I must say, I'm highly pleased with Ibotta and Gabriel who helped me get my money and midweek bonus I was owed.It did take a couple of emails back and forth and I can see where the confusion came from, but in the end I was credited the $10 back. Thank you

We use Ibotta mainly at Walmart. I regularly look at the offers in Ibotta and "select" the items I plan to buy sometime. We rarely go to Walmart that there isn't something on our shopping list that we can get cash back using Ibotta. The Ibotta app keeps track of my earning. Whenever I'm ready to withdraw some or all of my earnings, I usually roll my money into a Walmart gift card. We love Ibotta.

I reached out to Ibotta support when I didn't see $. 35 in my account from a recent shopping trip. The team was quick to respond and clarify the cash had been added to my account. Anytime I reach out with questions someone from Ibotta responds super fast. Ibotta is great!
I had difficulty receiving cash back on an offer that Ibotta had posted. I outreached customer service & I corresponded with an agent often via email. After supplying the documentation & asking for a resolution, Ibotta determined that I had earned the cash back & it was deposited into my account. My only recommendation, if feasible, for improvement to the customer experience, would be to assign one agent to help resolve a concern rather than multiple individuals responding to it. All in all, Ibotta app does provide consumers the opportunity to purchase items & earn cash back. I've never had a problem before this occurrence. It was good that a concern can be handled with an agent to resolve a concern because problems can happen! Thank you!
I am beyond frustrated with this experience. I have used the two apps with no issues in the past…. BUT this makes 2 times in a row that i was not credited appropriately. I am beyond frustrated and i have tried repeatedly to get it fixed. M
There was a missing transaction that I had cash back for that wasn't posted. I purchased something else and that transaction showed but not the previous. I contacted Ibotta and they were very helpful. They just asked for the receipt and which cash back offers. My account was credited within the hour of speaking with a representative. I've been with Ibotta since 2016 and this was the first issue I experienced.

I thought I was on ibotta but I was on petsmart. They credited me the $4 anyway. That was above and beyond and this is not the 1st time they corrected my error
I'm fairly new to ibotta but every time I have a question the response is super fast! Such lovely customer service. The issue is almost always my error, but the agents are very helpful.
I saw on my Ibotta app that Dave's Killer Bread Buns had a $2 digital coupon. I love their loaf bread so I figured I try the buns by using a coupon. They are tasty. I scanned my receipt & got my $2 added to my account. Very easy & I saved.
Ibotta has alot of different coupons. I save alot of money on my groceries. It's very easy to click on the coupons then take pics of your receipt and click. In a few seconds you receive your coupon money in your account. I love this app!
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
