I am leaving a review on this agent, I have had to contact Ibotta customer service several times, sometime I get really good customer care and then they have been a few times it has take for ever to get my problem resolved, but the customer service agent I had this time was amazing, she got my problem resolved with in one email she was nice and very kind and very intelligent with her job,
They offer bonuses and after completing all the requirements they don't hold up their end of the bargain and you often spend money on items you only bought to fulfill the bonus that they forgot to give you. Then the customer service people blatantly laugh at you and act like they can't figure out what you are saying.

I have been a member of Ibotta for many many years, but the latest encounter was phenomenal. I had purchased an item that I had not added to my list previously for claiming. I got a message from them giving me 24 hours to claim it on a receipt, because they saw that I hadn't! IMPRESSIVE

To be honest I wasn't sure about rebate apps when I first started a couple of months ago. I figured it would be a scam but I'm so glad I gave it a chance anyway. Ibotta is AMAZING! I love the simplicity of using the app. Just pulls up the app and chose which store you're shopping at, scan the item and if there's a match it pulls it up (other apps you have to read the fine print description and hope you picked the correct item.) I love the ease of scanning receipts bc I can actually scan those 6 foot receipts I get from publix with no problems 😂 AND I love the extra bonuses Ibotta gives as well. The best part (for me) is when you have enough money accrued in your account you can get a gift card right then and there. With some other rebate apps you have to wait at least 4-5 days. Not with Ibotta. My family hit a rough financial patch two weeks ago and I was at Walmart. Instead of picking and choosing what we could afford that week, I opened up my Ibotta app and I had enough money to where I was able to purchase a $50 Walmart gift card while I was in line to checkout. By the time I got to the register my gift card reward was already sent to my email and available for the clerk to scan in my app. Ibotta has been a blessing for my family! I can't recommend them enough!
I usually never have never have an issue with the ibotta app, but when I do I am very thankful for their great customer service. They are friendly fast and efficient.
I missed cash back on my previous on-line shopping order. I emailed Ibotta, and by the next day they had sent my cash to my Ibotta account! I've been getting cash and gift cards back from Ibotta, just for taking pictures of my receipts and shopping online for well over 5 years, probably closer to 10!

I just scanned each item and clipped the rebate. Once I got through the checkout, I scanned the receipt and within minutes I had my $$ back.
I am not sure if an item has a rebate. Some rebates show up but will not be credited for my account.
Ibotta is easy to use, quick & I save a ton! It also encourages me to try products I normally wouldn't buy because I get cash back! I've found several products I enjoy.
