Nothing extraordinary

Scanned a few receipts participated in a few contests, and of course received bare minimum and won nothing as expected!

Also not to mention at the bottom of this page, it says & ask for a last name but says we'll keep it private if that's the case why is it required?

Great service!

I linked my Walmart account to Ibotta last week and made a purchase within minutes of receiving the confirmation email. I probably should have waited just a bit longer to let the dust settle, but I was in a hurry, of course. When the rebate from Ibotta didn't post to my account, I reached out to customer service for help. Junrey understood my issue and corrected it quickly, adding the missing rebate to my account very soon after I made contact. I really appreciate the high quality of the assistance I received. I use Ibotta almost every week, so it's important to me that it works correctly and is easy to use. Thanks for living up to the expectation. I appreciate you!

Long time user

I'm had bought my dog his favorite treats in Chewy. Went through the app as usual & I knew these particular treats had a $2.50 credit but the name brand had been changed in the last week & my credit was not showing because it was going by previous name not the new. So I contacted customer service & explained the situation. They got bk to me within 24 hours & had already credited my account the $2.50.
This is my 3rd interaction with customer service & I've never had a problem & it's always taken care of asap!

Easy to miss

Whenever I use a linked loyalty card I seem to have missing rebates. At first I would file a ticket but it is such a hassle that I no longer bother. I don't link if that is an option.
Example is Stove Top missing from trip to Food Lion a couple of days ago. It's $2.00 that I didn't get. It's just frustrating. I might have made a different choice if I had known.

Great App for Savings

I love Ibotta! I've earned over $5000 in savings lifetime with them. Not only do they have great cash-back deals on items purchased and all sorts of bonuses, but their customer service is also outstanding! Anytime I have issues with a redemption or a credit, they respond promptly and resolve my issue.

Always helpful

I didn't receive a rebate and sent a request for review. Had a response within 24 hours and a reason as to why I didn't receive the rebate. Which I did not know you could use Walmart coupons on in store purchases. Ibotta representatives always explain why and it's simple to understand.

Missing cash

Cash back shortage

I purchased two items was was only credited for one. I reached out to the Ibotta team via the app explaining the situation referring to the receipt, the date, everything they needed to correct the problem. I was credited the additional cash back within 72 hours.

Always happy to help

I've been a Ibotta user for 13 years. Generally the app works pretty well for me and I get all of the cash back for offers that I add. Once in a while though, something gets left off so I contact customer service. When I do, they are always happy to help. I truly appreciate this app and even more so the fact that there are real human beings always at the ready to help when you need it.

Missing points

The process to protest missing points is not user friendly. I wish there was a way to submit a photo of the product rejected when the barcode supposedly doesn't match. I purchased 2 Dole pineapple today. No sugar added but can't get the $1 from the website because it says it doesn't match. Not sure why.
