Gabriel was amazing! I reported an issue with a rebate not received from Target as my receipt submitted was illegible due to Target's bad cash register and he was able to verify the transaction and credit me for the missing rebate & also processed a rebate for an earlier transaction with the same issue that I didn't even ask him to do. He went above and beyond to help me & I hope he is recognized for his outstanding customer service!

I had an issue with cash back not showing up, and I reached out to support. I guess I had cashback clicked on walmart so it didnt work on Ibotta which i didnt know was the case. They helped me and gave me a credit on ibotta still and explained to me how it works on one or the other so next time it will work for me. Angelo was very kind and helpful.

When the scanning process skips over my item I write it in to them and they correct it almost instantly or over night n credit me my cash back there really good like that the fix ur problem fast there great team

I earned the Ibotta free turkey cashback, I made sure the item was still in stock, had it checked off, scanned the item and made sure it was approved. However, I was missing the cash back after a couple days,
I bought a team was responsive, and after clarifying a few things in a couple different emails back-and-forth. They made sure to promptly put the cash back in my account.
I appreciate their promptness, and their communication.
They also gave me a message to let me know that there might be a delay before they could get back to me, which I appreciated as well. Also, they did this over a very busy holiday season when they're probably getting hundreds if not, thousands of similar requests or feedback.
