Didn't appreciate the fact that your a 3rd party! Feel like I got tricked. Don't know why the number took me to you and you lied to me and said their system was down! Not true as I spoke to the hotel about what had happened. BTW you obviously work from home as all I could hear was dogs barking in the background. Also I get a special rate for my business that is now void since you tricked me into using you. The hotel assistant told me it has happened to other people who have unfortunately gone through your little trick. I hope this review will help other people not make the same mistake I did. Shame on you!

It was such a frustrating half hour… Who knows what's going on in Kansas City but I was trying to book a hotel for a Sunday through Tuesday… Adrianne spent the time looking through several hotels with me and finally after trying three different hotels got me into a good option thank you for your perseverance and Your positive outlook.

After a terrible experience with a different person who told me a) my hotel was sold out and b) there was nothing in the area that allowed a dog, I luckily got Lauren on the phone. Lauren helped me book me hotel room (not sold out) told me what I would need to do to extend my stay, if needed. 5 star service!

I spoke with Nadia. Unfortunately when it came to taking the cancellation option she said that if I cancel prior to the week off stay due to weather I would not get charge. When the agreement came in it did not say that. I immediately called with in the Hr. Unfortunately I will loose out on a full day charge if I cancel due to bad weather

There is no refund for no-shows, early checkouts, or cancellations after 11/22/2025, 6:00 PM (Local hotel time).
If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, kindly let us know so we can coordinate with the hotel to update your reservation.

Online reservation didn't went through, call to the San Antonio hotel ph number and the person that get the call gave us the information and confirm breakfast was included. Now at the hotel they said they didn't process the reservation and it was a call center so we need to pay the breakfast because this hotel frint deskdidn't process the reservation and the was probably the call center did the reservation and lie to us so they won't let us ger breakfast if we don't pay additional, that is the worse response and service ever!

I called to make a reservation at the express Inn and suites in Clovis. Diego told me there were no rooms at all available. I checked on my own and there were many rooms available!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
