We've been going to IHOP for many years in 3 states. Every single restaurant has served fresh, tasty food. Pancakes are excellent (don't know how they do it); eggs served exactly as ordered; and the meat items delicious. Their breakfast sausages are particularly delicious. The servers are friendly, efficient and fast! It's a marvel to me just how quick they are! On the (very) rare occasion that there is a problem, the server always fixes it with a smile and without complaint. It is always a pleasant experience to enjoy a meal at IHOP!
Ihop.com has different menu on their website like "Side 2 Plant based SA" is available on website but when I ordered that and went to pickup at Piscataway NJ location, they said they wont make it anymore, and they refused to refund it. Such a bull$#*! website.

I went to the IHOP on bearrs to pick up an order I placed through Uber eats. The manager and a waitress were at the computer at the front desk doing some billing stuff. They both looked up at me but did not say a word. No hello, no "how can I help you ".nothing! I stood there for a good 5 minutes wondering if anyone is going to acknowledge me and then this sweet waitress named Stephania comes around and asks if I needed help. I told her I'm picking up and she helps with my order and turns to the two busy people and says to them that they are ignoring me and that I have been standing there for a while. The rude waitress says that she is not ignoring me and that she is busy with the billing and still doesn't acknowledge me or apologize. The manager just stares at the computer and not say a word. I asked them for their names and then I got some attention. The manager tells me that they were not ignoring and that they were doing something very important. I said it takes two seconds to look up and say "how can I help you". There is no excuse for their behavior. The waitress says "wow" and walks away. She says to me that she did not see me standing there. She had no idea that I was there. Another lie. I told her that she is still not acknowledging her rude behavior or apologizing and she says to me that she apologized to me before but I kept rambling. The manager then says to me to write a review under his name because he is a manager and that he can afford it if he gets fired but the waitress cannot. I couldn't believe it that now he was trying to make me feel guilty for writing an honest review. Poor management all around. I will give big kudos to Stephania for speaking up and acknowledging the mistreatment of a customer.
We came to Ihop Sat morning we stood at the desk for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated. Laniyah finally came to the desk and started seating other guest knowing that I was the standing for the longest time. I thought Laniyah was very rude and inconsiderate for her field of service.

Went to the 177th & Broadway (NYC) today. Service was terrible took 3 times to get a straw, waited forever to get sugar ended up getting from next table. The pancakes were not done through and through, blueberries for side were brought way after breakfast was eaten, finally ended up having to flag someone else for check. Customer Service is everything in ALL business establishments. This will mend or break a business.
Worst service didn't get everything with our order fruit was disgusting pop was flat omelette overcooked our waitress never checked on us waited forever to even get seated instead of sliding tables together to get us sat down before others that walked in after us it was like they didn't acknowledge we were even there
I ordered at the Havenwood Rd, Baltimore location today, and didn't realize that I didn't get my side order of toast, until I was home. I returned to pick it up and was given toast too hard to eat. I returned a third time waited for fresh toast. I finally got an edible side of toast but no apology for the waste of time and gas.You have to do better and value your customer's, especially when there is another restaurant yards away from yours. I also didn't get a receipt for my purchase.

12-31-23 10:30 am cst estimated, after waiting 30 minutes to be seated, yet were not, then being told our table was being readied, the female manager claiming she had just arrived, and that it was not her and did not know who had scratched our check in name thru. This was right after being told we were next by another female employee. My request for a free family meal had we stayed, was repeatly denied by this female manager, saying several other customers were there. I feel this is this managers way, or the other employees, to make customers walk out. Totally unacceptable service! 8801 S I H frontage Rd, *******, by Home Depot.
Our server was Shelly she was horrible it took out to 40 minutes to arrive! I will never go back at all Everytime it's always something but never great if anything I would want Charles to be our server again never no more!
We had ordered food and my eggs were sunny side up but I ordered sracmble and they were wrong and my pancakes were cold and underfed cooked never coming back again IHOP you lost two customers

My food was all cold.Hash brown cold.toast cold and hard.butter would not melt.restaurant was not busy but took a long time to recieve food...and the floors were filthy...
The restaurant was completely void of customers yet we had to wait for 20miutes to be seated in an empty restaurant! My next complaint is that the server came to us about 10 minutes after we finished our meal and ask if we were ready to check out, I told him that we would come to the register in a few minutes to pay, he was instructed to encourage customers to pay and leave! Made me quite angry, we gathered our things and went to the register to pay,, the attendant told me that he would have to go to his car to get the 20 cent's that he owed me. Have you ever? I asked him if the cash register was for looks,he replied that it was! Will never go back again! Ridiculous!

