They've even started informing me with stores they have access to my receipts like CVS. Where they tell me that I may have missed an offer and give me a chance to add it even after the purchase! Also, whenever I have an issue because all computer systems/ai have glitches that aren't always seen ahead of time, but they have fixed it and credited me every single time. This is one of the preeminent reward apps with only a couple of others I might recommend for cash back and gift cards, Etc!

Won't accept item on my receipt as a match so lost out of 2 dollars and was the only reason I purchased item. Have these issues often with Ibotta not matching items from retailers.

I double checked item eligible for rebate and app would not accept item. Tried to contact customer service through the app and that was useless. I was taking to customer service to messaging area but no way to leave a message to seek rebate fulfillment.
Far too many products listed at stores I'm shopping at are not on the shelves.

I so dislike Ibotta, got charged $3.99 from points due to inactivity.I couldn't use the app bcz I don't cater the products that's advertised. Right now I'm in $14. As soon as I reached $20 w/c will take forever & redeem points, I'm shutting this down.

IBotta is great when the algorithms work, but lately they are less than wonderful and getting worse. For example, at the moment I am working toward earning a bonus for which I had 24 out of 30 offers redeemed and then I redeemed two more. Suddenly my offers redeemed, instead of 26, totaled 16! What?!? How?!? Another example is that a recent submission was rejected that was clearly on my receipt and the items scanned as matching, yet….no. Apparently the clearly correct cereal purchase is wrong.

The best money back app out there! They really want you to be there and keep catching the deals. Customer service goes above and beyond they are all amazing at answering questions and helping when I need it

I followed Ibotta's instructions on how to get cash back from Walmart. It worked-easy process
Missing cash back seems to have become the Ibotta motto. Once again I have purchased items, submitted the receipt with the items coming up as on the receipt, but when the receipt is processed I get a reply saying cash back offers not found on receipt and no cash back is added to my account. I then submit it for review to customer care (but they don't), I include pictures of the item and circle or draw an arrow of the item on the receipt (which the receipt spells out the item & describes it entirely), only to get the same reply… upon review no items were found.
Then I submitted a Walmart grocery receipt for an any item offer - and it came back no items found. What?! There were three grocery items purchased and the offer is for the purchase any item - how can 'no offers be found'?!?!

I was missing cash back and it was credited to my account that same day.
Earl helped me alot, read what my issue was and fixed it. And didn't have a million emails telling me to check this site.Check that site. Or asking me to send extra copies like they usually do.

Had to scan Cracker barrel cheese that was missing also, Hillscher farms lunch meat, and my phillisbury cinnamon rolls that are still missing.

I was missing a rebate and they immediately applied it to my account. Not the first time this has happened. It's rare that they don't catch the item but they always come through.
Also, they notified me of an available rebate on an item that I purchased but didn't add to my account. I had time to add it!
You can easily collect rebates and quickly and easily redeem your earnings for gift cards, which can be used pretty much immediately after redemption.
