I'm unable to log in or load the ibotta app on my Android smart phone. This issue has been happening for several days, ever since the Amazon Web Services issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, to no avail. The app doesn't load up, except for the starting screen, the pink one with the ibotta logo. Sometimes, it will go to the sign in screen, but when I attempt to sign in, it goes to a swirling circle. I'm able to sign in on my iPad, but the camera to take photos of my receipt is not situated correctly, making it difficult to take pictures, plus it missed several purchases, so I had to enter them manually. Very frustrating experience.
The app was not working properly and I was unable to claim my money. Customer service responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and add the missing money to my account immediately.

I ordered event tickets through the Ibotta app on Vivid Seats. Apparently Vivid Seats was not going to honor their 3% back offer but Ibotta added the money to my acct. Themselves Thanks Ibotta!

I've had a problem scanning my walmart receipt. I contacted ibotta care team and they gave an answer right away. The next day they emailed me saying they added the reward i was missing. This is not the first time i've had problem submitting my receipt but i always had a positive experience with ibotta care team! Thank you so much Ibotta care team!

Love the app! In this economy & with multiple kids in college, we are always looking for ways to save a little. Ibotta is the easiest, most effective coupon app out there(IMO). Not only the app in general works well, but the rare occasion you may need some extra support from their care team. A1 service. Super prompt! 10/10!

I reached out with an issue. I had received an email stating I had missed a couple of refunds. But the current receipt hadn't shown up. They went in and took a look. They told me what I was missing and added it my account!

My account was deactivated since I forgot my password and made a new account with my same phone number I was soo upset but once I reached out they were able to fix all my problems reset my password and even activate my account again I am soo ecstatic 🤩 they went above and beyond thank you guys soo much yous are the absolute best!

Acme is the main store i use it for and every time i get cash, within a few weeks, they take some of it back for unexplained reasons

I love Ibotta! I have 5 Airbnbs which get expensive to keep stocked! Ibotta makes it possible for me to afford stocking the best of the Bougie products at reasonable cost with their cash back offers! I have had some bumps in the road with the app, HOWEVER, Ibotta support is so quick to Help & work out any issues! 🙌 Hands Down Ibotta Is The Best!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
