The founder/CCO is verbally abusive terrible person who often belittles the employees. Also, there is no company culture. The terrible CCO causes an anxiety-filled atmosphere which makes employees extra-stressed and low morale. Not to mention, there is very little room for growth in this company, and the minuscule growth and experience you'll gain aren't worth putting up with that pathetic excuse of a CCO.
A friend worked here and all they did was complain how horrible they were treated in this company. I do not recommend engaging with them any sort of way if they cannot treat their employees right.
