No matter what I try or what I do, I will scan the item in the store, verify that it qualifies for the rebate and then I go home submit the receipt and they deny the rebate. I wouldn't even purchase the item if it weren't for the rebate, Instead, I could buy the generic brand which would be the same price or cheaper than the namebrand with the rebate. And when I try to show them that they're wrong, they give me vague responses and I never get my rebate money. Overall, this app will get you money in rebates, but also cost you money that you could have saved otherwise.
I wanted to collect $2.75 for my Costco Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser purchase. Unfortunately the app wouldn't recognize the bar code or receipt. Thankfully the Help link connected me to Fe from customer service. I resubmit the items, Wah La. I received payment. Thank you Fe and Ibotta. I'm happy.

I have used Ibotta for quite awhile. In the last 6 months I have missing cashback and have to go back and rescan when it didn't get picked up the first time. I would prefer to have it go through more smoothly.
I was sent a three question questionnaire about the Olympics that would give me a $3 bonus...if answered correctly...I answered all three questions correctly and was promised the $3. But it never came...so that's why I needed to contact customer service...and awhile later it was corrected...Thank you... IBOTTA!

Great response time. Problem was resolved quickly and cash back was deposited into account.
I scanned an item's barcode before purchasing and Ibotta advised barcode matched. Upon receipt submission the Ibotta system did not award me the $2.00 offer. Upon contacting support, I was informed the offer was not awarded because of a coupon used on the same purchase. Gladly, Ibotta adjusted my account with the offer and reminded me the offer cannot be combined with a coupon. I was glad for Ibotta's wonderful electronic communication upon submitting a ticket.
My receipts seems to miss items more and more now…. Very disappointing… and harder and harder to earn money

I didn't get my cash back from buying Cascade platinum dishwasher detergent,45 count last week and it was on my receipt.And you said you couldn't find a match on my receipt. This is not the only time this has happened.

It is so easy to check the Ibotta list, mark what I want and then shop at one of my favorite stores and have them add to my Ibotta earnings.

I have been an Ibotta user since 2012. That is 14 years that I have been a faithful user of the rebate company. They have gotten better with their bonuses that they give for certain products. They also have a multitude of products that the everyday consumer uses. I especially love their 'free' items and BOGO items they give you rebates for. They are prompt and rewarding their users with the rebate money. It only takes about 5 minutes when I cash out to PayPal to get my money via PayPal. I bought it is also pretty accurate when they give you your rebates you have earned. Hats off to this wonderful company called Ibotta. 😀

I thought I bought a product that was listed and it was slightly different, I contacted Ibotta and they gave me a 1 time credit for the mistake.
My experience has been easy and extremely helpful. The app is really easy to use and it explains the deals. The barcode check feature is the most useful to me to ensure that I'm buying the right products.
