Had a question on why I could not get a credit applied after an automatic receipt went through before I had downloaded an offer. I could not get the credit trying it on their website but their customer service responded in minutes and the offer was applied. Got a response saying they would get back within 48 hours but it was only minutes. I was amazed.

I had an issue with a claim getting stuck in pending status for 4 days. I entered my request to have it looked at this morning and Leslie got my request process quickly a made sure that received my weekend bonus. Ibotta has always been great about finding products I hadn't claimed and contacts me also, they answer my questions ASAP. They also recheck my receipts if I thought I had purchased something they didn't find. Good way to save money

I clipped a $20 Lego coupon and entered the Walmart site to make my purchase. I went to the clipped coupons and selecting my $20 Lego coupon. I chose shop these products. I purchased the top item listed on the Walmart site, which was supposedly included in this $20 coupon. After the purchase was made, it turned out "shop these products" brought me a list of any Dulo product and not the one associated with the $20 coupon. I was highly disappointed and misled.

Took 4 times to scan receipt along with scanning bar codes. Then after 4 days of pending, put in a claim ticket. Sent in copy of receipt. Had to then in subsequent email tell what items needed to be credited. I took snap pic of items in still pending. I don't know if they were unable to see in my still pending. Was resolved in 1 day. Lot of work.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
