We went to Foodlion early Saturday to get items we needed before a storm that we were expecting. After rushing thru the store we headed to checkout
Our order was process and the paid but suddenly the register quit! We had to wait while 3 different flr manager attempted to get our receipt to print. Finally while our ice cream was melting and the customer behind us patiently waited we completed our transaction. Normally I would have check my receipt and added or marked any other items I got on ibotta but due to rush ti freeze items I didn't check my Normal procedure. But ibotta came thru and notified me of item and was able to check off within 24 hours. THANK you ibotta!

I'll start by saying that the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, is just cause of how long this problem took to resolve. Other than that, the agent/s who helped me did their best and were very professional and polite! After a couple of days of not being able to scan a receipt, the agent finally suggested I send a picture of the receipt along with the offers I was supposed to get cash back for and boom! It worked! I finally got my money for the items I had purchased! Even though it was a long problem, they didn't stop trying to help and I appreciate that!

I stopped at Food Lion to grab 2 forgotten items. I never gave Ibotta a thought it's not my normal store but the next day I received an email one of the items had cash back and if I added it I'd get the cash back.
I have been in contact with Ibotta (emails) about not receiving my cash back that was earned and I feel like I'm getting the run around. I have been asked to send the same information 4 different times with no results. Had no issues at all with getting cash back until I reached the $250+ level.

Always happy with results from this app but have a hard time creating a ticket with a problem. Contacting a person is hard to do but overall I'm happy with this app.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
