Been a subscriber for last 5 years and have ordered from them many times. Just and FYI, the store is managed by a third party and shipping can take time, depending what you order. Digital goods such as the VPN I purchased was instantaneous. Not so much with the iPhone cables. I contacted the support and was told that they were back ordered. It took 3 weeks to get them! Most other orders such as the iPad pen took 15 days. See the proof attached.
Let me guess. Another Chinese company doing business unethically. No returns even though the products are $#*!. Customer service is non-existent. Products are defective, don't work as advertised and are certainly not discounted the way the company claims. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. If you order, you will most definitely regret it.
I will have no trouble buying anything through idrop, They helped me right away and made sure everything was as it should have been. Great Job guys keep up the great work.

I needed help in attempting to cancel my VPN account and was directed to the correct online site, after getting poor results from the IDrop staff. Robert P.
I purchased KN95 mask's pack of pac of 10 and never received them. I have emailed them and complained numerous times and never got a replay. So, in other words, it was a scam and they ripped me off.
My advise is not to use iDrop nor buy any of their 3rd vendor products. I purchased ear buds for $30 which I thought was a great price, well long and behold the saying is true you do get what you pay for. Needless to say the $30 will buy you pretty much a piece of crap! I contacted iDrop to request for an exchange... not even a refund. IDrops response was that I need to send proof that the devise is damaged? Really? I didn't event request for a refund. IDrop really needs to rethink their return / exchange policy. It's not a coincidence that on their survey for customer service out of the 5 questions that they ask you one is poor service due to return / exchange policy. Hmmm if you know you have that many complaints and your surveying it why don't you fix it? Save yourself the trouble spend the extra cash and buy a better product or go through amazon because iDrop the is the type of company that only goes as far as to collect your money than won't take further actions if you were to have a defective device.
Do not buy from them. It's a scam. Notice the review scores and how there's no way to actually submit a review. STAY FAR AWAY.
The worst... do not order anything from these people!... total ripoff... products are subpar... customer stinks... policies change by the second
It's a scam! Offered incentives to join! Not recognized by Sam's Club! Had to go through my CC company to get my $108 charge back!
I purchased face masks that are advertised as reusable in description, but in fact are not meant to be washed!
