The app picks up nothing anymore- giving only credit for 1 item or nothing at all! I had to adjust my receipt because it picked up nothing and then I only received credit for 1 item! Now I have to adjust it again?! Starting to think it's time for a break from Ibotta.

I get so much $$$ back from Ibotta. Saved over $1300 on the app in 2025 alone! Having been a customer for a while, a few times, I've had some questions about not getting money back. An example. I bought 5 4 packs of Activia Proactive yogurt. The offer was for limit of 5@ $1.00 each. I took a picture and submitted the receipt. It saw only 2, which is weird since they were all the same flavor - exactly the same product. I said I'm missing cash and scanned 3 more. It said Sweet! I'm getting my $5.00. After it's processed I only got $2.00. Now I have to say missing cash, tell it I bought 5 and scan the 3 packs again, and submit again. Then I get a green check that says it's fixed, but usually the money doesn't come and I have to start a ticket to get it fixed. None of this makes any sense. I have explained this issue many, many times but nothing ever gets fixed. It shouldn't be this hard. Something's broken and apparently nobody at Ibotta wants to fix it.
I had a rebate not go through. I emailed customer service. They quickly resolved the issue. Great customer serenity! Thank you again ibotta!

I have to tell you Ibotta gave me tons of savings that no other app did. The app offers free stuff here and there for you to try. And there are tons of offers to choose from. Most offers are extremely useful. I wanted to say out loud their customer service is above and beyond. They handle issues professionally and effectively. Thank you Ibotta! I have saved almost $2500 ytd. 6 years.

I have been a member for several months and when visiting site was automatically logged in. Today I go to site and I'm logged out. Cannot remember password and it will not the requested link to my email. Yes, I checked the Spam folder and sent three more requests and nothing. Normally I'd just forget about using this app again but I have earned over $31 and want to get back on my account
Ibotta is a wonderful app! I highly recommend it for anyone who likes to save money! They don't require you to buy something you don't want to or ordinarily wouldn't. You just go about your normal life and save some money in the process. If something does not go right and you have to interface with their customer care, they are just about the best! They are normally quick response unless they are backed up, and are quite pleasant and warm. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I had an issue where my Beyond Beef offer didn't credit correctly, even though I scanned the product and followed all the steps. I contacted Ibotta support, and they reviewed my receipt and manually added the $3 cashback for me.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
