The rep was helpful and the order came in a timely manner but there were a couple broken clips that the company could not provide replacement for. I was unable to track down replacements so it was very inconvenient. Everything else worked out well.
Easy order process, super fast shipping but no email notification or call as directed to inform me of delivery. Customer service folks were, however super nice and helpful! I would order from again but make sure to insist that I am notified of delivery date! Nothing like 3k of stuff sitting in front of your house for a day without your knowledge...
HVACDirect was great with confirmation of order and shipping information. Our unit arrived undamaged and installing went smoothly and successfully a few days later. Love the Mitsubishi unit and had a little help with building the line set and getting everything charged and pressure checked properly.
