I was a coupon clipper in the past. The Ibotta app works similar to a coupon only the savings go to your account where you can redeem them for amazing gift cards. I have been using it for a few years now and have almost earned $600 just buying what I always buy. I don't earn on every receipt, but it is still worth it. Also, there is not a waiting period to get your gift card. It is available right away!

Sometimes Ibotta can be confusing and it can mess up cash back etc…. I have had Ibotta for a very long time and it has helped me get hundreds of dollars for my family. Recently I couldn't get my receipt to load and I emailed and they responded quickly and the guy was very helpful and kind. To me, this makes a big difference that they want to help me as I help my family. Thank you Ibotta!

I have been using Ibotta for a few years. It's great. I check out the offers before making a WalMart trip and grab the items that I use regularly. Almost $600 to date in cash back which I have cashed out at Christmas shopping time. I recently had my first problem when a receipt would not upload and be recognized. I contacted Support, actually heard back, and the problem was solved. I really like Ibotta. :)

Ibotta could not find receipt. Once O found the right path to customer service. The were great with response and communication of the issue. Was corrected within 24 hrs.

Walmart is having an issue scanning receipts and time was running and did run out on offers I intentionally shopped. The Ibotta team made sure they were counted on my cashback. So appreciated their accommodations due to Walmarts scanning problem.

Due to a known system malfunction, my Walmart receipt was not able to scan or allow me to manually enter the TC#. I wrote in to make it known that my receipt was not scanning. At the encouragement of Joel, I tried to scan my receipt once more. It was recognized this time, but it didn't show the items I had purchased and they didn't show any longer in the app. I wrote back letting him know. One of the rebates, even though it didn't show in the app, did go through. One didn't buy Joel was wonderful and enter that into my account. All communication and resolutions were done quickly and professionally.

Over two ago…. There seemed to be a problem to be able access my earned balance on my account.
There was a computer glitch all over.
Sent message …after several messages back and forth …. The problem was resolved…due to the earned balance Going into an no longer previous email …
The staff …transferred everything to updated email including my earned balance …They quickly responded to each

I had issues with the app not recognizing my receipt. I reached out to the Help Center. They were very helpful and response was very quick. Problem solved In a matter of 2 days (considering it happened on a weekend).

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
