I inherited a wing chair that had memories. ILuvFabrix had a sale on a mohair that was still wildly out of my price range. After talking with several professionals in addition to the people at iLuvFabrix, I was convinced to get it to cover the family heirloom ("the durability, quality and unparalleled look with mohair"} The upholsterer and the furniture restorer raved over the quality, and the chair will be a show stopper for at least a few more generations of my family. I'd do it again.
I had purchased from them in the past but things have changed. Card was charged, fabrics did not ship, multiple phone calls and emails with no response to deal with the issue Months of this have passed and still nothing! I am out over $600 and it looks like there is no remedy. Their prices are so over inflated--I found a similar fabric for less than half of their price (which was supposedly 80% off retail). I am disappointed and saddened that they have hit my "scam" list. Buyer beware!
If you want endless SPAM, just contact them and they will oblige. If you ask them to please not to send messages, well, they will just send more. Report them to *******@uce.gov, no worries, they just keep on sendin'.

Lovely, lovely people to work with. I called customer service as soon as I received my sample swatches and was treated to wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable personal service. I am across the country from I luv fabrix, but it felt like it was just in town. Jenn in NNJ

I do love this place so much I want to tell the entire world in GREAT BIG LETTERS! Michelle goes above and way beyond searching for fabrics that only exist inside my head. I live in an old hotel/high class bordello, built in 1890. My husband and I spent 13 years restoring it and it is my dream house. Michelle has been so helpful in suggesting higher end fabric when I would tell her my ideas. The end result has been nothing but fantastic. My next project is fabric for the kitchen window and matching bar stools as well as some fabulous Leopard to go on my very favorite and threadbare nursing/storybook-reading/new baby snuggling/knitting chair.
I have had NOTHING but great service and help here. Fabrics are perfection. I accidently ordered a duplicate set of sample fabrics in the middle of the night; emailed Michelle and she fixed it for me... immediately. Iluvfabrix has a life long customer with me and I tell everyone looking for home Dec fabrics about this site. The fabrics are gorgeous and not something available to me locally. But the real selling point is their extraordinary customer service.
We noted that there were GREAT DEALS and their communication was more than helpful when attempting to make purchases. Shipping was a bit lengthy, but where there is no rush I rather have the PRICE than the time. Nice experience, we recommend :)

It can be so disheartening to fall in love with a fabric in a shelter magazine, track it down and discover that there is absolutely no way you could possibly justify spending such money per yard on it. I have ordered from Michelle and her team a couple of times (none recently) but today decided to try and track down a fabulous Clarence House fabric using their LiveChat function. First, it really is someone sitting near Michelle, second when I sent the link to the fabric the response wasn't a scripted one but an honest "wow" and then my chat contact reached out to Michelle immediately to asked about it! Further, while I was on the chat Michelle called Clarence House! EXTRA-ordinary customer service even if I don't score the fabric for my period Bergere! LOVE THESE FOLKS!
I have had nothing but positive experiences with the iluvfabrix team! I live in Canada so cross border online shopping is not always smooth. Recently I did encounter a glitch. I had placed an order through iluvfabrix but my beautiful fabrics did not arrive. At a point where I felt too much time had passed, I contacted Michelle Tennen to get her thoughts. She investigated on her side and me, what I could, on my side. We gave things a bit more time but in the end Michelle decided it was time to resend my fabric which she insisted be sent priority. She kept me updated via the tracking record and the roll was received within days. I do not consider myself a big time buyer of fabric so to get such personal care was invaluable to me. Buying online is always a challenge because of color variation, quality, shipping and the like. I have continued to deal with iluvfabrix over other fabric sources because all facets of my orders have turned out to be positive. I would strongly recommend ordering from iluvfabrix. One other comment, the fabrics were even more beautiful than I had anticipated, I couldn't have been more pleased.

Sadly all my previous positive experiences with iluvfabrix have shattered into disillusionment. My company was contracted by Michelle to provide communications and social media services to boost the reputation of the iluvfarbix brand. Michelle chose to take what my business partner and I provided, writing blog posts under her 'name', creating content, re-framing her brand, fostering enormous (middle double digit) engagement, handling audience growth and management and adding quadruple and quintuple percentage growth in various categories (all documented) on a weekly basis then ceased to pay our fees making multiple excuses and then going silent before undoing nearly all of our efforts. I would offer that none of this would have been possible for us to accomplish had I not truly believed in my experiences with iluvfabrix in the first place. Proceed with caution because it would seem that at least some of the negative reviews posted have merit based upon my business relationship with Michelle. Fabric did not arrive. It took six months, and a small claims court petition to receive a refund. I strongly recommend a different vendor.
I found the most amazing fabrics for some chairs I have been wanting to reupholster. Michelle was so helpful! Wonderful experience!
After we had ordered at the "clearance price" and iLuvFabrix processed our card payment the ordered fabric did not arrive for several months. We were told that the fabric ordered was still in process at their European manufacturer (strange for "clearance" advertized fabric!)
ILuvFabrix has proven fraudulent. The company markets "brands." Quoting prices for Brunswig et Fils, Scalamandre, etc at $600 per yard, reduced to "clearance price" of $150.
When I called the manufacturer direct I was told the price points were in the $22.00 to $28.00 range. We identified the manufacturing company, called that company and were told that the
Fabric we had purchased was manufactured in China, not Europe.
ILuvFabrix marketed and sold the fabric as "upholstery" when the manufacturer reported
The fabric was for curtains and they would not recommend it be used for upholstery.
I LuvFabrix responded to our complaints with, "We will send you a prepaid label to sent the fabric back to us and will give you store credit ($1,700.00. Our response was, Why in the world would we take store credit for fake fabric?"
When we asked who owned the company the response was "a lawyer." When we asked for his name the response was, "we won't divulge that information."
We placed more than 20 calls to resolve the matter and rarely had the phone answered, with other than a voice mail message.
