Hotel Planner rep was easy to understand, clear in descriptions, and answered all my questions. I believe I received a reserved room that will truly meet my needs.
I thought I was speaking directly to Hampton Inn & Suites in Milan, Ohio. Olivia knew I thought that and she led me on. As a result of making the reservation with her I lost my Hilton Honors points. I didn't realize I was speaking to Expedia until I checked out of the hotel. This is the second time in a year this has happened with Expedia. I will be contacting Hilton to request they take action against Expedia.

Agent was nice. Agent did not introduce himself as not being the Mariott. He booked me for a room I don't want because it's non-refubdable. I have entered this charge with Bank of America to be investigated as fraud. It's criminal to pretend you are Marriott when you are not. Justify it if you will, I'm sure you do. But it's flat out fraud no matter how you cut it.

They deceived me and when I tried to cancel my reservation they wanted me there was a penalty on 1 night's stay. Don't trust this organization!
I received an email saying my reservation wasn't confirmed but then my credit card was charged the full amount. I received an email saying my hotel was booked.
I'm now waiting for a call or some response so I can get my money back!

I called with a very confusing update to our 7 rooms reservation I made in January 2025. Some of our kids and us, wanted to add days to the trip due to concern about weather, plane delays, tux pick ups etc. But they didn't want to be in a room one or 2 nights and then move to another room. Hector helped add the rooms and connect them to our original reservations. We are hoping to all be on the same floor!

You are a listing agent, not the quality Inn and I asked if I had called the quality in directly and you said yes that was a lie. You also said I was only a half a mile from. Tarpon Bay. Where all the Greek restaurants were, that was a lie you made reservations for their cheapest and worst rooms and charged me the higher price. With fees and taxes.

I was booking remotely for my relative who was traveling by herself and needed to pull off early due to travel conditions. Jacqueline assisted me in finding a hotel within about 10 minutes travel from the restaurant she had stopped at. Jacqueline also listened to me when I vetoed one because of bad (bad!) reviews and found the next nearest one. It was pricier than I wanted but the cheapest next choice in the area. I had no trouble using my card for my relative's stay. Jacqueline answered all my questions and was extremely courteous during the entire transaction.

Hotel for it to be a Windham suite a d being a member myself, it was a real dive. Roaches in tub, no towels, lotions, shampoos. Just 2 beds with two little pillows and sheets. Asked housekeeping yesterday morning for towels they didn't even have a cart and never brought us b towels. Very disappointed this would should be condemned if you can't do any better.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
