Purchased two Poise products on 11/19. Coupon was there on the app at Publix and by the time I got home to claim it, it had disappeared. Lost $1.50.
9 times out of 10 I have to retake a picture of a receipt even when all boxes are checked for amount, date and name and most times I have to redo it 3 times, so frustrating as it's not worth my time, will be cashing out soon and be done.

Even when I miss a deal and don't add it to my list, once I buy the item, I get a notification from Ibotta. Then I just add it to my list and I get the deal. It's great!

Scanned a few receipts participated in a few contests, and of course received bare minimum and won nothing as expected!
Also not to mention at the bottom of this page, it says & ask for a last name but says we'll keep it private if that's the case why is it required?
I linked my Walmart account to Ibotta last week and made a purchase within minutes of receiving the confirmation email. When the rebate from Ibotta didn't post to my account, I reached out to customer service for help. Junrey understood my issue and corrected it quickly, adding the missing rebate to my account very soon after I made contact. I really appreciate the high quality of the assistance I received. I'm had bought my dog his favorite treats in Chewy. Went through the app as usual & I knew these particular treats had a $2.50 credit but the name brand had been changed in the last week & my credit was not showing because it was going by previous name not the new. So I contacted customer service & explained the situation. They got bk to me within 24 hours & had already credited my account the $2.50.
This is my 3rd interaction with customer service & I've never had a problem & it's always taken care of asap!

Whenever I use a linked loyalty card I seem to have missing rebates. At first I would file a ticket but it is such a hassle that I no longer bother. I don't link if that is an option.
Example is Stove Top missing from trip to Food Lion a couple of days ago. It's $2.00 that I didn't get. It's just frustrating. I might have made a different choice if I had known.
I love Ibotta! I've earned over $5000 in savings lifetime with them. I didn't receive a rebate and sent a request for review. Had a response within 24 hours and a reason as to why I didn't receive the rebate. Which I did not know you could use Walmart coupons on in store purchases. Ibotta representatives always explain why and it's simple to understand.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
