Carolina was very patient and helpful in changing my reservation. I had just called, and the other operator told me there was no availability, so I appreciate Carolina going through the different options of what was available, and ultimately changing my reservation.
Very helpful, very pleasant, Tina was so professional and without her help I would not have made the reservation. I had serveral experiences with others that hung up on me and made me feel like I didn't even want to come and vacation. But Tina made my experience wonderful. She went above and beyond all my reservations attempts. And Tina was so personable. I enjoyed speaking with her. She is a keeper and I hope I get her the next time I make a reservation!

I made a reservation this morning for two rooms at Hampton inn and Suites, 3950 Lyman Drive, Hilliard, OH for two night stay, Nov 26 anD Nov 27. I did not receive email confirming these reservations.
