It is really easy to use and understand. My recommendation is that the app allows us to upload ereceipts like Fetch does. It would make things a lot easier without needed to keep paper receipts.
I've worked hard to finally get to the $20 mark to withdraw and now that I got it I tried to withdraw and it is now telling me that my withdrawal is locked? I can not understand what could be the problem as I've been with Ibotta for over 4 months( that's how long it took me to get to the $20 mark! I am disappointed in Ibotta as I thought for sure they were not a scam… I have my doubts now!
The support team at Ibotta were awesome to work with and patient with me and really went above and beyond explaining to me the mistake I had made! I had made the mistake and they handled the situation as if it were the other way around. I love using Ibotta most of the time. I do have trouble with stores that are attached to your account giving your credits alot and wish they would go back.to the old way. Sometimes when you don't get your cash and it denies it, it can be a Hassel to get it fixed but for the most part it gets fixed.
Ibotta introduces new products with financial incentives to purchase. One product I tried was Dawn Powerwash; I now buy it on the monthly basis.
The financial incentive is invaluable in this economy!

Overall, it has been successful, but you must watch them like a hawk. I have learned to scan every bar code in the store. Many, many times the picture and description match exactly, but it says the bard code doesn't match. Do not trust the pictures or description.
I have been happy with the earnings, but it is very difficult to use. You have to watch them like a hawk as they will post products, barcodes will match in stores, but then it doesn't show up when you submit receipt. Then it is very difficult to get through to customer service.
This is the best money saving app going! They even send you notifications that you missed an offer and give you the opportunity to add it.

I bought 128 oz Pyrex laundry detergent and Jose chicken an cheese Taquettos and did not get cash back for them.
On August 9, I had some great coupons for my online grocery order. Four days after shopping, I had not received a notice of cash back. When I used the troubleshooting, I guess it was a chat, the only direction I got was that I would have to unlink then relink my Walmart account to get the app working again. I had $5 worth of coupons that I just didn't get. The only receipt I had was the online receipt from Walmart, and apparently that barcode doesn't work to use the redeem button on the Ibotta app.
I had an issue with Ibotta recently and when I reached out to them for assistance they were amazing. Resolved my issue within 24 hours, absolutely fantastic customer service. They were outstanding!
