I was able to make reservations for a conference. It was quick and easy and the person (Luis)I spoke with was very friendly and helpful!

When calling the Inn on Destin Harbor we were pleasantly greated by an employee named Roseann we were very impressed with her. She greated us well and from beginning to end she made us feel very confident that we chose the right place for our little getaway. Everything was explained and she was so pleasant that there was never a doubt we picked the right place to stay. Thanks so much for making us feel comfortable and again thank you for a very thoughtful person towards her customers and making us feel welcome to this Hotel.

It's a nice place but those of us that r crippled get no help carrying baggage UP a Long set of stairs. I had a room held, I am disabled n had 4 pieces of luggage 3 boxes n a lg bag. I have a considerable amount of pain just walking. Do they not offer to help anyone?
They have a grand staircase. No Elevator. No freaking elevator. No help absolutely no help, he just walked off. I had to make 4 trips n left the rest in the car. N luggage cart either!
I will not stay here again. This is bs, Bob the builder must have been on n nobody wanted to work.

Got to my hotel & was told I only had one night booked even though I booked two. Found out the third party I called (& didn't know it as I hit the call button under the hotel on Google) had booked two separate reservations for two separate nights. Front desk lady was very helpful, thankfully.

The person I spoke with was not Therance, but a nice young lady, however they were very professional and did a great job helping me with what I needed. We haven't stayed there yet, however the booking was a good experience

I made a reservation online at the Inn on Lake Superior. I hit confirm then noticed it was the wrong room. I called the the reservation number and Prince helped me book the room I wanted... the one with the view of Lake Superior. Thank you Prince.

We were on 95 headed north to go home from vacation. We went online to find a place to spend the night. This Days Inn had good reviews, was moderately priced and offered breakfast. We made a reservation over the phone and headed to the establishment. The girl who took care of us behind the counter was very pleasant, gave us a room, and we went upstairs to rest up before we hit the road the following morning. Unfortunately, when we got to the room, the phone didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the room was disgusting. It was not clean, the bathroom, shower and tub was not something you would want to even step into. Also, the bed was all lumpy and we knew that we could not stay there. Also, we found out they did not have breakfast as stated online. We went back downstairs to speak to the young lady, but she said we needed to call who we had made the reservation through. We made the call the gentleman that took care of us was extremely helpful and we were able to resolve the issue, get our credit and move onto another facility. I was very happy with Mr Jesus handling the cancellation and refund. Great customer service!

Answer: I attempted to email, submitted a support request, called numerous times, requested call backs (received 0), attempted to chat and was continuously ignored or "disconnected", never once reaching anyone that would or could help me. Customer Service at HotelPlanner is nonexistent.
Answer: HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.
Answer: Just do not use! HP is awful and they will spoil your travel plans!
