I use Ibotta every time I shop. I do not buy offers just because they are they there. I only apply products that I always purchase on a regular basis to Ibotta if there is a cash back offer available. Easy and quick app to use. Well worth the effort. Started using the end of 2023 and will continue to use in the future.
Although it would be nice to see more healthy food purchase cash back rewards. Majority of products are not something I would buy due to health and environmental concerns. But there are still good offers to be had, just not as many as there should be IMO.
I use Ibotta for both groceries and my online orders with QVC. My QVC earnings keep getting reversed. It's an Ibotta problem, that I am told is being fixed. The app is difficult to report or submit a ticket. It's been over a week and I have not received those funds back in my account.
Overall experience is great. Once I sent over my info I had the missing cash back within 12 hours. Very polite as well.
If I can manage to use this app and enjoy the rewards anyone can use it, it's well worth the time in order to save money!

App is glitchy too often, not enough offers for relevant items that I buy and my cashback keeps getting reversed without explanation. Last time there was a notice on the app that it was a glitch and you guys were working on fixing it but it never was fixed and then another cash back was reversed. It's frustrating
Live using IBOTTA! You can you your cash back almost anywhere! When there is a problem with cash back customer service is quick to get it resolved and credit your account.

Ibotta is a wonderful program however the items you purchase have to be so specific. It's disappointing when you check the barcode in store, go home and take pictures of your receipt and submit it. And you get told it's the wrong item.
I have received great cash back on offered of items I use all the time which has put me in the 3000.00 club since I've been using ibotta!
I am missing cash back, but the offers are no longer there. I have tickets in. Not happy at this mom. I had my initial cash back approved- but missing offers. Sent and scanned what was missing. All of a sudden, the receipt could not be read and cash back was taken away. I put in a ticket, rescanned receipt- two offers were gone so I added to my ticket. Now, the cash back is wrong, I did not get my Midweek Moneymaker bonus of $5 AND I still cannot add and scan the offers missing.
I scanned the items and the store and it said the items qualified for cashback. Well I didnt get the cashback. Now I am waiting for customer service to get back to me

Been using this app for a month now, great cash back offers, easy to use, user friendly, and good selection of items and stores.
I purchased a package of Safeguard, 8 bars package,...all the criteria matches but Ibotta says it doesn't match.
Last trip to store I scanned items to make sure they were correct and then checked out and posted my receipt and it only honored 1 item when I had 3 on there.
Whenever I take a photo of my receipt, 90% of the time there's an issue. I even have my husband take them, it's very hard to get the parameters.
I'm on another similar site, that I have to take pictures of the receipts and I never have an issue. Is it your photo program?

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
