I requested a gulf front room. Nadia indicated that I was booking what I requested. Not true, I got the complete opposite. You deceived me! Very disappointed! You could have been honest with me!

Wonderful Fast Service

I needed to book a hotel with shuttle service to the airport in Asheville during the Christmas weekend. I didn't realize that the hotel I was thinking of booking in was sooo expensive because of the time of year. But this wasn't a problem. They were able to find me a similar room in my price range offering shuttle service to the airport quickly and then sent me via text and email all the confirmations. It was so helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation a pleasant one.

I was not told that there would be a service fee of $7.99 that would be taken out from my account. I was just told that I made my reservation and I would be able to pay for it once I get up dear, but taking money out of my account was not told to me and I don't appreciate that.

He was able to book me a room after many calls with no luck. I was disconnected 3 times prior to getting Christian on the line. He also explained why I was told I couldn't get a reservation. Excellent customer service

Pissed off customer

My experience with this operator was great and she had plenty of patience considering I was pissed over issues with another reservation the other gentleman that took original reservation needs to be fired because he is an idiot and doesn't listen and can't spell and booked us at the wrong hotel and because he spelled my last name wrong that reservation was cancelled his job needs to be reviewed and hopefully terminated this is not funny when a person books a room(s) in advance to get a cancellation notice 2 days before reservation which put me in a tight spot and cost me more money when your employee created the issue due to his incompetence I will get with holiday in corporate over this issue also and I'm sure they will have concerns also and I will expect compensation for your employees mistakes which caused me a lot of stress and mental anguish feel free to reach out to me my number is *******667 thank you operator on this reservation was great helping fix the

Charged twice for pet fee

When we called the number listed on the hotel website we explained that we were traveling with a pet and we booked our room to included the pet fee $75. When we arrived at the hotel they said the pet fee was not included and they charged us again for the pet.

Exorbitant price

I called to book a room at Holiday Inn. While booking, was told room was no longer available so she would book me in another hotel. The price she gave me "as a discount" was more than $80 more than booking.com. I could have booked that myself. She did NOT do me a favor and I paid way too much money for a hotel I didn't want
