So, I've been using Ibotta for several years and I love it! I had a slight problem with missing cash. I emailed the team and received an email back and explained to me the situation and why it was missing. It was my own fault and nothing to do with Ibotta, but they added the money to my account. They didn't have to buy it was thoughtful that they did.

After purchasing eligible items and submitting for redemption, I noticed I wasn't getting my cash back. I reached out to ibotta support and within 2 hours Todd replied back that he saw my receipt and what I was redeeming and took care of the cash back. I think it's a quick way to learn about products I never would've noticed before and so much more on top of that.:-) One thing I hope they bring back to the app is the section where you can tell Ibotta directly on the product itself if it's not found or sold at that particular store. If it's known to other users then it helps the shopping trip easier so then we know what to expect when we go shopping for specific items. Thank you again!;-)

The other day when I scanned my receipt, it showed that only 2 offers matched. There should have been 4 matching offers. After double checking that the offers were infact available and checking my receipt, I contacted the Ibotta Care Team, and explained the situation. The issues was resolved in less than 24 hours. This is a great app with a great Care Team.

I have had an almost perfect experience. The one time I did not, I waited until Saturday and responded and got another guest experience coordinator, and they solved it and responded almost the same minute (it started me, I almost assumed it was a "closed for the weekend" reply!
Recently the App has been experiencing many glitches resulting in users not being reimbursed for offers. The process to notify the company of missing offers is cumbersome and time consuming. Most recently when I contacted the Ibotta regarding missing offers, my account was inactivated. I reached out to the company to inquire why, and I was informed the inactivation was an error on their end. After reactivating, my account did not reflect the offers I originally submitted a ticket for. Ibotta requested I resubmit a ticket with a written list of all the offer, bonus', and amounts. Time consuming, I had multiple offers missing. Whereas the company years ago was worth using, the inconsistency of the app, missing offers, the cumbersome communication process, and difficult customer service has ruined this program.
Ibotta is always user friendly and customer service is exceptional. Issues are very few, but if there is a minor problem, it is addressed in a very timely, friendly manner. This particular transaction was handled quickly and smoothly by a very helpful Ibotta representative. Very much appreciated!

I purchased earbuds from Best Buy online. I picked them up in the store in March. I got cash back from Ibotta for them. In May I got an email from Ibotta saying Best Buy said I returned them or canceled the order and that was untrue. Ibotta then had taken away the cash back. I showed Ibotta from my purchase online and when they were picked up and the amount of money I paid. They were very quick to put cash back in my account. Thanks for the quick service!
The Ibotta app works well for me. The offers are clear, the ability to check in store if the barcode on an item matches the offer, and the timely notification that I have received or have cashback pending is appreciated. Another positive is the customer service. While there are AI options to answer questions, there is still an opportunity to submit a request to a person to help resolve your issue. Today they were able to quickly identify the issue that led to my not receiving cash back for an online order and immediately issued me a credit. Great app and great cash back service.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
