I have thoroughly enjoyed every one of my iFIT workouts! Love how this platform allows me to take anywhere (that I bring my tablet or phone) and I also love how it keeps me motivated. Just received my treadmill a few weeks ago, and let me tell you I've not been disappointed. It's so easy to use! IFIT has so many fun exercises to do! I can do a single workout or a series. Even the teens are getting in on it. Just walked mountain side and was so busy checking out the scenery that I forgot I was working out until it was finished. I will start with the packaging. The item comes packaged well and all pieces arrived in good condition. Upon opening the item I found the task of assembling all the pieces to be a bit challenging. The instructions were difficult to follow for me and I required the help of my mechanically inclined husband to finish the assembly. Once properly assembled it's seemed to be a sturdy well built unit made of high quality materials with a well thought out design. It's fully capable of giving me a full workout and challenging me for physical gains in my quest for a healthier body. All and all it's a quality bike that's worth the money. My only complaint is the difficulty in assembling the unit after shipping it does take moderate mechanical skills and a man's strength to tighten some of the bolts.

The ifit program is awesome. I love how I can work out around the globe virtually. The live races and opportunity to earn medals are so neat! Customer service was amazing when I had a question on my membership, and they solved my issue quickly!

Tried the gym and it kind of works for me, but im not a huge fan of all the people. I got the cadence compact 300 and im loving it. It folds up to keep my kids off of it, had a heavy duty clasp to keep it folded. Its been great to steal 10 minutes here or there, a relief. The customer service has been nice and polite. They had quick and easy answers and I wasn't on hold all day. I was offered a discount if I'd share my thoughts about it.

I purchased a ProForm Indoor Bike and I use it with the iFit app. The first month was free but the coaches and classes are so fun and keep me motivated - so I immediately joined for the year! There are hundreds of different classes and scenic rides. We've had to stop most travel during the pandemic so while I enjoy the high intensity classes it's really been fun to do the scenic rides. The bike was relatively simple to assemble as it came with all tools, and it is a quiet and smooth ride. I did receive a discount in exchange for my fair review, which I'm leaving now since I've been using the bike and the iFit program for awhile. I did have an issue when I upgraded to the annual membership (operator error!) and I called iFit customer service - they were super friendly and resolved the matter in less than 5 minutes. Definitely a great company to work with!

I recently just decided to take up exercising. It was very difficult for me to get to the gym with a little one, but with my new home gym products I am able to get in my workout without the added stress. Also, they have a great online training program. They listened to what was happening, got all the details they needed, and was able to provide a solution within about 5 minutes. They walked me through what I needed to do and made sure that I was happy before I got off the phone. I've never had a more helpful call. Once I was all set up I was really blown away by the level of choices through iFit. I can choose from so many workouts and the few that I've done so far all are very fun and motivating. I choose the NordicTrack spin bike because I wanted something I could enjoy in my home. The ifit program really opened my eyes to a new world. The NordicTrack products at the gym have always been my favorite. You take that and add ifit and you get a new experience. It does not matter what I have going on that day like if I need a quick ride or something much longer I can find that because there are so many options. Also I am able to earn fun rewards and who doesn't like that right. I really am enjoying my bike so much I actually get up before the family and go on my adventure each day.
