Knowing Japanese workmanship I knew what to expect when getting my very own Husk knife. Great attention to detail and overall a well finished knife. Knowing especially that their techniques have been passed down through generations adds a special feeling to owning one of their knives. Definitely would recommend to any chef or even amateur cooks.

The entire process of ordering and receiving this knife was very easy,and shipping was fast,the quality of these knives is great, extremely sharp with ease of use for darn near everything you need to cut or chop in the kitchen or in the field. Overall handling is comfortable in hand and it holds. Sharpness cuts meat like butter.

The knives and leather cases were delivered very promptly. They were purchased as gifts for members of my family. While the quality of the knives was satisfactory, I had some reservations about the leather cases. Ultimately, I am pleased to have acquired them. The leather cases are of exceptional quality and complement the gifted knives perfectly. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my purchases.

Called to return and they inform me to return it to Germany. I am in the US
Would cost me 70.00 to ship it to German
So I returned it to sender which is in cheekatowga in
Buffalo NY
They informed me it was an invalid return and are not giving me a refund
Meanwhile the knives I sent to Sender no one has an answer for
I have a receipt from the post office that it was returned on

Buyer Beware!

I ordered this Huusk Knife. Then I changed my mind. 1 hour later, having found the correct email to cancel, which they say you can cancel within 24 hrs.
Customer Service rate a 0000!
They declined! Also, they added My Address Wrong, so if they needed to correct my address, they could retrieve the parcel and cancel my order. They didn't even message me back. It was their error! Which they would not even correct.

Talk about quality, functionality, safety, comfort and aesthetic appeal! That's exactly what you get with the Huusk knife. It's pefectly designed to be the chef's best friend. Chooping and cutting food has now become the highlight of my cooking!

Initially I was disappointed by this knife. I think I gave it a 3 star review. Out of the box I didn't think is was very sharp :(. I did like the quality handle and the design of the knife and that you got a sheath with it. After 30 days I felt it had become very dull. I finally woke up and just like a hunting knife you sharpen often when skinning etc. Once I sharpened my Huusk I got it like a straight razor, extremely sharp. Now I just sharpen regularly and the knife performs the job wonderfully. Extreme caution when washing/ drying hence the the sheath is a must.

It's not a great leather holder. The knife is so sharp it cut the strap that hold it in. I went to get it out an it cut 3/4 of the strap that hold it in. Then I went to put it away a the strap that hold it In broke off. So it at a real leathe place I know getting a new one of tuff material.

My husband ordered these knives almost 2 months ago. We haven't received the knives to I can't even talk about product quality.
We've made complaints and inquiry. We get NO response to our communication. We're now trying to get money back through credit card.

It is completely unfair practice. I was told I cannot cancel it, even though I called the support line and emailed (by replying to the order confirmation email) within 30 minutes after placing the order.
Now I have to go through multi-step return process and pay shipping, which is not likely worth it since I am in Canada.
Another thing I did not like: During the order via their website, there was no clear indication the order is confirmed. Instead of asking if I want to confirm the order they started offering additional items. And while I thought I still need to confirm the order later on during the checkout I received a call from someone saying my order was placed. When I asked if I can cancel it I was given non-deliverable email address and non-existing order number! It looks like a scam company, to say the least.

This knife is constructed entirely of metal. Has an undeniable advantage. I like how the finger hole on the grip adds stability when holding the instrument. It was a breeze to cut up some meat and veggies. Both pleasant and useful.

Ordered 4 knives was sent shipping info showing they were delivered. HAVE NOT received any thing. NOT seen anything. The more I attempt to communicate (half dozen emails and 1 long distance phone call) the more BS I get. Their web site states you receive package 5 to 8 days after shipped. (Lie) Do not buy you will be sorry. Order # *******

No other word top describe this but amazing! I love how it looks and how sharp it is. There's a hole you can hook your index finger in that makes it super easy to hold. Really great for cutting anything!

This knife is a solid piece of metal. Definitely has a good edge. Love the handle and finger hole for stability in holding while using. Cutting up some meat and veggies was so easy. Nice and convenient.

I really like the style of this knife. It is of high quality and it feels great while I hold it in my hand. The finger hole adds that extra bit of safety factor when gripping and cutting something especially with wet or slippery hands. The sheath is made with good thick heavy duty leather and should last a long time. Love the hammered texture.The knife just looks bad $#*! too!
