I'm had bought my dog his favorite treats in Chewy. Went through the app as usual & I knew these particular treats had a $2.50 credit but the name brand had been changed in the last week & my credit was not showing because it was going by previous name not the new. So I contacted customer service & explained the situation. They got bk to me within 24 hours & had already credited my account the $2.50.
This is my 3rd interaction with customer service & I've never had a problem & it's always taken care of asap!

Whenever I use a linked loyalty card I seem to have missing rebates. At first I would file a ticket but it is such a hassle that I no longer bother. I don't link if that is an option.
Example is Stove Top missing from trip to Food Lion a couple of days ago. It's $2.00 that I didn't get. It's just frustrating. I might have made a different choice if I had known.

I didn't receive a rebate and sent a request for review. Had a response within 24 hours and a reason as to why I didn't receive the rebate. Which I did not know you could use Walmart coupons on in store purchases. Ibotta representatives always explain why and it's simple to understand.

I contacted customer service when one of my items that originally scanned ok came back as ineligible. They reviewed and reversed the decision and gave me the cash. I appreciate the quick review and correction.

I purchased two items was was only credited for one. I reached out to the Ibotta team via the app explaining the situation referring to the receipt, the date, everything they needed to correct the problem. I was credited the additional cash back within 72 hours.

Cannot login. Repeatedly directed to change password. Get message of invalid email address but i receive emails at email address being used. Can see earnings but cannot redeem. Cannot even find info on speaking with a rep for assistance

I've been a Ibotta user for 13 years. Generally the app works pretty well for me and I get all of the cash back for offers that I add. Once in a while though, something gets left off so I contact customer service. When I do, they are always happy to help. I truly appreciate this app and even more so the fact that there are real human beings always at the ready to help when you need it.

The process to protest missing points is not user friendly. I wish there was a way to submit a photo of the product rejected when the barcode supposedly doesn't match. I purchased 2 Dole pineapple today. No sugar added but can't get the $1 from the website because it says it doesn't match. Not sure why.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
