Comprehensive report of my home. Accurate information. It did appear that they used photos from Zillow but I don't have a problem with that. I do think the value of my home is low based on what other properties in the neighborhood are selling for.

This quick and easy informative value estimation along with other miscellaneous information such as local public school ratings is well worth the single dollar charge.
It is a starting point to find out what your home may be worth if you are planning to sell it. BUT I just checked my bank account to be charged $1. That charge was there along with an ADDITIONAL $18.95.

This information covered a lot of information about the property and surrounding area, and seemed to be up to date. However, there was no reference to renovation or quality of appliances or custom work which might change the pricing. I am not sure how you would get this, and therefore question how the information is obtained. Overall satisfied with information.

Good service and got what I needed in a timely manner. It was a lot of information for just 1 dollar! Other places charged way more and everyone that was involved in the process was just so helpful and made everything so much easier!

Accessing the report at first was a little inconvenient, but when I was able to log-in and review the report it was excellent. Easy to read and with supported and detailed info. Any & every property owner (or soon to be) for $1, it's a must.

Signed up for one report for $1, and they've been charging me $23.95 a month! Absolutely did NOT sign up for that. For anyone looking to use their services, I wouldn't trust them AT ALL with any of your credit/debit information if I were you. Move on and find a reputable company that won't use your information to fill their pockets.

Had a rocky time connecting to my report and thinking well even if the cost was only $1, I thought that one buck was gone. But lo and behold, eventually Houselookups came through and emailed me the info I was looking for. The wait was well worth the $1 cost for their services.

I was just double checking value. The review was very good. Very recent picture and Priced very accurate. I will be using this site again. I highly recommend trying this website ifyour looking to find out information on any property.

A good value of my home, but I do think that there is some (inflation) in the value. The whole county wants values to go up, with foreclosures still high, how can the value go up and what is pushing it up. A good review, Thank You, I needed to know this. I will use you again.

Overall, I found the site most helpful. However, even though I intended to get a single report for $1.00. I found out that I was automatically signed up for a year's subscription at a monhly rate $18.95, which I did NOT sign up for. After talking to the Customer service rep, I got my first report, which I actually found helpful.

It seems the acreage is too high. Please review. The total acreage is 3 acres. You said you were going to charge me $1.00 and you charged $18.95! You scammed me! I have reported the transaction to my Credit Card Account.

It was what I needed, I was looking to update my information on the home and compare with other properties; I would recommend everyone be knowledgeable about their investment and this provided that informayion.

THE INFORMATION WAS COOL BUT FOUND OUT IT IS NO GOOD FOR REFINANCING AND THE REALATOR SAID THAT WE STILL NEEDED THE FULL PHYSICAL INSPECTION/APPRAISAL ANYWAY.
THEY CHARGE THE $1.00 THEN CHARGED $18.95 AM CONFUSED WHEN THE SITE STATED THAT FIRST APPRAISAL WAS $1.00. I GUESS WE GOT BAIT AND SWITCHED.

Easy to view report with relevant information on my property. I was able to view current house value, square footage, lot size and previous sales and tax information.

The property report was quick and inclusive. Good report! I am worried because it said it was only $1.00 but I see that others were charged $18.95. I hope this is not the case.
