I ordered a gift hamper for my friend's birthday that had a silk stole on it. When she opens the hamper she found stole with US flag and "Washington under attack " written in bold letters on it. She called me and said she would never use it coz of its content that it shows some kind of hatred and is highly inappropriate for a birthday gift. When I wrote to IGP about this they said it cannot be returned after purchase. Attaching the pic so that everyone is cautioned before buying it.
Be very aware!v People don't waste your precious time and money on this website IGP, What a poor service these guys have. Very disappointing and regretful that I wasted my money and time by using IGP. Also it's not the first time it happens, the latest order I have made, has been delivered too late with whole disaster mess. Ordered a cake for a very special occasion but you guys ruined it. On top of it the delivery boy said can I come tomorrow if it's not urgent and delivered a mess. They said 30 minutes delivery but it took a whole 8-9 hours to deliver the order. Not getting any response from customer service on my missing items. Don't know what options I have left. These were expensive items as well. Cheap ones were delivered. 5 items ordered and only only 2 cheap ones delivered. No one is making an effort to contact me either
Let it be the app or their services, nothing's is trustworthy. They will never reply when you have any issue with the gift. I had international gift delivery and no one cared, they took a hefty amount from me and never delivered the order on birthday. No one replied to the the emails n no one would care how much we have paid, the experience is not worthy with them. Save your money. Order number - ******* N i guarantee no one will turn up to resolve this too. Worst decision to trust IGP.

Gifting is about emotions and when it's not on time, you are hurting all those are involved. Charging such hefty amount and not even delivering the value for it is something any company should do when you are especially known for gifting

It's a very special occasion and you want to give your best to your better half so i ordered a cake from igp. The picture on their website looked very appealing but what I received was a blunder. They just copy designs from other sites but are not able to copy the skill. I am sharing both pics. Decide for yourself. This is my last order from igp. Please avoid ordering from them if you don't want to spoil your occasion and mood

Total items ordered were 7 for Rakhi from UK to India. They delivered 4 and 2 Wrong items were delivered and still other items are pending. Nobody replied the emails, support chat. Tried to call from UK, according to Indian time but phone is on answering machine lots of money deducted but nobody answer.
It is ridiculous.
I am still waiting that somebody will reply and deliver before rakhi.
I'm regretting about why I have placed my order with this service. I put a request for supervisor call, when I been contacted to supervisor regarding the issues. There's no quality customer service and they play with the sentiments of people especially in regards to the special occasion like Rakhi. No one cares if the receiver has received the order or not even after scheduled time and no one cares about customers who paid fortune to get the standard order.

My personal advice for others to not use this service. If you need to then please keep checking the updates regarding shipping as no one cares if there’s any issues regarding delivery. They don’t bother to check out if the order been delivered on or after or lost. You must have some patience for your order and have ability to face the probability of the order to be lost.

I don't even want to give 1 star. I ordered rakhi to be delivered on given date. They are delayed by 8 days and still delaying showing in tracking status while I am writing this review. Customer care will not respond you. If u email them they will reply you after 5 days and in that email they will only generate ticket. But no use of that ticket.

Before that I ordered some specific sweets but just before one day they are informing me that that sweet is not available pls change the option. The worst experience with me.

Igp proving worst services now a days. I ordered Rakhi to be delivered in United Kingdom. They charge so much still they deliver poor quality of Rakhi. Photo shown on website are totally different, compared to what delivered. Half of the order (sweets) still missing. It was ordered well in advance n and the delivery date was Aug 22nd. Also when trying to contact them on email with pictures, they are just replying in big scripted Emails but not even acknowledging the main concern, leaving apart providing resolution.

Extremely frustrating experience. I spent 1.5 hours on call in my morning and afternoon again 40 mins, just to get things straight about cake delivery. I got promise of attempting delivery next day, next day there wasn't any communication again. Associate said no refund as per policy. I had to open 4 support tickets, online tracking sucks it showed "Delivered" without "Dispatch".
You guys have wasted my time, money and ruined birthday celebration. I will not recommend or purchase anything from IGP here onwards.
I placed an order for Rakhi delivery on Aug 1 along with a gift. They delivered the gift set but failed to deliver the Rakhi. I complained and asked them to send it. I have been asking updates since Aug 21 every day for last 10 days. There is an automated response email sent everytime saying they will look into it. Now they have changed the story to say that it was delivered and they will send me Proof of delivery. I am 100% sure they never delivered the Rakhi. The order status on the site also indicates that it never left the warehouse. They have spoilt my experience and festival for me. I m still waiting for an explanation as well as my refund. Sad to say that no has bothered to update / reply to my complaints.
I Ordered a rakhi for my brother on 24th august and it was 2 days service, it's 31st now and rakhi festival is gone now, they still haven't delivered yet, no one picks a call or reply to the messages. Worst service I've ever seen. Infact they charged me double for the delivery service even more than the rakhi cost.

We scheduled the cake to get delivered in the morning at 9 and it was delivered in the night around 9. Cake doesn't look the same as in the picture, it was so messy and worst. No matter how many times you call them, customer service representatives keep disconnecting the call in the middle of the conversation. They are not willing to help or fix their mistake. Never recommending igp cakes to any of my friends.

They should not allowed to take orders that they can't deliver before occasion or a location.
They make people occasion worse while you order anything with them for any occasion if you order a Rakhi, they will deliver the rocky after festival if you order a birthday cake, they will deliver the birthday cake on another birthday.

This site is complete fraud. I wanted to send cake to my mother on Mother's day but they did not deliver it and mentioned that they could not deliver due to incorrect address despite of everything correctly mentioned. They did not send items and even told that they won't give refund. What a stupidity!

Worst customer service ever. I ordered rakhi gift for my relative a month before. They forgot to add rakhi in it (yes... can you imagine) I sent an email and got auto reply that someone will contact me in 24 hours. More then 24 hours gone and nobody replied. When I called them, their agent Zeeshaan asked me to send picture of the stuff received. I sent it immediately. It's been 24 hours again and still no reply. Even their number is not working now or may be they blocked me. I am not even able to submit my honest review on their website. Because of their incompetent and careless staff, my nephew won't have rakhi even after spending thousands. Pathetic service... really disappointed don't recommend igp at all
I ordered a simple card, a cake & a bouquet to be delivered within a specific timeframe. They forgot to send card & the bouquet. (They did send a printout of the message on an A4 sheet). They don't have a customer service number you can reach out to from the US. Just email, to which they respond after 4-5 days. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

The cake was delivered 2 hours late and was not worth the price that is being charged. I had ordered a "happy birthday" stick worth 95. A bigger, better quality stick is of 70 bucks in the nearby supermarket. The cake was around 850 bucks and yet it was dry and not well baked as compared to the 400 Rs white forest in the nearby bakery. A company cannot make a sale just by keeping fancy names and concept and high price. It needs to serve the quality as well. Not a good first experience.
A package which was supposed to be delivered on 16th may has not been delivered yet. Absolutely no support or plan - no one picks up the call and always sends out a very generic reply. (Order *******)
Have tie ups with Bluedart and tries put the blame on them for not delivering on time.