Everytime I have mistakenly given IHOP a chance in the last decade I am disappointed beyond belief. I have never once sat down, ordered, and actually eaten within an hours time frame. It seems across the board the only requirement to work here is being more lazy than the last person. Across 4 states, probably 10 cities there is not one location I would revisit. Just plain ridiculous for an old-school name to have fallen this far.

Took my son and his girlfriend here the waitress was not the best at all food was in a timely manner but the Pancakes were like rubber the edges was so ahard.the waitress never even came to give the kids a refill on the sodas.that's nothing I had to place a to go order of chickens strip and fries took almost an hour to get it there was a man after I ordered it he placed his order had more items them me and got his food way before I did the waitress went on break and no one still came to check to see if we needed anything very disappointing
Ordered senior Turkey dinner. Ordered salad with it. Salad never came. Ordered extra gravy Never came. Asked waitress for the salad then switched to green beans because it never came. Requested my gravy again. She said brown gravy and I said no turkey gravy. She brought me brown gravy and charged me an extra 1.29.
The ihop on signal butte in Mesa is the worst. Don't waste your time or money. I'm not going back. Husband loves the pancakes.
Worst restaurant ever. Food poisoning central. Visited IHOP #471 at 1 am on Feb 13,2024 and ordered spicy poblano omelet. About 3 hours after consuming this crap had the worst rummy paid ever with nausea and sweating. FOOD POISONING CENTRAL. Never ever will go near this establishment or recommend it to anyone. Dined at IHop Jackson, Tennessee. Our server was Sydney McAdams, she was very pleasant, friendly, prompt and professional. Gave us her full attention and was very knowlegable of the menu. We were very pleased with the food and atmosphere.
We went to eat with 5 kids two under the age of 3.with 3 adults. Looked on wed site says kids eat free between 4 /10 pm so it was 6 pm.
Great when we got the check it was 123.00. Wtf. I go up to pay and ask about kids eat free. She says she don't know nothing about it. I pull my phone out and show her. Then she says oh. That's only from this part of the menu. What? Why would u not tell me that? She acted like whatever. I ask for the manager. Nope we don't have one. Ya whatever. Never again going back.!
Rude management. Went to pick up an order was told i should just leave(from manager). Finally got the food over 45 min later(quick 2 egg breakfast) Was told not to bother coming back to this restaurant (from the manager). I was nice and cordial, unlike the Manger. As if I ever would put myself through that again she obviously doesnt understand customers are what keep the doors open. If you would like to be ignored from the staff and have a terrible customer relations interaction with cold food, this is the place for you. If not, please do not waste your money on this, many other restaurants that would love to have your business.

Yes it might be $4.29 but it's mines okay and that's all to it, 1 Tea 2 two cheeseburger combos that came with fries an drinks and so that's three drinks that I didn't receive and I paid $34 it's just not good customer service everybody is nonchalant and it's been a week,,
We have asked several times for them to cut some heat on, but we were told the employees were complaining about. It was too hot in here. We are sitting in an ice cold restaurant plus we have an 86 elder with us. It is 37 degrees Outside and about 40 in here. It was the same way the last time we came in. They truly need a manager out here.
This review deals with HOP #3059 in Bridgeport West Virginia. Food, service, and management is excellent. If our order needs modified or cooked over. A cook comes to our table. Our store manager is always on his game. Our IHOP is always clean and ready for business. Thank you Mike!
Their burgers are amazing! They are so juicy and full of flavor! What makes the burger for me and this has always been the case is their hamburger rolls - there is honestly something about them that I have always loved.
