Excellent crew including daisy and the other folks i mentioned in the prior review

Odell was very helpful in finding the best Ray possible for my husband's and my stay. We look forward to experiencing Cambria at Whitewater.

I asked when i called is this a third party company as I only book through Marrriott (for points, folio, and rewards purposes). The website is deceptive. The representative send no. Not only that, I found out that the rate was about $100 higher then the Marriott rate itself. I feel ripped off and extorted.

I made reservations (I thought) for 2 rooms at the Houston Marriott West Loop for this Sunday. I finally went through my email and saw a message from Trivalgo which stated, "We regret..." I called the Marriott and the gentleman handling reservations heard my story then quickly took care of reserving my 2 rooms for me with friendliness and expertise.

Interrupted several time while speaking. Was hard to understand Neil. If he interrupted me one more time I was going to hang up. We did get the reservation done but!

The fellow who helped me did not give me one rate and then change it three minutes later. He was honest, helpful, and patient with my questions. He helped us get what we needed for a decent cost.

Michael was excellent in describing the details of my reservation and included adjustments i needed for the reservation. I appreciated his ability to adjust my request in a prompt fashion with all my needs satisfied. Will no doubt use their services in the future, as a result!

I asked Ricardo to confirm the cancellation policy. He told me there would be no charge if canceled by 1/26/2026. When I received the confirmation email, it reads there is a cancelation charge of 1 night if canceled by 1/26/2026. This is the opposite of what he told me.

I called to get help booking our hotel for a large group for Great Wolf Lodge. Miguel was so helpful with the process and helped us find the best deal.

It was a very enjoyable experience. Staff was extremely helpful in every way. The ISB charge port unit in my room did not work properly. Maintenance was on it in minutes and fixed it.
