I made the call to contact Ibotta cause I had not gotten my visit recorded neither my cash back at DG. The rep Justine was just super helpful My issue got resolved and I got my cash back as Ibotta promises! I love Ibotta! What I loved the most was how he explained to me how it was fixed and how to prevent the fix!

I did 3 shopping trips for grocery pick up and delivery 2 were together and 1 was separate I did what I was supposed to do
I added the offers for grocery pick up and delivery when online added them to my Walmart shopping trip I checked out paid for my orders and went and picked them up
The orders didn't give my cash back 2 ORDERS so I waited and nothing so I did another order hoping to get the money the same day nope my orders was for

It is now August 1st and I barely got some of the money
Now there telling me I can't get credit for some of the items I bought and paid for through the app
The reason because I already bought these items from the first 2 orders
This shouldn't be related on to me making me lose cash back this should be your problem
The app didn't process the first 2 orders and still allowed those products to show as items I could still get money back on for another shopping trip
And why is there expired items still on display for people to purchase and get money back on and then days later to be told it's expired
And I had to write in over 7-8 times to get help

I love Ibotta. It's an easy way to coupon and save money. When you use coupons you don't necessarily see the money you saved. But when it's in account it's awesome. Withdraw and you as you wish and that is just wonderful. I love using the savings on items I might not have purchased otherwise

My cash back arrived in my ibotta account in less than 24 hours & I got notified by email. I m happy that I was able to link my Food Lion account. Could you enable link to CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, etc.
They offer fewer & fewer bonuses at lower & lower amounts. None of the offers show actual expiration dates which makes it hard to plan purchases. In recent months they've allowed multiples of an offer to count towards a bonus, which is a huge improvement to the platform.
Decent app easy to use and navigate the fact that you demand I have more to say is what pissed me off about this app
It took 2 tries, as I was told not a match in the app, but an email to the team worked! They fixed it and awarded the cash back and added the barcode for future buyers.
Uploaded a receipt that was deemed illegible. I was very confused because this is my normal way to upload (via phone). I reached out to Customer Service to see if there was another way to submit and was told to send via email. There was back and forth correspondence through e-mail for about 2 days and I finally received an email stating that my cash back had been applied as well as the bonuses I was working on that expired during the waiting process. Needless to say Ibotta took care of an old couponing girl like me :)

I got the app and it was very easy to set up my account and linked my bank account to get withdrawals ( the money I earned) sent to me.
Pick your favorite stores both in store or online shopping. Scroll through the offers. There's a lot of offers then add the offers, shop and snap a pic of your receipt! That's it. Oh they also have bonuses every week. Like get $5.00 when you purchase 12 items at any store. I can't tell you how much money I'm saving by using Ibotta. It's a game changer for sure

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
