I scanned my receipt and it did not count quantities correctly so had to scan items. After the receipt was processed, it reverted and did not count items correctly so I will now need to go in, click missing cash back, and scan all over again! Ibotta did me right and fixed it. Thank you!
They always fix whatever goes wrong every easily as long as you have your receipt and info ready they come through very quickly. I appreciate this! I purchased two Organic Valley Free Range Organic Valley Eggs. Once again, even though the receipt shows Qty 2 at $6.99 each $12.98, I was only credited for one. Also, I submitted a claim to customer services verifying the second purchase by once again having to scan the second dozen eggs and still I was not properly credited for the item purchased. So right now, I'm annoyed because what is the point of making one or more purchases of eligible items if this app does not process those purchases properly? Why do I have to go through all this just to not get properly credited for the items purchased?

I contacted Ibott support to resolve my issue. I didn't receive cashback. The answer came very quickly. I was glad that the issue was resolved and I got what I wanted. Ibotta cares about its customers.
I had gotten the 2 pk Glade auto spray, and had checked to be sure it was the correct item. When I checked the Ibotta App it said it could not be credited. I put an inquiry in as to why, within a few hours Ted responded, said he looked into it, and credited my account. It was a very speedy process. That is great customer service! Not only that but Ted did an awesome job of making me felt like he cared about my concern and that he appreciated me, and treated me like a valued customer with a valid concern. Thanks again Ted!
We went to Foodlion early Saturday to get items we needed before a storm that we were expecting. After rushing thru the store we headed to checkout
Our order was process and the paid but suddenly the register quit! We had to wait while 3 different flr manager attempted to get our receipt to print. Finally while our ice cream was melting and the customer behind us patiently waited we completed our transaction. Normally I would have check my receipt and added or marked any other items I got on ibotta but due to rush ti freeze items I didn't check my Normal procedure. But ibotta came thru and notified me of item and was able to check off within 24 hours. THANK you ibotta!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
