I was missing cash back from a shopping trip and the chatbot was unable to help me. I had to open a service ticket with customer support. Once I sent the email explaining the problem, Josh from customer support took care of it and manually added the cash to my account. I'm very pleased with this transaction.

I have been refused an offer purchased at Market 32 on January 17. The offer was for PopCorners and was for. 75 cents. The photo of the item is identical to the actual item and the barcode on the item was acceptable at purchase.
I have spent almost an hour trying to figure out how to submit a receipt for a store that has a linked card. I still haven't found an answer. Please allow customers to submit a receipt after 72 hours of shopping. I am going to lose my cashback because I can't submit a receipt. And where is a 'contact us' option?

I connected my loyalty program at my grocery store to the app and simply click off the things I buy regularly, and everything else works for itself! Just watch the cash roll in!

I have been using Ibotta for several years. Not as often as I should. It earns me money just for buying certain foods and items at a ton of different stores. When I have had an issue with not receiving the cash back, customer service is super helpful and responds quickly. They are even nice when it's a user error ( like not buying the quantity required). You can cash in your rewards with an actual check or request gift cards.

Having to take multiple images for longer receipts (unlike when using Fetch) and then having to click Retry multiple times before the receipt is accepted is very frustrating. And getting the receipt within the green lines is challenging. In general, I find it harder to use than similar apps.
Love getting cash back on items I would normally buy. Also like getting money on items I WANT to try- good incentive. Also, get free products on occasion as well

I had problems with a purchase made thru Walmart. I was given several suggestions as to how to fix it but my app just wouldn't work. I had to contac customer service and they were very helpful and very patient with me. My problem was solved and I received the money I was expecting very quickly. I am a very satisfied customer of Ibotta.

I have had support from the Ibotta care team on 2 different occasions. They will respond in a timely manner with a request number. I have never spoken to anyone but they will email with updates and did get my problems resolved. Thank you Becca and Jill!

Had a couple of issues with promotion deals and emailed them about it. Figured it would be a day or two for a response back. No, they responsed back to me within 15 minutes tops and resolved the issue. Thanks again Josh and Joel on both of my issues

When I first started this app, I thought it was another gimic like MANY out there but then I saw so many other people using it so I continued and I have to say, I reached out to customer service twice now and they have been amazing. More recent Hayley, she was super helpful and fast at responding. Getting the cash is easy and building it up has been easy as well

I did my usual and clicked on all my stuff before I went shopping. Came home from shopping scanned receipt and it didn't give me money back on one of my items so I scanned the item then the receipt again. Also emailed Ibotta, a short time later I got an email back and got my money added right away. I love using Ibotta.

I had trouble redeeming an offer available at a local independent store, I had never put in a trouble ticket before. I am not real computer and cell phone experienced. Emmanuel and others in the care team with Ibotta were so patient with me as I had trouble replying to their emails with a photo of my receipt. Once I was able to do this, my account was credited quickly.

Twice I loaded offers and bought the products, but received a message that nothing on my receipt matched. In one instance I received credit within minutes. In the second, it was the next day, but I received emails, that were very professional in tone, keeping me apprised of the progress. Wish customer service was this good everywhere!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
