It's always easy and there is an actual customer support unlinke any other rebate app I have used- I use a lot. I've been a user for years and have had so many benefits without a lot of screen time.
I rarely have issues with Ibotta, but with technology its bound to happen sometimes. The few times I have needed to contact them, I have ALWAYS received prompt customer service. They go above and beyond to assist the customer and make things right whenever there is an issue.
I constantly have to resubmit for offers that still aren't credited even after. It requires putting in a separate ticket and waiting for someone to fix it. And sometimes they just credit you the value, which is great, but it means that it doesn't count towards bonuses. And multiple purchases of the same qualifying item(s) are supposed to individually count towards achieving bonuses but still don't. Products that should qualify are rejected, even when you submit them for review (a process too brief for an actual human to be doing it, which means relying on a database that's already flawed and inaccurate. The ticket submitting system is atrocious. You can't get to the help desk from the app, because every time you complete the login process in the pop-up window, it takes you back to the app, where you have to start all over again. If you try to bypass the app and go in via the Web browser, it STILL opens up the app and puts you right back at square one. Only when you remove the app are you able to get around that bug, which means having to reinstall, log back in, and hope that you don't have to do it again. Otherwise, you have to wait for the transaction to be a few days old so you can get to the little pop-up dialog box that lets you submit a ticket while in the app. It's really, really sad that it's still this bad after all these years and going public.

I go through the tedious process of checking items on the list so that Ibotta doesn't take my accumulated cash. I could have gotten the same cash through Walmart but chose Ibotta instead. It doesn't credit them, sends a tiny credit is email, then sees what's missing and sends another email telling me what to to to claim the here unidentified missing items but the category I am to look for in the app doesn't exist "on the app go to 'my earnings'". There is no "my earnings". No Walmart transaction no place to submit. It's not worth this tediousness to fix Ibotta's mistake.

I happened to find my account after I uploaded my receipt. There were all these deductions, saying I hadn't used Ibotta. But I have. So I tried to contact them, Carlotta kept sending me the same articles to read. I could not get hold of any real person
Cked all items for CVS. Bought item, took picture sent to Ibotta. It was a short time and I got my cash back. FANTASTIC!
Buy items on list get money back. If you have a problem, get in touch with customer service and they are Great to solve the problem.
Most times when I need help from a company I swear it feels like a lbout a week before I get a response from a real person. Ibotta doesn't work like this. I was sick communication within 24-48 hours. They explained the answer to the question I had. They were clear and concise. I rarely need to chat with someone at Ibotta, but it is comforting to know that they are there if needed and they quickly resolve issues.

Yes I had a problem with getting my bonus cash that I earned I contacted customer support,and they responded fairly quickly and had my problem and my cash in my account quickly that I earned
I have been member for at least 5 years probly more like 7 and when I started I didn't use it much but then I started seeing how much it helped and went hog wild with referrals and offers. I've referred quite a few people and I know some of them are still using the app happily. It has always been fairly easy and fast with awarding your earnings and cashing out. The few times I've had problems they always let u know immediately they received ticket and then resolved issue faster than any other customer service I know. I kind of like the linked cards cuz usually everything goes faster but I think I'd rather go back to uploading receipts ciz I've been having issues with Walmart link for some reason and I've never had problem before, actually they were always faster than other stores to process. Hope to have it resolved soon. Otherwise it is an absolutely wonderful cash back site that I would recommend to everyone, and I already have to alot of people.
I've been using Ibotta for a fee years and it's has been an excellent way to supplement the grocery bill. The staff is very easy to work with discrepancies. Especially Romeo who recently took the time to investigate one for me!

I am amazed at how quickly they find missing reward items and contact me to add them to my account. That has happened several times lately and has added up to a lot of money.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
