I was careful to buy just what was on the list of cash back and it didn't work. I had to scan many of the items and it didn't work even then. Not worth my time for a small amount of money back.
There are so many great offers and so many retailers. I love it.
While shopping at Walmart, I scanned an item and the app showed that it was a good barcode. I purchased the item and when I got home I discovered that I did not get the rebate because it was only offered at Walgreens. When I went to Walgreens to purchase the item again to get the rebate, Walgreens does not have the product. Is there a way to get the rebate since I did make the purchase?
Love the app only issue is it seems to be very sensitive picking up receipt info when uploading while other similar apps aren't as difficult other than that love it

Since Target ran out of chicken nuggets. I just picked honey chicken tenders and popcorn chicken. You didn't give me any rebate on it?
I don't get credit for all of my purchases about 50% of the time. I don't bother to dispute it most of the time because the process is terrible & the effort isn't worth 50 cents or whatever amount they're cheating me out of.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
