Did an order at lowes, 7.5% back with a cap of $40. Took almost 2 months to get cash back and then only got a little over half of the cap amount. Literal rip off.

Makes a difference

It takes a bit of time and planning but often have $10 or more a week in rebates.
I look before each shopping day. I always try to watch and meet the weekend and midweek bonuses. It make a real difference

Ibotta is not crediting for all purchase made through the Ibotta app at Walmart. It is increasingly difficult to have customer requests addressed. They are wasting time staffing by not throughly reviewing email h t reads before asking the same questions over and over. Bonuses are either not credited to acct or given to customer or taken away with reason only to read there policy that states they have the right to remove any money in your acct or revoke any offer. Entire shopping trips a dates are missing from linked accts when Ibotta is launched and used for the purchase. Even when you take the time to prove your claim to customer care team the issue never gets resolved and it is extremely time consuming to use these coupons only to not get the reimbursement that you expected or d sad could have recurved. They want the customer to review old coupons that where not credited and have expired and the consumer cannot see or research. We all want to save that is why we use this app. But who is really getting all the credit for the purchases so made when scam not reimbursed as the offers started?

Any time I've needed assistance with a missing credit, help is only a click away. I have only encountered prompt, courteous, most often cheerful replies. I love Ibotta. I am in the $1000 club having saved over $1,376. I will use Ibotta as long as they exist!

I missed 16 dls rebate back

I suppose get paid 20 dls rebate I bought 5 persil detergent the offer said 4 dls rebate limit 5 and I only get paid 4 dls back

When it's good, it's great!

As an Ibotta user since 2013, I will say that overall Ibotta works quite well. Especially in the beginning years that I belonged to Ibotta. Over the years as the app got more sophisticated, the more things could possibly go wrong. For the most part, all problems are solved eventually. Sometimes it's maddening to get help with any issue you may be having.

They've even started informing me with stores they have access to my receipts like CVS. Where they tell me that I may have missed an offer and give me a chance to add it even after the purchase! Also, whenever I have an issue because all computer systems/ai have glitches that aren't always seen ahead of time, but they have fixed it and credited me every single time. This is one of the preeminent reward apps with only a couple of others I might recommend for cash back and gift cards, Etc!

Won't accept item on my receipt as a match so lost out of 2 dollars and was the only reason I purchased item. Have these issues often with Ibotta not matching items from retailers.
