IC Australia seems like a legit company, with a trademark, a good website, calls from an Australian number, 1-hour phone calls, checklists, transferring to different departments, 35-page comprehensive report... I paid 9100 USD for a visa application five months ago, but the application is yet to be lodged despite my numerous phone calls and emails. To make matters worse, they lied twice, claiming my visa was approved, to find out it wasn't submitted. They also asked for an extra 4500 USD for a settlement security payment when they told me a second time that my visa was approved. Still, after researching and consulting with the Department of Home Affairs (immigration), the police and a lawyer, I discovered that this company is fraudulent and a scam. I advise everyone not to trust them.

Only took a call for a consultation. During consultation heavily pressured and lied to in terms of timebound applications to part with money.
Do not part with money, this company acts fraudulently. I unfortunately had been caught out, and within 2 hours refusing to refund, against British law and trading standards.

Terrible company, rude and scammers throughout!

They will take your money so quickly but will do nothing to resolve any problem you have. They will use so much legal jargon to try to tie you in knots.

My best advice, do not use them to begin with!

Fake and a scam

They pressured 7k usd out of my girlfriend and they did not submit any application for a visa to the Dept of home affairs in Australia.
You cannot contact them, they will only contact you to tell you lies about the application.
They are a scam company. Please use a MARA agent off the gov website.
These are terrible people and the positive reviews on here are completely fake!

I'm writing this review so that I can hopefully stop other people getting scammed by this company.they are very convincing that they will get you your australia visa but they only want your money.they will send you a check list and a p100 form to fillout so you think yeah I'm half way there to my dream coming true to be with my family in perth. Them taking more money out of your account then what was said on the phone and asking for more money. Your dreams shattered the penny drops...SCAMMERS...this company even tried to take money out of my dad's account without permission...I just hope that my bank can get me all of my money back and that the scam authorities in australia get them shut down... KEEP AWAY FROM IC AUSTRALIA!

Scammers

Avoid at al costs! They ring you and pressure you into making a payment. The emails I received after made me question how legit they were. After doing lots of digging and asking them for my log in details etc I realised I was being scammed.

I contacted the bank who said I had a good case and I requested a refund. Even though I made a payment and answered a few basic questions they said they can only offer a partial refund as they had put a lot of work into my case even though it was days after the initial patent and I hadn't given them any information.

Please avoid at all costs as they are scammers and not who they claim they are. I'm shocked they have any good reviews and I'm sure most are fake.

Scam Agency

My husband was nearly conned into paying for their services over the phone, asking for his card details in order to process payment (red flag). Upon investigation I noticed that their website is extremely basic, they don't exist when searching for them in Australia, at the business address listed. They have no social media pages and have surface level reviews all left by people in the last 2-3 months ONLY — when was this company established? The agents are extremely forward on the phone and speak so fast that you have no time to think before making payment. Payment is one of the first things they ask for and they then proceed to tell you that they will only give you the general outline of their process once payment has been received.

Upon request of their MARA reg number, I found that they are using a number registered to another individual who works for a migration company in Punjab, India. I also searched their company name on the official government website and nothing comes up.

Be aware of scams, friends. Immigration costs an absolute fortune, don't set yourself back by falling for scammers who feed off your vulnerability and desperation.
