I love Ibotta! I have 5 Airbnbs which get expensive to keep stocked! Ibotta makes it possible for me to afford stocking the best of the Bougie products at reasonable cost with their cash back offers! I have had some bumps in the road with the app, HOWEVER, Ibotta support is so quick to Help & work out any issues! 🙌 Hands Down Ibotta Is The Best!

I am not receiving all of my cash back for my qualified items. It's frustrating because I double checked, written it down and it still says I'm only receiving a quarter of what the total cash back was.
I thought I was short a dollar but it was my fault because of fine print but they responded quickly and gave me a one time courtesy credit. More than fair!

My receipt didn't scan and it didn't have the numbers to enter it manually. I contacted Ibotta care and Jay immediately answered back with instructions of how to proceed. Once I sent him what was needed I had the cash in my account within minutes. Thank you Jay!

I'm quite unhappy with Ibotta right now. I have been having multiple issues with offers not scanning. They are absolutely the correct item even down to matching the photo in the offer. I have scanned offers in the store that have matched and gotten home and it's not scanning on the receipt. I have tried submitting disputes through the app and they never go through. I really don't have time to deal with all this hassle anymore. Also, it seems like I am finding less and less offers in the stores that I shop in.

I purchased the Febreeze air freshener from Sam's and should have received $1 credit but every time I scanned the barcode, it said the code wasn't valid. The offer clearly says the offer is for 8.8 oz any size. Please issue the credit for the purchase of this item.

The app was not working properly to match offers with receipts. I contacted the customer service for support as they ask to submit any missing deals within 24hrs of uploading a receipt. 10 emails (and 12hrs later) the issue was not addressed and they kindly requested me to write a review about my experience. I do not recommend it.
Joel caught the problem immediately & took care of it right away with no questions asked. He did an awesome job making my life much easier. He needs a raise & your company should have many as intelligent & well trained like him. Definetly an asset to company. Company needs to celebrate him for sure. Kudos to you joel! Very supportive. After years of not using ibotta I tried to create a new account, I wasn't able to get in and reached out the support staff helped me instantly! Renee was awesome, and friendly and helpful. They got me back in, and now I have my account back! Thanks so much!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
