This was not the first time I have had missing cash, however, it is usually reversed and resolved quickly with no complaints. This time was different because after I shopped for 28 redemption offers, submitted my paper receipt that was accepted and I confirmed, the cash was not given, and worse was the receipt went "missing" from my account. After 4 days of resubmission of receipt and the list of offers, I got the resolution with all my cash given. It was upsetting, especially not being able to speak to 'a person' on the phone, then aggravating to wait 4 days for a recovery, but in the end, it was positive. I don't know what happened to cause this debacle, but I hope it does not happen again. It was exhausting to me!
Why is it that when I bought a refuse the receipt the people reviewing them are either blind or stupid? I have to fight with them all the time along with everybody else. I know that has Ibotta because they don't know how to read on a receipt. I just submitted one with four drinks on it. They only gave me credit for one because they don't know how to look at 4@$5.00 equals $20. They count that as 1@ $20
When I realized how easy it is to use Ibotta, I was hooked. I always check to see if the item(s) that I've checked are on sale. If they are, I go on ahead and place them on my little list. If I'm lucky I can certain items for practically nothing.
This was so easy, I can't believe more people have not taken advantage of it. There is always something from my grocery list. Saving money is great

So I recently had an issue of missing cash back. I emailed the company, gave them all information required and even tho they say I didn't get the right product, which I did, they still worked with me. They explained how I can receive my cash back if something like this happened again and gave me the cash back!
I don't think your app is customer friendly at all. I am not very good at all that but i'm sure many customers aren't either. It needs to be much more self explanatory for me and others like me.
I had purchased Reese's Puff cereal at Dollar General, used a coupon, but wasn't showing I could not use coupon for the purchase. I reached out the Help Center and in no time they credited my account with the cash back on these items! Handled the situation very quickly and were absolutely great to deal with.

I was ready to give up because I could not log into my Ibotta app. It kept telling me that it could not retrieve my information to try later. No matter how many times I tried, later, it gave me the same message. I knew I had $22 in my account, and I didn't want to give up the money, so I followed the instructions the support team gave me. It took a couple of months to figure out that Ibotta was having an issue on their end, but I was finally able to login again and get my money, and use the Ibotta app. The support team wouldn't let me give up, and they kept doing what they needed to do and gave me things to do, but to no avail. We didn't know that at the time. The support team is fantastic and will NOT give up on you, even if you're ready to give up! Blessings!

Not sure if receipts are read manually by an actual person or machine but I keep on missing cash backs. Like this latest receipt I submitted. They only counted the essential energy drink as 1 when I purchased 4 and the receipt shows 4 essential drink in 1 line and not 4 separate lines: you should have seen that clearly as the price after is the price for 4. I have to always write every single time which is a bit annoying as if I'm begging to get cents from you guys. Also when I use the a store loyalty number, you credit my cash back at least a day after I purchased the products and you no longer count that for the bonus even though I purchased it within the bonus time frame. It's so frustrating that I feel you just ignore this instances as some people. Don't have the time to complain.
I can't express how much I love Ibotta. I buy groceries that I need and look through the list to see if there's a rebate. Oftentimes, there are many rebates of things on my list. Then, I add those items to my list and my cash back adds up quickly.
This is an app everyone could have so you can get cash back. It's very easy too.
Besides saving money, if you need any help, they come to your rescue!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
