I needed a catalytic converter for my 1987 BMW 325i. Hottexhaust had the Magnaflow brand in stock, and on sale (!) while other distributors said it was a special order that would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive and at much higher cost. The unit shipped quickly and arrived at my independent BMW garage in Montreal a couple of days later. Overall, a good experience with Hottexhaust.

Before I placed my order I called to ask about some product details. I was given excellent advice and I was very impressed at how quickly the 2 items arrived at my door.
I haven't installed the items on my vehicle yet, but they look well made - quality products at a fair price.

Try to call them and speak with someone, good luck with that. Sell you product they don't have and never contact you with saying there delayed. Magna flo co also said they have many complaints about hot exhaust. Pay more and order from magna flo

Just understand that if you have alerts set up through your bank in case your credit card is used abroad, the charge will originate from Canada, and you will get a call / text / email from your bank. They are just looking out for you.
The items are drop shipped from Magnaflow's warehouse in California, so the closer you are to there, the quicker you get your product.

My address was change to a different one, then I had to pickup my part at 1/2 hr. Driving, who's changed? Don't know.

I ordered 2 catalytic converters on 7/19/2022. There was no indication that there was no stock available at the time of ordering. It has now been over 3 weeks without any update from this company. Any attempt to contact them by phone goes to a terminal hold and never gets answered. Any email attempts do not get responded to. This is definitely a "SCAM" company you want to avoid.

I've been researching the Magnaflow system for my 2009 Dakota 4.7 V8 a couple years now, so much that the price jumped $85. Of the 6 or 7 online companies, these guys offered a great deal and kept free shipping. They also made the use of the discount code very easy to understand and apply. The other places had code application on the confusing side. With this I expected a slow and unresponsive delivery. I was wrong about that, even with this coming from the west to east coast... was pleasantly surprised it got delivered quicker than est. And in good shape. Pulled the parts out of the box and it's all there and in good shape! So ended up paying less that I would have back in Jan. 2019 when I started looking! Would look to Hottexhaust again for future purchases, and suggest you do the same!

Complicated 1st log in under your order section do refund request you get one email for that after they process it you will get a second email for the return instructions. Must be sent by some courier no Canada post. They also keep a percentage of what you payed for restock fee. Small company you must be patient it took 2 weeks a little to long.
You can call they do get back to you sometimes not right away.
Be sure your product works before purchasing

I received my Cat today. Not sure what numbers are required by C.A.R.B., but it looks just like the cat that is on my Jeep now, just doesn't have numbers and was about $300.00 for the entire exhaust system. As long as it passes SMOG, I'll be a happy camper. It's sad that California is ran by bunch of liberal dictators. They cost people a lot of money that's just a waste. Where does that money go? I'm sure Gavin Newsom is putting some of that back in his bank account. I didn't vote for him or anything C.A.R.B. Requires. As a Californian I feel like I live in China and goes against everything I served in the Military for.

Hottexhaust is great company great customer service. I order a Catalytic converter. For my 2014 Honda Accord sport. I spoke to brain at customer service and told him that I needed it right away. He went out his way. An had it ship to me in a few short days through FedEx... Right to my doorstep on time. And this company has nothing but the best products for your vehicle exhaust system. I'm so please an happy thank u so much.!

Order placement was easy. Coupons were available for the best price. Delivery took 7 days, which I thought was reasonable, and I recieved alerts from FedEx throughout shipping. It appears to be the correct part, which I'll confirm when it's installed. I might be missing a gasket but I've contacted the company for further info. Unfortunately the installation guide link on the web site is not working.

Ordered some direct fit replacement Magnaflow cat's for my ride. After a week of order being delayed I contacted Hottexhaust vis email and phone. Within a day "John" contacted me any relayed the reason for delay-Item shipped but eta 2weeks.He offered me another product solution and shipped it overnight next day-no charge.

It was easy to find and order the product that I needed, Great price plus I used the Christmas discount. The converter came in on time. It fits perfectly for my car.
