Used it a few times when i was looking for some alternatives other than the more known ones, and this one worked perfectly. The thing that caught my eye the first time i ever logged on the site was their extensive language and currency preferencers, they are pretty easy to set and the website interface is a little bit old-school which like. You don't really want flashy animations and shiny illustrations, you just want to book your hotel, get your confirmation, check some info about the hotel and get on with it. This site is particularly cool for that, prices are competitive and the website often provides pretty good deals and discounts as well. So, simple and east, streamlined, supportive, competitive, it has all the good ingredients to be a really good alternative.
Never booked through hotelone.com these scoundrels will trick you into booking a non-refundable hotel room with zero warning. Once you book, they bill you the full amount automatically and then it's almost impossible to get your credit card company to even reverse the charge. I had a booking a month in advance on a trip I had to cancel a month in advance & the hotel refused a refund as well!

Simple et rapide. Suite à une erreur de date dans ma réservation, un appel téléphonique a suffi pour effectuer la correction. Personnel poli et attentif aux questions. Le tout s'est effectué très rapidement.

J'au recu unn long document uniquement en anglais. Pourtant, toutes mes échanges écrits, par courriel ( email n'est pas francais) étaient en francais.

- Chambre spacieuse, mais très sombre
- mal insonorisée / extérieur
- literie bruyante (très désagréable) et "défoncée"
- situation éloignée de la vieille ville: seul avantage: le bus 747 en provenance de l'aéroport s'arrête juste devant.
- personnel aimable, sans plus, très intéressé pour "placer" locations et visites au prix fort...
- mauvais rapport qualité/prix, statut 4* surfait
- mauvais restaurant, Pt Déj idem.
- dernier point, on a dû faire le lit nous même car les femmes de ménage ne faisait rien ds la chambre!
Je ne connaissais pas du tout cette chaîne... et ne souhaite pas m'en souvenir aujourd'hui

J'ai confirmé ma commande tout en prenant connaissance de l'avis de non remboursement mais je déplore ceci car à 68 ans tout peut arriver.
J'aurais dû appeler directement l'hôtel pour faire une réservation avec possibilité de& annulation. C'est ce que je ferai à l'avenir
Compliqué de s'y retrouver à travers les types de chambres. Photos ne semblent pas tjrs correspondre. Mais peut être que c'est moi qui comprends pas bien.
Quand on appelle au # de téléphone pour obtenir de l'information, c'est juste en anglais...

1. J'ai reçu la documentation uniquement en anglais, pourtant le questionnaire d'évaluation est en français
2. La facturation ne mentionnait aucun détail. La chambre annoncée à 259$ me revient à 337,98$. La différence est bien plus élevée que la taxe normalement chargée.
3. J'ai essayé le service téléphonique sans succès.
4. Après information, le coût de la chambre me serait revenu moins cher en réservant directement à l'hôtel

Je croyais le service en ligne plus rapide et plus avantageux
Belle expérience. Hôtel très propre. Petit déjeuner aussi très apprécié. Par contre des petites choses manque. Comme dans plusieurs chaînes hôtelières un minimum de deux bouteilles d'eau dans le frigo et quelques accessoires de bain seraient de mises. Comme par exemple petit savon, shampoing, revitalisant, bonnet de douche etc...
Je n'en suis jamais pas à ma première expérience.
