RJ, answered all my questions and explained in detail all about the reservation and amenities of hotel, also how far downtown was. He was very professional and courteous.
Agent was very misleading. I assumed he was with Grove Park Inn instead of Expedia. Did not explain cancellation policy that was highly unusual. I told him I might need to cancel if I couldn't get spa reservations for that date, which turned out to be the case. Looks like I am out $2000 because cancellation policy requires documentation of illness, weather, etc to cancel.

I told the representative who pretended to be a Marriot employee that I did not want a nonrefundable reservation twice and she ignored it and went ahead and gave me a nonrefundable reservation. Then it took an hour of my time to try and cancel the reservation and receive a refund and I still don't know the outcome.

I called a Hilton phone number to book a reservation at the Hampton Inn and Suites in west Amarillo for this evening, specifically making sure it was the one we stayed at 2 weeks ago and mentioning a favorite restaurant close by. He said no problem he had our record and knew the restaurant. When we arrived to check in there was no reservation for us but the desk person there was able to determine that our reservation was at a new Hilton property called Spark about 2 miles along I-40. About an hour later we were able to locate the Spark and checked in. No confirmation message had been received; only this request for an evaluation of the service. Disappointed indeed!

Scam. Completely fraudulent booking service. Booked a hotel reservation through them. Ended up having to travel on business. But I purchased refund protection, and provided the proof they required to receive a refund before the date of the reservation (the paid receipt for a flight, as THEY asked for). They denied my request. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They then just blamed
The HOTEL and said THE HOTEL refused to provide a refund. I paid for refund protection with HotelPlanner, not the hotel. Do not book through this company.

Blossom Pearl, my customer service representative, was able to take me from a place of heightened anxiety—especially after two previous representatives disconnected from our conversation—and genuinely help me. Even though the other agents told me the same thing about my request, it was Blossom's professional tone and calming presence that made all the difference.

I was trying to book a room for the night since I plan to stay overnight after a 6-hour Drive to bring my son back to college at SUNY Plattsburgh. The representative I spoke with was super nice, professional and very helpful. He knew immediately all the information that I had questions on in regards to the facility, hours and the rate of the room. Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
