Ready to Trip

I talked to Joshua about reserving a room for a one night stay. He was quick with information on what was available to satisfy my needs. He was friendly and talked in a professional manner. He made the encounter quick and easy. I appreciated that he made sure that I received the reservation details by email and text before we finished the process.

Misleading
February 12, 2026

I will take responsibility that I accidentally chose a third party to book through but… I feel scammed /conversation not transparent! We are fleeing to a hotel due to ice/ snow storm and NO electricity. The representative mislead 1.
I asked the representative to look up our rewards number. She should have revealed at that point that you were 3rd party and did not have access to.
2. Plus your text suggests that you are The Hilton by stating " we look forward to your arrival "
3. Cancellations policy - she indicated that I could cancel days if needed.
4. The hotels stated that 3rd parties purchase rooms, so when I call you all to complain, you suggest that you can reach out to hotel and try to renegotiate! FALSE
You all own the room and nothing hotel with do as per the front desk!
Shame on 3rd parties … I will be smarter next time I'm in a snow storm and out of power!'

Great assistance

Lauren was extremely helpful and provided me with all the details I needed. Unfortunately we got disconnected on my end of the phone (power surge) however Lauren had provided me with all I needed and followed up with a call and text message with reservation needed to confirm that I'm booked. Thank you so much and I'm sorry for the phone disconnect.

The customer was not top priority.

Upon calling about my reservation, Miss Reann was asked if my card would be charged and she said she didn't think so. She never told me that she was booking a non-refundable room. As she continued booking the room, I was on the phone stating I did not want my card charged, and she continued with the reservation. When I said to her again I did not want my card charged, she proceeded to tell me I would have to call customer service to receive a refund and to cancel the room because she could not. When I called in, I found the reservation was non-refundable. However, the agent I spoke with fixed everything. Where I've been a Bon Voy Member for 4 years, this is the first time I've never gotten quality service. It is my hope Miss Reann will be a little more professional and attentive to future members.

Enrique told me I was reserving a king room with a couch or pullout bed, but when I received confirmation, this was not the case.
Therefore, I was sold something I did not receive.
I called the number back & they could not confirm any detail but only promise to escalate the issue & that I would get an email at an undetermined future time.

Life Saving Assistance!

As like other thousands of households in Nashville TN, we lost power following an ice storm. We braved it for two days/nights and then, at age 78, we decided to relocate. Nashville motels were filling up quickly so we were so very thankful to reach Wendy Patricia at Hotel Planner. She made several attempts to secure us a hotel near our home and finally was able to find us the perfect stay.
She absolutely made me feel as if it was personally important to her to help us and I can't begin to describe the relief her determination brought us. She is an incredible employee and this is a great service!

Semi satisfied 😌

Upon extending another day for grandson's friend while he.is hospitalized, called extending 1day price change from 71 to 106.84 because of weekend, I agreed paid it. Later I was informed by front desk of 50 dollar security deposit that would be refunded upon discharged via conversation from Hector. Hopefully that id returned upon her discharge.

Telephone reservation for Cascade Lodge

Puzzling with the $ quoted and charged. I heard and wrote that the cost was going to be $838 with the insurance to allow for cancellation then my bank notifies me that the debit was for $887.99. I did not hear that amount. The questions I asked were answered with a good attitude.

I was put to Maureen because I was misled lied to and then someone on the phone ran my card for 399 and said hey guess what I'll give you a discount she also gave me a King room. I only wanted a queen 2 queens beds. It was a straight up theft almost. She knew what she did. He was horrible and Maureen here helped me get my money back because Maureen also told me oh it's nonrefundable.

Cannot cancel reservation

2 minutes later called to cancel. I was scammed by your company. Misrepresented that you were Hilton and then would not return my calls after I called 2 minutes after reservation was made. It's been 1.5 hours no return call from you. Call me or this will be reported as Fraud to my bank in 15 minutes. I told you guys my wife is a nurse and needed the room. Unacceptable
