When the scanning process skips over my item I write it in to them and they correct it almost instantly or over night n credit me my cash back there really good like that the fix ur problem fast there great team

I love ibotta. There's a lot of Apps out there that are dishonest, but ibotta does actually work. It's easy to use and there's no hassles to getting cash back and there's no scams or run arounds. I'm a single mom and it's been a great help to me.

The problem was that I had recently submitted a receipt from Hannaford to take advantage of a $3 cash back offer for a bottle of wine. I bought two of the same item, because the offer stated that the offer could be redeemed up to two times on the same receipt.
The system did not pick up on the two items and only rewarded me $3. I tried sending a ticket in to have the receipt re-reviewed, but two days later, I once again was only rewarded the $3 for one item. This can only be done once, and then you must contact support.
I did that, explained the situation, and in a few days, got a courteous email apologizing, stating that the system just didn't detect the multiple items, and the second $3 had been added to my account.
If this happens to you, don't panic, just send a quick message to customer support and they will help you.

I earned the Ibotta free turkey cashback, I made sure the item was still in stock, had it checked off, scanned the item and made sure it was approved. However, I was missing the cash back after a couple days,
I bought a team was responsive, and after clarifying a few things in a couple different emails back-and-forth. They made sure to promptly put the cash back in my account.
I appreciate their promptness, and their communication.
They also gave me a message to let me know that there might be a delay before they could get back to me, which I appreciated as well. Also, they did this over a very busy holiday season when they're probably getting hundreds if not, thousands of similar requests or feedback.

Ibotta is great! Whenever you have any issues with rebates not adding you can contact them and they rectify the problem so promptly!

I was so upset. I got lucky enough to unlock the free turkey offer, but when I claimed it it didnt process. I promptly contacted customer service. They were so helpful with getting the problem resolved. Im very happy with the service I received.

Alot of items hand entered, submit entries not working. TWO added on after submission that I saw missed and no response after 24 hours at all. Says pending still.
I had a receipt that would not upload/read…tried entering the upc manually…still wouldn't work. Emailed customer support and within a few days got an email saying they processed my money earned. Great communication, ibotta has a great customer support team.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
