Let me start by saying that they charged the credit card three times. This company and everyone working behind the phone are very unprofessional. I bought $560 dollars worth of merchandise, paid $66 dollars for express shipping (clearly says 1-2 business day) and my order has taken 4 days so far, I have not received the items, no email confirmation was ever sent, I had to chase them to have updates of my order, like nobody is doing their job. They do not have a manager available to supervise the huge mess that they have going on. They notified me the day after the order was being reviewed because the shipping address and billing address was not the same. So I had to submit pictures of ID and credit card and hunt down the manager to make sure it was going to be processed right away to comply with the promised date of arrival. Jasmine who is someone working there had no clue of what was going on, was not able to provide the supervisor s name, no one there following up, I mean a big joke. No customer service oriented, I will never buy from them again. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. Stay away. There are many more online stores with nice clothes that actually send your order in time and don't have this pathetic personnel assisting you. I Placed an order for over $800 and paid a RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING (over $100), simply because I was going on vacation and i needed the clothing ASAP! It's not been 3 DAYS, and they keep saying because it's a "large order" their security team needed pics of my license and card... sent it in, STILL HAVENT SHIPPED OUT MY ORDER! They're robbing people on shipping and cannot deliver and follow through! I leave TOMORROW and have to somehow buy a weeks worth of summer clothes in Wisconsin (not happening)... thank you miami styles for messing up my vacation! You lost a good customer! NEVER AGAIN!

Love this site so much. Just with they were a little cheaper but everything I've ordered from them has been super flattering with fast shipping and fast returns.

My husband bought me a 129.99 dress for my birthday, i opened it a few weeks after (on my birthday) and it didnt fit bc tje cut was off and my breasts could not be contained within the dress... we emailed them and they sa 8d we could return for a exchange or store credit. Upon receiving my dress they demied it because of "wear" and im now out 129.99 plus shipping it both ways AND I HAVE NO DRESS FOR MY BIRTHDAY! Ive spent hundreds of dollars on their clothing and now they treat me like crap and wasted my $130+ and i have no dress to wear for my party. Amanda thr "manager" was rude, uncaring and unprofessional. My husband is contacting the GM and Owner now... so buy elsewhere unless you want to waste your money. Plus most of these dresses i found on amazon for a portion of the price! Hot miami styles is a rip off!

I ordered a dress from there for my bday, then they cancelled my acct. Saying I had ordered something before and then told my credit card company that I didn't receive my package and got them to return the payment. When I've never ordered from them before! They said I was flagged and now banned from ordering from their site! Wtf! Customer service was $#*!, even when I told them I've never ordered from there before and it was my first time ordering anything! So crap and they wouldn't even investigate! Also they never notified me, I had to call and follow up myself! I would give 0 stars if I could! **update they blocked me from their Instagram because I complained, no apology, no nothing, so unprofessional!

I just love HMS! The clothes fit me so well and the quality is great! Their prices are fair and when they have their sales, it's like Christmas for me!

I ordered 2 two piece sets & they fit WONDERFUL. Look exactly like the pictures also. I did overnight shipping as well, it came the next day. Thank you I will continue to shop with you all.

Honestly the friendliest customer service in south Florida. It is a rare thing to get a quick response and great service But miamistyles does both. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

I purchased an outfit (bodycon suit $130.00) tried it on it did not fit! Wrapped it up and put in back in bag all tags attached had don for 5 mins and returned the next day. One week later I received an email stating that it had been worn and they sent it back.
When I received a Bodycon suit back it looked like it had been dragged on the floor turned inside out and sent back to me stating worn and those areas marked! What a CRUEL business MAKING FOLKS KEEP THEIR ITEMS and LYING! OUT RIGHT STEALING! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS THEY ARE COMMON DAY THIEVES! Called and spoke to the boss and she stated well it was WORN! THIS STORE IS TRASH! I read these same reviews and decided to take a chance WORST DECISION EVER! YOU ARE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER IN LIFE!

I had an horrible experience with this online shop. They send you a confirmation email with an invoice, and then charge your credit card a lot more. They don't give you your money back and blame your bank for the extra charges. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH ORDERING ON THIS SITE!

I've shopped with hot Miami styles for many years. One thing I can say is that the quality is on point. I've had several pieces still in my closet I've bought back in the day.

I love HMS! It has the hottest trending styles. I love the maxi dresses and mini dresses in particular. Beautifully made with a sexy style and a great price!

The customer service team is fast and professional. I contacted them regarding a restock request and they were very helpful. I always have a good experience when ordering from them.

I am incredibly displeased with their customer service. I returned a completely unworn bikini because it DID NOT FIT and now I have to keep a product that I will never wear. Their return policy is a sham. Apparently online customers to cannot purchase clothing online without having the opportunity to try it on. This piece of clothing was simply tried on and HotMiamiStyles claim it appeared worn. THE TAGS WERE STILL ATTACHED. How could i have worn a swimsuit with tags still attached. Unbelievable.

I have purchased items for my wife from HMS on at least 3 occasions and it has been a pleasure each time. I am happy with the quality of the goods that i chose, the price, the speed of shipping and the quality of customer service. I can recommend this seller. I purchased 8475LDDUSTYROSE and would say that the quality of this dress is on par with dresses that I've bought at Marciano but a 1/4 of the price.

I love love love love this website! Clothing is amazing! Great quality! Only thing I would strongly advise on is please do not order a two-piece bathing suit if you wear a size DDD, they run a bit small and you won't be happy. I wasn't upset because I know it's my main issue with my body, so instead I only order one piece, which is also super hot! I do have a request guys! CAN YOU PLEASE ADD SOME THONG ONE PIECE TO YOUR COLLECTION :)

Ordered a high low dress as seen on model the high low was the front was high and the back was low. I received dress and the manufacturer had sewn the dress sideways the high was toward the back and low was more infront. It could not be worn with out looking ridiculous. I asked for a return they offered $10 off the dress. UM NO I want a refund for a dress that is clearly damaged. We are under quarantine and they where being strict about the return policy. So I opened a case with my credit card company. They all of a sudden would be happy to accept return. I returned and they gave me partial refund and because I closed the credit card dispute, So they felt i had no recourse. I will get my money back if i have to call the FCC and reports them for mail fraud. Do not do business with this scam company. OH and Now they are lying that the dress was not damaged. I bet they send it to the next girl and she will have the same issue. So sad to say they are crooked... these are the businesses that will go out of busies during this very trying time KARMA

One review said they bought pants for $80 however they dont even sell pants that high. Not sure where they bought the pants but its not from Hot Miami Styles... just saying

If I could give a zero I would. The company kept processing my card then saying there was an AVH mismatch on my address I called Visa, Master card and Capital one to see why the address would not match what they had recorded only to find out the purchases all went through as confirmed by my credit cards. I called Hot Miami back for them to say they cannot contact their merchant center as they have no number to do so or means to contact them to see what the technical issue is. Then I had to wait over 6 business days for those transactions to fall off my cards. They kept saying my address must be wrong or the Credit card companies must have wrote it wrong then I contacted the CC companies again to ensure the address was recorded the right way which it was. Hot miami did not assume any responsibility I endless hours on the phone with my CC and days waiting for these charges to drop. Hot Miamis supervisors knew and did nothing and did not even call to address the issue. I am very disappointed with their service, and use to order large amounts but will never place an order with them after this. They do not care about client retention at all.
