The product appears top quality. I would have liked to have the choice to purchase the exhaust manifold connectors now I have to go search for them and an adapter from 2 to 2 1/2. Overall I,m very pleased with the package

Ordering the product was easy, when shipment arrived the box was opened unsure as to why there was no strapping on it to ensure that it stayed closed, wasn't pleased with this haven't had the chance to inventory the system yet. I will be doing this sometime in the next week.

Received within very reasonable time frame. However, item did NOT fit as described by on line chat rep. He indicated that it would fit right over the outlet of the muffler. It is EXACTLY the same size (O. D.) as the outlet of the Magnaflow muffler. Will have to use butt clamp and hope it holds.

My experience with talking to your representative was very helpful in getting the right Cat converter. The other company did not have the right Cat and had no answer for me. Upon receiving the Cat. I checked and found the outlet pipe too big to match the system. I had to cut the old Cat pipe and use it as a sleeve to slip the Cat pipe over. Now I will have to weld that joint. At least it will be usable but I had to cut the new Cat pipe slightly to accomplish. This may give the manufacturer an excuse to void the warranty. It also was not as pictured. It Is a round Cat.

Good experience, my bank watches over for fraud after OPM breach but I was able to go back and do it through paypal. Only thing I didn't like when a signature is required is not you guys but FedEx with the info they give for tracking. On truck for delivery but not coming that day. But thats FedEx not you guys.

I left a message yesterday to talk with somebody in customer service, just to verify that my catalytic converter is California legal. My invoice stated that it was CARB compliant but there is nothing stamped on the converter itself and I have to get it smogged, so I wanted to make sure I don't run into any problems. Thanks.

Parts claim to be Maganaflow bout no Magnaflow markings.

Boxes that were delivered were TOTALLY destroyed. Pipes sticking out and damaged. For the money I saved. Not worth it.

Came ahead of time fit well. Had to purchase sensor from muffler shop that placed catalytic converter. Otherwise, no complaints.

Initially I was a tad upset that the item wasn't in stock. I was thrilled that John was a man of his word and made sure I had my exhaust by the date promised. It's unfortunate that I wont be ordering another system anytime soon, but I will be sure to refer my friends!

I had shopped all over the internet looking a great price on a mangaflow exhaust system. The folks at Hot Exhaust had the exact system for my 2003 GMC Sierra and price was phenomenal. The ordering was a snap and it arrived in record time. Can't wait to get it installed.
