Firs time I shopped online Hugo boss. Awful experience. Also they don't cancel reorders. I had to order twice. I tried to cancel duplicate order, there is no provision. I called customer support. They won't cancel. NEVER BUY HUGOBOSS ONLINE. Their website is horrible.
Never received Premium Packaging for gift wrap. Customer service representative did nothing to please their long time customer. She refused to send this item to us. Very disappointed.
I have been a shop customer for years, however due to covid and lock downs I started ordering online, BIG MISTAKE!, Made an order of sale items, paid by PayPal and no confirmation of order, chased this and received generic email saying will receive email when goods dispatched, 3 weeks now no goods, no email!
I like this brand. I used it several times and always received my orders on time. The clothes are very good it terms of quality.
