Used it a few times when i was looking for some alternatives other than the more known ones, and this one worked perfectly. The thing that caught my eye the first time i ever logged on the site was their extensive language and currency preferencers, they are pretty easy to set and the website interface is a little bit old-school which like. You don't really want flashy animations and shiny illustrations, you just want to book your hotel, get your confirmation, check some info about the hotel and get on with it. This site is particularly cool for that, prices are competitive and the website often provides pretty good deals and discounts as well. So, simple and east, streamlined, supportive, competitive, it has all the good ingredients to be a really good alternative.
Never booked through hotelone.com these scoundrels will trick you into booking a non-refundable hotel room with zero warning. Once you book, they bill you the full amount automatically and then it's almost impossible to get your credit card company to even reverse the charge. I had a booking a month in advance on a trip I had to cancel a month in advance & the hotel refused a refund as well!
The experience was good but booked 2 rooms minutes apart and charged 2 different rates.
Wish I was able to book 2 rooms in one go

When in Newcastle, we always stay at the Great Western Apollo.
It was quick and easy and I had no issues. I did think I was on the hotel site and didn't realize I wasn't until after I booked. I confirmed the booking with the hotel so this worked fine.
When I looked up my hotel choice this came up first. I thought I was on the hotel site but this worked quickly and well. I confirmed my reservation directly so the site worked fine.
As expected for a hotel booking confirmation. A little disappointed when I realized I was booking through a 3rd party site as it looked like hotel website.
The hotel I wanted was unavailable and I was directed to a nearby hotel on their site.
I recieved a quick response in my email about whatever adjustments and changes i wanted to make to my booking when i saw the error that was made and was told that i was updated and confirmed.

Book directly with the hotel. Cancelation required because the airport was 45 minutes away, but the hotel was advertised as serving the airport. Different booking was required for travel.
Received a confusing email with multiple options funneling mw into leaving this review on the premise that if I don't respond my booking which they've taken payment for will be cancelled.

This is a great location. Nice staff. Free parking. They offer a shuttle to the Grand Old Opry and the General Jackson Showboat -- both are located across the street behind the Gaylord Hotel.

Would have given 5 stars but there was no explanation for the fee breakdown. Found out could have got sale ton cheaper directly from hotel.
I thought it was the website for the hotel and after getting room found out it was not. Kinda misleading.
Quick and easy booking. Nice clean room. Room faced busy highway, but did not hear any road noise. Good hot breakfast. Would definitely book again.
