Abysmal performance
May 5, 2025

Calling the corporate office. The customer service has been horrible. I have been hung up on three time. Trying to get my confirmation number but guess what I can't get it with out having it. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Having to google the corporate number to have someone actually help. Seriously train your staff more.

I really appreciated the time and effort given in helping me find an affordable hotel. I've never traveled to Massachusetts before, and the lady who spoke with me on the phone was incredibly helpful and supportive, and made me laugh!

I was cheated by this organization. When I found out that my reservation was non-refundable and that I was charged for a refund plan. I spent two hours calling to get a refund for the ticket, instead I got an email that says I will only get credit versus a refund. I don't want credit, I want my money back $612.66.

HotelPlanner attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Fraud theft lies

Humberto (when specifically ask, said he was not working for 3rd party reservation company that he was working for the hotel directly and the charge was $278. When we checked in the actual hotel cost was $129. And hotel staff said he was NOT their employee. You agency teaches their staff to lie and steal

Hello! I had made reservations for the wrong weekend! Traveling from the Richmond Va area to Easton MD. A few hours in my trip got a text to confirm wrong weekend, pulled over in a panic as it was Easter weekend and go on the phone with Kathleen— even if she had not found me a room— I would have left that conversation feeling very happy — she was delightful. Calmed me down and was so helpful. Can't thank her enough for her service

Not a Happy Camper!
April 7, 2025

I requested a rate for the block of rooms for Sister's Scrapbooking which I told the agent is $90. I thought the total she gave me was high. She said the with $90 a night is including all taxes and fees. I just got my confirmation email and she charged me $141 a night! What a scam! I'm so pissed. I'll be getting some money back one way or another!
