I called a lot of other mini split sellers and all of them wanted to upscale me then berate how I was going to install it myself and after all that when I asked if they could do any pricing for a veteran they said "customer service" for life! I'm like what?... I called and talked to Dan at HVAC direct and he was direct and helpful that's actual customer service, thanks you guys.

I especially like the 'offered accessories' that are right for units being purchased.

The system came on pallets with clear plastic covering. Easy to see if there was any damage, there was none.

Everything looks great.
Price was fantastic compared to local installers.

I am going to do 95% of the work with buddy who is commercial H&A tech do final brazing and charge the lines.

Easy website to use. Lots of choices and pricing very competitive. Will wait to see if all goes will with this order have used local supplier so this will be a test. The 5 star is for the ordering process and selection of equipment.

Our item we ordered was easy to find. It gave lots of details and am satisfied we've made a good purchase. My only problem was I paid $35 for a lift truck delivery and didn't receive it. Other than that I was completely satisfied.

Thank you for cancelling and turning around my previous order for the same item, because home was flooded from Hurricane Harvey excessive rain, and could not deliver/receive the item at the time it was due to arrive.

Re-ordered before the Labor Day weekend, after we were able to get back into the house and complete immediate debris removal. Had to wait an extra 3 days for the item to ship, because of the weekend and holiday. Wish product would have shipped out on Saturday instead of the following Tuesday. Those 3 extra days without dehumidification could contribute to mold problems.

So far so good. We'll see how it goes.

When package arrived there was no damage. Took it home and found that the optional heater coil which I had ordered with it was not there. Called them and in a few days they had shipped coil out and I had received it, so all in all a pretty good experience. People I talked to were very professional and polite, got problem corrected in reasonable time.

Very pleased with customer service. I talked with them on the chat feature and then called later. Both people I spoke with were friendly and very helpful.
Thank you for helping me figure out what I needed.
Update: I am still happy with my purchase. The suggested item is working well for me. I will buy from them again.

Called and salespersons were polite and very helpful. Haven't received the units yet so have to reserve the comments concerning the Goodman product.

Received everything ordered in good shape. Small dent in air handler but no effect on fit or operation. Missing one small plastic connector but was able to cut a plastic tube not being used to replace. Overall very satisfied. Instructions for the layman were vague and left a lot of questions. Was able to find most answers on youtube.

The web site is easy to navigate and I found what I was looking for quickly. The units were delivered within a few days and everything looked good as far as no external damage. I am waiting on an HVAC professional to hook up the AC and furnace this weekend and hope that there are not any issues.

Maybe I am blind but I never saw anywhere on the site showing a $150 shipping charge until after I hit submit the money came out of my account. If I had known sooner the high cost, I would have driven down and picked up the box myself.

Saved me $5000 to $11,000 on my changeout vs

Saved me $5000 to $11,000 on my changeout vs. letting the dealers buy the equipment. I did; however, manage to order an AC-only condenser from their heat pump category. My mistake for not noticing an 'X' in place of a 'Z' in the model number. Cost me another week without AC and $230 to return it. Be careful of the model numbers!

It was very quick and easy and saved $$$! The unit was delivered very quickly (3 days) and our regular HVAC company installed it that day. It is working great! Our old unit that was 35 years old finally died during a heat wave here in Texas. It was 105 every day that week! We are now cool and comfortable! I have already recommended HVAC Direct to two others.

Easy to use ordering system and downloadable manuals was a big plus to knowing what I am ordering and how to install before placing the order. Order received in 3 days, faster than I expected to receive it. Everything arrived in great condition with no damage at all, this was due to the preparation and packing on the pallet it was shipped on. System not yet installed so unable to evaluate the system yet.

Your Tec Guy sal was very helpful. And the freight company gave a delivery time and was very precise and on time.

The units were installed on Sat june 13th 2020 and is working just fine Rolando's Air Conditioning did an excellent job.
