Used it a few times when i was looking for some alternatives other than the more known ones, and this one worked perfectly. The thing that caught my eye the first time i ever logged on the site was their extensive language and currency preferencers, they are pretty easy to set and the website interface is a little bit old-school which like. You don't really want flashy animations and shiny illustrations, you just want to book your hotel, get your confirmation, check some info about the hotel and get on with it. This site is particularly cool for that, prices are competitive and the website often provides pretty good deals and discounts as well. So, simple and east, streamlined, supportive, competitive, it has all the good ingredients to be a really good alternative.
Never booked through hotelone.com these scoundrels will trick you into booking a non-refundable hotel room with zero warning. Once you book, they bill you the full amount automatically and then it's almost impossible to get your credit card company to even reverse the charge. I had a booking a month in advance on a trip I had to cancel a month in advance & the hotel refused a refund as well!
It was easy and took no time at all. I was given all the information I needed. Everything is clearly stated, so there will be no surprises. The important thing is that if, for some reason, you need to cancel the booking, you can do so until virtually the last minute.
Like others I was scammed by HotelsOne. I thought that I was booking directly with the hotel. Turns out that is not true. When I booked there was no explanation of the fact that there is an immediate charge for the full amount to my credit card ($3,447) or that their cancellation policy includes a non-refundable one nights room and tax charge for each reserved room - a total of $883.70 in my case. I cancelled within 8 hours of making the reservation. I found the same rooms on Booking.com for $700 cheaper. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

Hotel was cancelled due to COVID-19 but they refuse to issue a refund. Reservation is not in Marriott's system and when logging in to HotelsOne it says i have not been charged, despite having been charged months ago. Used this site thinking they were Marriott but they just build their website to look identical so you use them instead. I am now out over $1100 for receiving absolutely nothing

When I spoke with the hotel I received a price and cancellation conditions. Your listing on google tricked me into thinking I was dealing with the hotel. You are more expensive and no cancellation benefits. Will not recommend this service, you listing/advertising is not worth 25.00 per night.

Mistake, was tricked into thinking I was dealing directly with hotel due to how the page was set up and replicated the actual hotel.

Tried to book online - put payment info in twice and they system gave no response - I'd authorised the payment through my banking app but the system just hung. I didn't tell me what was happening. After trying twice, I called Hotels One.
First time I spend half an hour on the phone and was basically told to call my bank or the hotel directly (they couldn't give me a number for the hotel and it isn't on the website either!) - second time ended up using a different bank card - I wanted to book over the phone but the price was and extra £40!
I would not book again - way too much hassle.

I want to the main hotel site to book a reservation for 2 nights. After traveling to get to the hotel to check in. No reservations. We found out we were falsely led to HotelsOne.com... They stole our money. Phone contact with these morons is just that... Scamming bunch of thieves.
Cracks in the walls. Hallway was disgusting with spackling all over the carpet. Found a sock left from previous patron on the floor of our room. Afraid to stay for free breakfast as to the conditions.
My first booking for an hotel was very easy with no problems in navigating the website. However, when I tried to make a second booking at another location it would not accept my credit card (the same one I used for my first booking. After many attempts with no success, I contacted the motel direct.
The accommodation was not available on another site.
The booking process and follow up has been great but I have not yet used the booking so do not know how it will go when I arrive at the resort. I was also disappointed full cost was taken immediately for 2 bookings I made. I had not expected that.
I did not choose... I was directed there by the booking system of the resort. I have assumed therefore that HotelsOne is well regarded.
Never received the e-mail confirmation of the booking until I requested it the morning of sept 5. Also asked for text confirmation but that never showed up in my text messages. Tried on the web to have e-mail sent twice after reservation made on 09/04 and the e-mails never came. (I did check spam and trash folders)

Booking process was ok. But confirmation showed different description of room actually booked. The reservation page could not be printed out, due to light font color. Another confirmation email did resolve the print receipt. But I needed to call the hotel directly to verify the actual king of room booked.
By accident... I thought I was working with the hotel's direct site. The URL was so close to the actual hotel site that was confusing and frustrating to learn that it was a third party site... even feels deceptive. NOT a good feeling. The reason I did not contact HotelsOne was because there was no easy way to do so.

Room was a little on narrow size. However, it had everything a person could ask for.
Big Bed, TV, Writing desk, small refrig, AC conditioner, coffee pot, nice wash area with nice mirror.
Our stay also included a free breakfast.
And, it had a bathroom that was all set up for for older people. Hand rails in shower area, shower area was same level as the floor. All you had to do is walk right in, you didn't need to lift your legs to get in, It also, had a raised toilet,

I used the link provided on the hotel's website. Easy to use and received confirmation quickly. I noticed that there was a comment on the hotel having music on Friday & Saturday nights that might produce some noise until late evening. I hadn't read all details for the hotel prior to booking so hadn't seen that information until after booked. Luckily I've booked for mid week otherwise might have been a bit wary.
It was the option provided by the hotels website.
Never give 100 % service. Always some little thing that goes wrong. One thing, you do not state that you were a service provider. I thought i was making my reservation directly with carson valley inn.

I booked two rooms on the same credit card, got one booking number for both rooms. On arrival at the Mountain Retreat Hotel in Squarmish, BC they could only find one room. After a 30 minute wait they finally found the other room. We thought we were booking a Best Western Hotel.

I accidentally booked a non-refundable hotel reservation. I booked it 9 months in advance. I immediately contacted HotelsOne when I discovered what I had done. And even though the reservation was 9 months out, they refused to provide a refund. They further went on to cancel my hotel reservation, so I ended up paying for a hotel reservation without being able to actually use it.
This is terrible.
I wanted hotel and parking, but none of the websites claiming to offer this were functioning; a person at one of the companies told me that their allocation had all been taken.
I therefore had to book just a room at your website and then phone the hotel to book parking. Really, I could have just cut out the middleman and phoned the hotel for the entire deal.

Very easy. Have stayed at this hotel previously and it is very friendly and welcoming. Every member of staff I had contact with were professional and polite. The food was delicious and very relaxed atmosphere in the bar.

You have a lot of nerve forcing people to fill this out. This moves my overall rating to a one and I haven't even checked in yet. Every company on the planet wants a customer review. Start offering a $25 rebate on the room. Your chances are much better. DON'T CONTACT ME AGAIN
You will find HotelsOne lurking at the top of search engines and if you click their site it will appear to be the hotel site. They will advertise special prices but may change the currency to USD and have extra taxes over and above normal.

Flight cancelled due to snow storms hotelsone would not assist with refund at hotel yet the party we were staying with in the very nxt room got their full refund thru Expedia. HotelsOne is dirty. They say they are Expedia but they are not... bad faith business the took my $623.00 did not offer even half refund or future credit.
My booking sprint was very easy and confirmation came almost immediately after booking. The site prices were better than any other prices for the hotel I chose! I will definitely be recommending this site
