I reserved a room. I gave my
Personal info & credit card info.
I received a confirmation. Before I got off off the phone my reservation was cxl'd. I was told another room would be assigned but at a new price. I never received another confirmation.
I called again, another person said a room
Was available & confirmation would be sent shortly. It was never received. Neither person spoke very good English, I had trouble understanding them. And I should be able to rate this experience with
"No Stars", zero rating. But your app won't accept -0-.
I went to another hotel in the area.

Slick Willie almost got me!

I made my reservation Ivory explained the reservation very thoroughly to me and was able to get me $20 off of my reservation due to the fact that I did not need to have reservation insurance!

I was trying to work out the details of an existing reservation however you can only do that with AI when you call in. I could not get the information I needed and I was very frustrated. I called the new reservation line and I had someone hang up on me because it wasn't a new reservation. I called back and got the Rose and she took care of me. It was pleasant to work with thank you for having her. I was almost at a place where I was not going to book groups with Hilton anymore because of my frustration level, but she got me what I needed and talk me off the ledge.

I needed a room nut also needed to make sure there was an airport shuttle that could get me to the airport in time for my 5:15 am flight! I was not only helped but the call was also very pleasant.

Easy reservation

I was on the road in a storm and decided to get a hotel. It had to accept dogs because I was traveling with mine. The reservation agent Francisco Javier was easy to understand and very helpful. He gave me directions and told me what was neat the hotel! Great job!

You said it was refundable. And its 8.miles away. So I had to cancel to get closer to Orlando. And they was saying it was a non refundable ticket. Our conversation was if I bought the $128 dollar it was non refundable. I said I wanted refundable. Now I have to wait for 2 to 10 to get my money back and now pay for another hotel 3 hours away. Reservation complications

I had made a reservation online for 1 room/3 occupants for 3 nights in NYC. I looked at the email conf. & saw it was for 2 rooms! I had tried to cancel the 2nd room & adjust the arrival date for the 1st room twice before. You do NOT make it EASY! On my 3rd try w/ your team, Hannilyn FINALLY effectively assisted. I must now wait to see if my initial res'n will be refunded.

The reservation was scheduled however the rep told me it would be 314.00 when Marriotts non-member price for that whirlpool king suite is 179.00 before tax.

After taking a deeper look into your reservation, I see that it was booked as a pay-at-hotel reservation, meaning that we did not charge your card since the hotel took care of charging your card. Therefore, since the charge to your card came through the hotel, any refunds will need to come directly through them as well. Very poor. Language difficulties, he was unsure of how to help so contacted manager. I was charged double the going rate if booked through hotel directly, plus was charged twice for the same room. I will dispute with the hotel directly. He was nice and seemed to want to help.

Terrible Experience

I called a hotel to make a reservation not realizing the number listed was not directly to the hotel. The woman told me that it was indeed the hotel. She got alittle annoyed with me when I asked questions. When I told her that other people paid less, she said I was misinformed. I had to get the supervisor involved.

Unexpected Extra Charges at Checkout

I was quoted a rate of $69 when I called to book, but my total ended up being $99. When I called back, I was told the difference was due to taxes and additional fees. I understand taxes apply, but it would have been helpful if the full total had been explained upfront. Just something for future guests to be aware of. I also was only offered $14.96 back out of the $99, which didn't seem fair given the price difference. I just wish the total cost had been clearly explained from the beginning so there were no surprises.
