I called to ask if they had internet and power, before booking, because allot of people don't. Her response was cavalier and condescending. Thankfully, I looked deeper into the safety of your establishment and found reviews suggesting drug activity, so we found accommodations for elsewhere.
Gabrielle is a perfect person to work with the public. She immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable by suggesting and working out this alternative hotel arrangement after my chosen hotel was unavailable at a reasonable price. I am a Sr.Citizen and pleased that she assured me she would call me right back if we were disconnected. Thank you for her wonderful assistance.

Jan was able to book a room for us (Room 302 in Pelham AL) and got it right... DESPITE the problem of hearing me. The rain was coming down so hard and loud. Could barely hear him. Told him he definitely earned his pay, today.
Horrific - Tyler was rude and abrasive when booking my reservation.
My family is having guests stay at the Hotel for a family event.
I ask for my reservation to be next to another family member and I asked if he could please check location. His response was…" I cant deal with this right now".
I have never been greeted by an employee in the hospitality industry like this before.
Hopefully my stay will be better than my reservation experience.

I called looking for a hotel room in Columbus Georgia after driving out of Florida (hurricane milton) and somehow I got Christian on the phone. He went above and beyond any help I have ever received… as I foolishly did not think to find a room before I left Florida… good old anxiety kicking in… he kept searching for me until he found a room … and was professional, kind, and consistently courteous. Talked with the gentleman from reservations & he was really helpful with informing my about the details of rooms available. Asked about the date we needed,how many were staying & how many beds we needed & what size. There's parking for our oversized rig so that'll be helpful as well.

I am 81 and have not done such a reservation before! I traveled cross country 2 years ago and did not do any reservations like this! Jennifer made it possible and was very pleasant and patient throughout!
Extremely patient with a kind manner. I needed 5 nights for myself. However, during that stay, I needed 2 more additional rooms, one with ADA adaptions and one w/o…all on same floor with a different check-in and check-out dates.
Also, he was professional and concerned of making sure I get my reward points for each as well.
It was confusing and then made simple. Thx!

I had a question about the pet policy which I could not find, so i called reservations. The person seemed unwilling or unable to answer most of my questions, she seemed overwhelmed by me asking two questions, and seemed to have an attitude when I persisted in trying to get an answer to my question. She hung up on me. This person does not belong in a customer service. Obviously, I will be finding another hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised that I could understand my customer service rep. Normally you get a person with a thick foreign accent. Jason was pleasant and was able to find me a reservation last minute that worked for my budget. Wonderful service all around.

I wanted information about pet fees and accommodations for Thursday- Friday, 29-30 August 2024. Jennifer looked up the information and informed me that pet fees were $25.00 per night and there were a few rooms available. She was very professional, friendly, and accommodating.
I have to say that Alejandro is the best agent with whom I have had the pleasure of reserving a TRU room. He was very professional, beyond helpful and very patient as we explored the options and pricing for our stay.
Wadsworth did not have what I was looking for available... She offered to find me something in the area... Exactly what I was looking for... So nice talking to a real person and not trying to do stuff online! She was very polite... explained things clearly and went the extra mile. Thanks

Thought I was talking to hotel directly, not some scammy trap to get hotel reservations not directly from the hotel. I was stupid not to hang up on them but anxious to get reservation for friends coming from overseas. Never again. Price went up during conversation (oh, looks like a block of rooms was just sold), had to accept one day penalty to cancel on a 2 day stay weeks away... think they even charged me for some dubious cancellation thing besides. My fault but what scum... should have hung up
I would love to leave a great review for the guy that helped me on the phone. However I'd leave a better review if it was easier to leave a review. I do not think its necessary to have a min word count for a review and enter all my information including my reservation number. Not everyone has time or energy to leave an essay of a review everytime i turn around. Ridiculous.

I needed to add a night to my trip. I called the reservations number and Zanya answered. After I told her what I needed she was very helpful and was able to take care of my needs.
