What could possibly go wrong if you make a reservation using AI and a live person at-the-same-time? EVERYTHING! What a disaster! I had to continually repeat myself. I kept getting live responses mingled with recorded so nothing made sense. The recorded voice kept repeating phrases that were irrelevant to our conversation. The process took at least three times longer than it should have. Please tell me this isn't the new normal!
I tried making a reservation with both the Hotel Indigo & Hilton near by but both were closed to reservations. I had a specific reservation with Amenities that were most important like room service, restaurant, pool, hot tub, bar, etc. I decided to call the number provided for reservation at Hotel indigo I thought but Cedrick answered & I explained my situation & he went right to work. I gave him my amenities request & area I would like to stay. He found the perfect reservation for me at the Marriott North Portland. It has all the amenities I requested & I purchased refund protection because I had just been released from the Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital. I wanted to rest & recoup for 6 days without cooking & cleaning. I just wanted room service, pool & hot tub. A bar for night drinks to relax and fall asleep. He found everything. What a gentleman & amazing help he was to me. It was welll worth the phone calll & I would have given him a nice tip if possible. 6Stars was my impression. Thank you Cedrick!

I paid for 2 nights at the Scottish Inn & suites in Tomball Tx it was 170.00$. After getting there the manager came knocking on the door and said that I owed 40.00$
More…. Because I had a down stairs room and 2 beds… that's what they gave me when I checked in… I am very upset about this!

My customer service agent, "James," stated that the reservation was able to be canceled for free until the day before arrival. When I received my confirmation, i have been secretly charged for enrollment protection at over a hundred dollars.And the details said I needed to pay a knight's fee plus a recovery fee.And taxes that amounted to forty two percent of the bill. This is a scam organization and I contacted my credit card company with the information.

Your guy in the phone led me to believe he was with Holiday Inn express. I asked him specifically if he was with Holiday inn and he led me to believe that he was. Beyond that I was sold a king room and when I got to the hotel, they told me it was in either or. The rate you sold me is a bunch of bull$#*! you guys masquerade as the local entity with the phone number, which is what I called and then just lie to get the business. You're not a company of integrity you're a brutal vipers. $#*! you.

When i was charged $177. For this room, I explicitly asked if the cost covered the pet fee. I was told yes. The room was explained as a remaining pet friendly room. I arrive today and I am charged an additional $25.00 pet fee. They explained that Expedia tells them to charge me $106 for the room and the $71.00 extra is for their company fee and does not include the pet fee. The way I see it, Expedia now owes me a refund for $25.00. I will tell all my many friends that travel to avoid Expedia for the deceptive pricing from this company. This one overnight stay now cost me $202. I don't mind paying the pet fee, but I do mind being told something deceptively wrong in response to my question! A large cost for a one night stay in Payson. Its not the hotels fault... its Expedia's pricing practice. Should have gone with Booking.Com my first choice.

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
