out of my account before I arrive, they don't know if I am going to make it or not, this is a reservation and the my money wasn't supposed to be touch until i make it there because anything can happen before I get there.

I hope this is not the way of the future. Nothing beats a live person. I found the virtual agent extremely annoying to work with. We kept speaking over each other and she would start again. I think it took much longer to make my reservation and I got off the telephone in a bad mood.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
