Ibotta is great! Whenever you have any issues with rebates not adding you can contact them and they rectify the problem so promptly!

I was so upset. I got lucky enough to unlock the free turkey offer, but when I claimed it it didnt process. I promptly contacted customer service. They were so helpful with getting the problem resolved. Im very happy with the service I received.

Alot of items hand entered, submit entries not working. TWO added on after submission that I saw missed and no response after 24 hours at all. Says pending still.
I had a receipt that would not upload/read…tried entering the upc manually…still wouldn't work. Emailed customer support and within a few days got an email saying they processed my money earned. Great communication, ibotta has a great customer support team.

I submitted a Walmart receipt on Nov 10 th, 2025 and have yet to receive my $4.50 credit for items I purchased. I would not have purchased one of the items if it wasn't for a $4 cash back offer. Please look into this. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I've had few problems with the Ibotta app but occasionally offers don't register even though it matches the barcode (usually brand new offers) or other things like that. Ibotta customer service has always fixed issues for me. You may have to be patient because chances are if you have a problem everyone has the same one, but they will get to you and fix it.

My account was new to Ibotta. I was having trouble with transferimg my first withdraw to my bank. Ibotta was just confiming I wasnt duplicating accounts and had met all the requirements. Then they were a great fast help and now my money is in my bank.Thanks Ibotta.

I did not realize that they were going to steal almost $4 if I didn't use this within a certain period of time. Not always are the offers good enough for me to spend the money for. Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
